Try playing around with the evolution expression value. You don't have to use time*35. You can try something else than 35.

Why does my plexus animation background speed goes too fast? not in slow speed like yours when preview

After I set noise expression = time*35 , the object move very very fast then I reduce to time*0.1 and object speed is ok , could you advise?
