This is amazing that no one has vandalized this. In the US that wouldn't happen. The amount of respect is to be commended. This should be preserved as a historical site for people to see the pure elegance of the style. Be a shame to see everything sold off and the place emptied.
That's because it belongs to someone really..lol
JC. I noticed the same. In the US houses I see these videos for, which are (still owned, but abandoned) are trashed by trespassers/vandals. The European ones are obviously still commanding respect.
@Wally#01 You must live in Europe. You have no idea of the complete lack of morality in the US when it comes to vacant places. Very snobby comment. Should be appreciative of the compliment. In the US if its 20 years old it gets demolished.
I lived in Germany for 2 years and the European people respect their buildings and treasured antiques. They keep and restore but here in USA it’s tear down old stuff and put in a parking lot. 😢
@@nikkismith5897 In America, people don't care. Someone would come with a truck and cart everything away, and sell it on Ebay. I am in America. The landscapers will even come when you are at work and strip your fruit trees and then sell it on a street corner.
It is surprisingly clean for an abandoned home.
True
I thought so too. What's behind all this???
It has only been abandoned for a few years. The auctuioneers had to dust and clean in preperation for the auction.
Yes unbelievable
My thoughts exactly.
Only in Europe you will see so many gorgeous mansions, but it is very sad that they are left abandoned to decay.Very very sad.Thank you for showing us,thank you for your time.
Scattered throughout the countryside of France you will find abandoned mansions, abandoned and many left untouched and unloved. Only a handful go up for sale each year, and many from around the world snap them up for a vacation home. Truthfully, France has some of the most beautiful mansions in the world with unique architecture, and in the right hands these mansions can be restored to their original state.
I have been shocked only to see how they are abandoned and so much history and beauty, opulence and aristocracy in each one ... if I could buy one I love them
Why do the families hold onto them? Don’t they care to pass them on to someone who can save them?
What happen then? I can assume a Lot of possibilitys, of course, but why can somebody abandoned, the Beauty in exchange oh what?
Breaking and entering.
Jumping fence.
Disregarding
Condemned signs.
When a door is locked
Finding another access.
Really,
Does this set
Well with
You?
Appalling.
Money laundering is popular buy old mansions never move in .
Not a great deal of dust. Someone is taking care of that place.
How could anyone leave such beautiful things wow
I agree, one of my initial observations.
The first thing you notice when you enter an abandoned house is dust and cobwebs. Some of the pieces in this house were shiny!
@@maureen6710 Did you see the foam in the kitchen sink!!!
Might be heritage home??
Beautiful!! The thing that puzzles me is that all of the furniture looks recently dusted compared to the other abandoned places you have explored. No matter what.... it's amazing!! Thank you for sharing this!!
Many items are numbered. It may be on auction.
The wallpapers used in this home are exquisite ❤️
The drapery is also amazing.
Did you notice it wasn't peeling off of the walls. I was very impressed with the wallpapers also. gorgeous. I don't know if I would change some of it. Millions of $$$'s in this home left behind. It is just sitting there. What a shame. Someone would love these pieces.
Yes, the wallpaper was one of my favorite things to see. Stunning!!!
Probably silk
I was admiring the beauty of the wallpaper as well!
The most shocking thing is that it is in such amazing condition and that things have not been stolen. There are many exquisitely beautiful items. It also makes me sad to think a fantastic house like this is abandoned. It should have a happy family, filled with love and the laughter and exited chatter of children enjoying playing, running in and out with their pet dog.
There was surprisingly little dust for an abandoned house. Perhaps someone is keeping an eye on it.
I suppose but they haven’t visited for a while I guess
I don't think anyone is taking care of this place look at the kitchen.
Might be so. My French uncle had a century old country home in Normandy his family only used during holidays. Like other French people who can afford a country home or “castle” most of the year it is abandoned.
@@mijnpaulijn955 I noticed the lack of dust in the house, however given the damage to the doors and the auction stickers, this isn't used as an annual country home. More likely this was cleaned up a bit when the auction company came in and labeled the items.
They should turn these places into museums so people can visit and experience what it was like liking living in those times.
It also creates jobs and income
It’s not worth it. Number one nobody would go a number to all the taxes associated with running any sort of business are too high. Socialism sucks.
versaille? and i mean there's other houses like that, maybe they don't have the furnitures but they look the same
and here a part of the furnitures are from the 80s
That for me would spoil the authenticity. The whole attraction is that Noone else has been there.
If in the UK, then yes. The National Trust would definitely have protected this beautiful property. People in the UK love to visit protected buildings. Unfortunately though, other countries don't seem to have that same respect or understanding. This house has a story to tell with a million charms.
OMG!! This is crazy, all those antiques n furnitures worth n worth millions, where were the relatives or family members, so mind boggling. Beautiful videos, everything inside so beautiful. Thnx for sharing.
These things almost make me cry......That was someone’s LIFE.....What happens that Families would just walk away...I know for myself to get things that belong to my Grandmother or even other Family members is everything to ME....That home could be fixed up and brought up to date even to sell.....ANYTHING would be better than letting it go.....YOU find so many BEAUTIFUL HOMES...I can’t understand all of those Beautiful things...You know the Family has some money...I would LOVE to know the History of that home?????
It's possible there is no surviving family to pass it on to. Myself, I'm an only child of an only child and I have no children or husband so when I pass (hopefully not for a while, I'm only 40 lol) my house and contents could be left like this if I don't carefully designate who they will go to. It happens more often than people would think, that there's no one designated to inherit.
@@spinstercatlady I am sorry and do understand......But I ask if you had all of those BEAUTIFUL THINGS would you TRY to SELL..???? The things there we’re very valuable and it’s a shame that they just set there when they could be enjoyable to someone ......
@@deefitzgerald2906 sure I would, if I knew that my time on earth was limited by disease, old age, etc but what happens if someone dies unexpectedly and their assets are left in limbo? To be clear, I agree with you 100% that it seems wild that the owners of these gorgeous ancestral homes and contents had never made arrangements. Even designating it to the government would be better than letting it rot! I'm just pointing out possible reasons that it can happen that these properties end up this way.
@@spinstercatlady YOU are RIGHT.......It does seam that this Family had MONEY.......Most wealthy People have their Money fix for Families????? I can keep guessing???? The SAD part is this was someone’s LIFE that has been LEFT just the way that Person or FAMILY LIVED.....It would be so interesting to know who OWNED and the Life of that Home......I LOVE this young man seeing the homes he finds and to HIM THANK YOU.....
That's a beautiful place, soo ful of antiquities, very good taste and everything so rich and unique! Maybe somebody was living there , kind of servant taking care of the property, but has to leave for some reason o maybe die.
This mansion was definitely prepared for auction. What a beautiful find this abandoned property was. Thank you for your continued respect to the property owners.
Yes, because every single item had a little paper sticker on it . Auction for sure .
Seems like it’s being cleaned occasionally... doesn’t look like five years of dust.
Exactly!
I was thinking that too!
most abandoned palaces and castles seem much cleaner than my own home
I noticed how clean the big mirror at the beginning looked. Also, there are numbered stickers on the furniture.
@@jazzman1626 he said it looks like the items were going up for auction. When is uncertain but it’s definitely abandoned with the amount of spider webs around
It's like being in a museum ....just fantabulous things are everywhere!
This place looks fairly well maintained and a lot neater than many you usual show. Someone is looking after it.
Someone had excellent taste in EVERYTHING from the color of the walks to the choice in furniture, vases, Chandlers, paintings...Every choice is refined. dignified and shows decernment on the finest level.
So lovely dear
I agree.
This home was breath-taking. I was heartbroken to see the decay in places. I hope the beautiful antiques can be saved.
At one time that was a beautiful place
@@sherrylowe7505 It's still a beautiful place.
It was all put to auction , so it will be saved .

This place is totally awesome. The beautiful wallpaper, the marble floors and mantels. The most unique things I've ever witnessed. So fun and stunning.
It would be interesting to learn the history about this beautiful house and the family who used to lived in this house.
I Read all the comments. No matter whether the mansion is really abandoned or not, the video is wonderful. For half an hour I was in a dream like state, walking with you all around this breathtaking, beautiful mansion. And I can listen to your voice for hours. Thousand thanks and lots of love from Sri Lanka...
I agree
Yeah that true so interesting I which am there Whit him
Yeah, me too.
love it.
That is how I fee,l too. Couldn't have been expressed any better.
The little wooden ‘stamp’ or ‘flattener’ is an ink blotter. You have found many in your videos and call them a stamp. Back in the day when ink and quill were used to write, they would place absorbent paper over the writing and roll the ink blotter over to dry any wet ink.
This mansion is exquisite !
You did a beautiful job of respectfully showing us it’s beauty.
Thank you.
The great thing is the respect that you have exploring those places we always dream to discover but never get a chance to get in. Your behavior is admirable. It could be wonderful to research every history...but it is another adventure. Bravo. And thank you again
It is legal to enter this house and search in it?
As a pianist I absolutely love the pianos in this home!! The one vintage upright has those lovely candle holders attached which is awesome.
None of my business but by trespassing on their property and displaying their valuables to the world almost certainly means people will steal them.
I do not believe this is abandoned. Just because people aren’t currently living there, doesn’t mean it is open for viewing. Could be probate issues, could be auction company is working on listing for internet auction, could be tax auction. Could be a bunch of scenarios that are not your business.
@@wenDesigner Yeah maybe the family now lives in a city where they can stay warm in the winter without the insane cost of heating a giant mansion.
I am planing my trip to France hehehe just to visit 🤣🤣🤣 with empty luggage hahahaha
@@iBaudan omg Daniel 🤣 haha care to have a layover in Dublin and pick me up ?? We can go together 🤣👍🏻
The items are numbered, it is obviously been set up for auction. It is not abandoned, just unoccupied. You are trespassing in someones home.
Hi Leslie and everyone, long time no see, as the saying goes. There is so much to comment on in this place. I know someone comes in there to dust the place. The “flattner “ I think is an ink blotter and those two things you thought were paddles are fans to cool yourself. Everything in this mansion is so beautiful. I really like the figurines. I would like to visit the place but not live there. You need money for the upkeep of the house and grounds. Oh well, the spiders appreciate the place. Right? I do need to mention one more thing. Your introduction at the beginning is very thoughtful and wise.Thank you Leslie for being such a caring individual and loving also.
A place in time to remember but never forget ? I got that just now and it is supposed to use those words in that precise way for the meaning...( VIBRATION) other ways changes the meaning of the words that are used to describe the VIBRATION. FROM NEW YORK NOT ROYALTY BUT SOCIAL GRACES AND AWARENESS OF THE BEST AND HIGHEST STANDARD FOR THEIR TIME IN LIFE. OH HELL PARTY NAKED ! LA DEE DA DEE DA DA DEE DA DEE AAAAA
I pray for the actual owner rest in peace. He or she had many good details.
Absolutely beautiful! Never seen anything like this before. You are so very respectful of your surroundings and all items.
Yes the guy is very very respectful and good
I really believe the owners are currently planning to put those items up for auction. Those tags look brand new, not yellowed with age. Someone owns it but can’t afford the upkeep or to live there. How sad. Interesting how modern the bathroom looks yet the kitchen has not been remodeled.
The old unkept kitchen and the booze bottles suggest that an old man lived there, maybe he was getting ready to sell and go to retirement but he passed away probably in last 5 years because the mild has not taken over.
I do enjoy walking through the past and imagining how the families lived. I have noticed that the French love the color eggshell blue in a lot of these mansions. That's what I enjoy, all of the pale colors and I see mostly eggshell blues and pale yellows with the wainscoting. It's beautiful. I noticed a few cameras in the rooms as you were filming this mansion. I do not believe this mansion is actually abandoned. The owner may have passed but I get the feeling the family is still around.
Yes think the family is still around probably at some time a care taker looking after the property. I feel this is someone's secret hideaway full of valubles in case one day they need to go somewhere in a hurry and in secret
I heard of the color French blue,so it must be a poplar color of the day,in the palace Versailles they used alot of gold and that shade of blue, its lovely
Leslie, I could listen to you talking all day long, So soothing.
Everything in this house is amazing..not to late for renovations..still beautiful!
Es lo más hermoso que he visto hasta el momento. Muebles preciosos, pisos alfombras, paredes y algunas antigüedades. Me encantaría estar ahí ahora mismo. Gracias por compartir.
Thought it funny he didn't know those 2 paddles on the wall were hand fans.. lol.
Perhaps the auction was delayed because of the pandemic, whatever the reason it is an amazing opportunity for us to peek into an unparalleled mansion with its many antiques. There were many beautiful cabinets and mirrors, chandeliers and vases.
( I am confused about the presence of personal bidets but not toilets, I think we saw only one toilet in a separate small room, but perhaps there were more and you only showed the one)
Just makes me wonder what happened to these ppl. I think it would be great if you can get the story behind all these places 🤍🤍🤍🤍
I love how respectful they are, channel should be named “gentlemen bros of decay”.
You are trespassing but I really like watching. This is obviously being kept up by the owners. Please keep it locked up tight.
Kept for the owners by someone living nearby
OK Karen.
@@sablearts763 actually this channel is a thieves favorite show... theres your Karen
Even the owners didn’t care about locking it up.
@@LGAussie How do you know this for sure when people kept on breaking in through windows, doors and call each other to let them know how to enter the building? Force-entry is illegal. This is trespassing. Period.
This was by far the best exploration to date, in my opinion. Spectacular!!! I hope that someone saves the antiques, it would be a shame to let them be destroyed. Thank you for sharing this with us!!!
Hope someone can save the home too! It's really in great shape. It would be a shame to see another home go back to the earth. Makes me so sad to see that. If homes could talk!
so beautiful my grand daughter has me hooked ben watching three weeks now i am 65 years old and love it so much
They tagged everything,it's on their insurance, they'll be back
If it weren’t abandoned, there would be a note inside to those who might enter curiously, explaining it may be an auction. This is no big professional auction. It’s very amateur if it is one. Looks more like they had a tag sale and the left overs were abandoned, cause no one was interested.

@@LGAussie Maybe it is a heritage and the notary is checking the value in order of the family to split up or sale it.
It breaks my heart to see a house that beautiful abandoned and in need of some love. I hope someone sees this video and buys and restores the house to it full formal glory.
Odusevljena sam ovim videom. Neverovatno, da je sve kao novo, nijedan artifakt nije ostecen. Ne znam koja soba i kupatilo su me najvise odusevili. Ovde je ulozeno nenormalno mnogo para. What a magnificent home. It looks like they were set up for an estate sale to happen on the premises. The owners clearly had good taste, and the money to afford the very best of everything. The architecture is stunning, and has stood up well for its years of neglect. Thank you for sharing with us. Stay safe out there.🖤🇨🇦
Hello, NIce videos and I like your respect for others' belongings. I'm from the US and work selling antiques and vintage jewelry. I have some names for you for your adventures. The wooden and carved closets are called Armoires. The treasure chest is a steamer trunk. The pipe is a Native American Peace Pipe. The desk "Flatteners" are actually called blotters, usually made of wood and leather with an absorbent bottom to dab up excess ink. The desks with drop-down tables and cabinetry are called Secretaries. The Asian "Rackets" are Asian fans, to fan yourself in the heat. Hope that helps.
Beautiful rug in the girl's bedroom. And I wonder if the "statues" on the fireplace mantle could be fancy music boxes instead?
Wow, this is unbelievably beautiful. The smoking pipe was an American Indian peace pipe. A very strange item to find in a French countryside. This was awesome to see, thank you 😊
I'm so lucky that I can watch this video 🥺🥺I'm also lucky that I can watch his other videos that keep me sane and forgetting my problems in the world for a minute. this kind of video makes me feel like I live in one of these abandoned places 🥺 you gave me an unique feeling.. thank you

The "Chinese ping pong paddles' are hand fans.
I was going to reply on this too and chances are they are hand-painted silk.

This looks too clean. It's like it's being taking care of
there are price notes on some of the things
I say same

Every item has a sticker on it, this place has been audited. Someone is planning to sell all of this stuff. And it's all been cleaned.
Yes,
Quite evident alot of work has gone into cleaning and keeping dust free.
It's not an open welcome mat to explore. It is said many places people do not lock up,
Respect is a given.
How sad their privacy is violated.
And it's justified, found amusing and entertaining. Very unsettling.

Sorry to disagree with you, but the place looks too well kept. I don't think its abandoned...just not occupied. Someone or a family still has ties to that place and the items inside.
Yes, many of the objects there are less than 30 years old. The blue wallpaper and those letters are not more than 15 years old. Furthermore, he is not respecting the explorers' code: not showing himself openly on camera. The explorers do not do it, or they expose themselves very little to prevent thieves from identifying them, following them and knowing the locations of the places.
You'd be amazed at how sudden someone else life is changed momentarily
I agree.
@@mouse9008✨Boy you can say that again . Remember the virus many became infected , many died especially the elderly.
It is also true that many seniors are just forgotten 😢. They don’t want to go to a home or hospital and become house bound and have deliveries services , home care and maid service .
When they pass without notice , or a directive .
The doors are locked until someone is located , they are forgotten it seems .

Over there when the property is inherited and the kids can't agree on who gets what it stays hemmed up in the court and nobody can enter the premises till its settled. Which takes years and years in alot of cases.

Gorgeous manor, I was amazed at how humble the kitchen and bathrooms are in that exquisite place.
What a waste of marvelous pieces of art.😢
There's a satellite TV/internet dish on the side of the servants' house and several plastic water bottles throughout the house. There's also no dust anywhere. So...I'm pretty sure it's not abandoned lol. It also gave me such bad anxiety when you kept opening/moving stuff & not putting it back how it was 😂😩 I love your videos, though, and I think it's great how much you love old buildings. I just personally think you should always wear gloves. The oils from your hands can ruin/damage priceless antiques, and you could touch something bad without knowing it & get sick
I whole heartedly agree!
Yes they really need to wear gloves. I wonder if there’s also some kind of dispute over the property and contents. I can’t believe there are no alarms or security and it was practically wide open. It must be watched very often.
In another video a guy looked through the window of the servant house, it's abandoned as well.
I saw that too.As much as I love watching these shows.I cringe every time an item is not identified correctly.(A clock was called a lamp!) A little research would help so general items/ antiques are identified for the viewer. It takes away from the show a bit. There are so many treasures in so many of these places! Really incredible!
What could someone possibly touch and get sick by? This is preposterous.
His voice is so calming it just adds to the soothing environment and vibes these vids give off
This is a wonderful structure with lovely details of architecture and design. The niches are a wonderful way to display items. The marble fireplaces are so fine! The furnishings are incredibly beautiful pieces of craftsmanship, but the antiques are what makes it so impressive! Incredible pieces of art! Amazingly extravagant mirrors, lovely porcelain figurines, Hummels, marble urns, fantastic clocks, paintings, vases- small and huge, so many impressive candleabra and chandeliers, excellent pianos! These items were the collection of a lifetime of taste and discernment, for every piece is truly a valuable antique! The people who owned this home were very well-educated, well-travelled, interesting people who had an appreciation of fine and beautiful things! What a wonderful time I had just looking at it all!
It doesn't look abandoned at all, but rather "closed" to me. Things look quite organized and ready for auction. Someone actually goes there once in a while and takes care of things.
Точно готовые к продаже мне показалось или действительно так наклеяные маленькие квадратики это номерочки Всё приготовлено на аукцион,это не заброшка.

Lovely to watch a cultured explorer who knows their antiques...
The second time I have watched this! Beautiful mansion and furniture. In excellent condition. So much more to see! Cabinets everywhere. Little ornate tables. Fabulous chairs. Gold all over. Thank you, again, Lesley! 💙🌙❄️
I'm interested in seeing old beds and how they're are designed. I feel like old beds are so cool because they are as old as the person that uses it before they are gone.

Wow! This place is beautiful! I’d love to know what the story is. Incredible furniture & “stuff”
Those ceilings were incredibly high
Great video.
I enjoyed the music you chose for the video. The house was beautiful.
So beautiful, every part of the house, architecture, windows, wallpaper. What a truly special find. I hope that the loved ones will treasure it for years to come.
French Châteaus are amazing! Thanks for sharing this wonderful place! Love it! ❤
It’s not abandoned. It is being made ready for auction. I am so glad you weren’t caught!
So does someone come in occasionally and dust? Looks pretty good for having been left for so long. 😆
This place is very beautiful indeed. For those that are arguing here in the comments section. Go watch the video again, and you will see the small white numbered auction stickers. This means the furniture and knickknacks, paintings, and every thing else are being auctioned off. Most likely in a live auction bidding via what ever site the auction house uses. People phone in, or uses something like a live chat to bid. Since this pandemic is still raging that is what most auction houses do. Of course things in the house has been pretty much cleaned up. It is very satisfying to see no spray painting crap on the walls, and broken furniture, or paperwork all over the floor. After the house is emptied of everything, either it will be sold by the bank, and or whom ever owns it. Yes there is black mold on the third floor, either the house will be deep cleaned or sold as is. Great video.
This is the first place where the items inside were intended for auction and were not destroyed.
First off, thanks for sharing your latest great find. I wanted to let you know that the place was being prepared for auction because everything is clean and ready to go. I would also guess that there is someone taking care of the place until auction. So many unique pieces! You're right, thousands of dollars worth of merchandise is waiting for a new home. Big hugs and love to you!
The items you find on desks that you call are flattener is actually ink blotters. They rock back and forth on the paper and keep the ink from running on the paper so the ink can dry faster.
Someone is cleaning this home and maybe soon there’s going to be an auction there.
They need to hire new cleaners because that place is filthy as heck and has black mold.
Maybe just keeping the main areas cleaned that would be used to sell off the goods 🤷♀️ keeps costs down. I’ve seen historic hotels used this way
Maybe the owner left or abandoned the place but watching this i would say there are people left behind to take care simply because all the things valuable or not are clean...so it's not abandoned at all but still a good video...thank you for sharing Lesley...stay safe..God bless
The Manoir is clearly not abandoned, just unoccupied. Rooms are very well maintained, no dust, etc... It's Private property, but it's a very beautiful place.
Did you miss the black mold, the spiderwebs, dirt, nobody is living there and it is fully abandoned. You must have a different understanding of a clean well maintained home. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t want to live anywhere that has black mold.
@@jtalbot34 and you clearly have no understanding of abandoned vs unoccupied. The important, valuable areas and items are free from dust for the most part. Mold is expensive to deal with and may not have been possible to do anything about if the heirs aren’t in agreement or due to covid, whatever the situation may be. Abandoned houses don’t look like this. It would all be caked it dust and spiderwebs, rodents etc.
The locked room is probably the Panic Room. The owner is currently in there fretting thinking you are robbing the place. 😊👌
I don't think so dear
Just funny 🤣😂
😁😆😆🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😇
🤣🤣🤣
You have such an amazing heart. I love how respectful you are when exploring these places. You always handle things with care and putting things back where you found them. When you talked about equality you truly made me respect you all the more. I feel the same on that issue.
I wish the man giving the tour could let us know if he got a permission to enter the property and if the items and the property is protected. Also, a little background of what happened with the people who lived there and who they were.
There is hardly any dust. Someone goes there or lives there. Much to clean.
i am often puzzled by things such as "power charts" at the entrance of houses, because they seem more modern than mine.
and in Spain power is cut off (except during this pandemic) if unpaid for several months, and far too expensive to be paid every month if you dont need it
I noticed the lack of dust too.
maybe the weather conditions (the atmosphere) is just right and the spaciousness and openness acts or allows good ventilation.
What if there was someone hiding in the locked room they problem thought he was a Intruder
Dust is dead skin , the dirt we bring in .. if noone was in there for awhile wouldn't be so much dust..
Beautiful chateau ! Amazing how dust free most of the furniture is. I hope the present day owners follow through on an auction and sell this beautiful place to someone who’ll maintain it.
With the auction stickers, that place isn't abandoned. Alot of auctions have been put on hold because of the Corona virus.
That's true.
This house totally speaks to me. Always drawn to these French dwellings with the beautiful artifacts and decor. I think I must have lived a past life in France.
Definitely not abandoned, the inside of the house is being taken care of but the outside need help.
I don't know about that. At 11:30 there are very large spider webs hanging from the kitchen ceiling.
No way some one would leave all those valuable stuff just laying like that in an abandoned house I don't believe this no way . Anyway that's my believe just to be on u tube .
I truly appreciate seeing your sights that you explore, along with your explanations . May you and your brother stay healthy and safe.
How long has it been abandoned? It’s relatively clean, there’s dark wood furniture, no dust, no cobwebs. If I don’t dust every 3 days, you could write your name in the dust.
Native American Peace Pipe. Also, alcove with vase is known as a "niche." Wallpaper in one of the bathrooms was in the Chinese style known as "Chinoiserie". Lovely antiques, it's a shame they are hidden from view!
Incorrect name given on music video.
Grandiose castlelike mansion,

The bed you asked about is a sleigh bed, as you said. The German drinking cup is called a stein. This magnificent manor was quite a discovery. Thanks for sharing it with us!
Multiple heirs would have items appraised and get ready for auction. Bravo to these heirs for allowing someone to treasure these items and preserve them vs decay as you have seen. Remarkable. TY for the tour! Stunning caught before decay.
I can imagine how amazing that would be to see that place remodeled and restored!
That place has been cleaned within the past month or two.nYou can tell be lack of a dust build up. There is some be not bad. Nor are or the overly dirty floors.
Some areas have most definitely been dusted recently. The black vase at the beginning is a prime example of that. May have held an estate sale there and what’s left behind is what didn’t sell
did anyone else notice what looked like a security camera at the top of the hallway around 10 minutes in??
I noticed that too! I reworded and paused. Definitely a new device.m of some sort
That was an alarm sensor but it is mot operational anymore
Just watched alleged abandones caerle in the Nertherlands. Became obvious it was occupied. Clean kitchen. Microwave. Bathroom very clean. In use.
Linen covered tables. Clean.Explorer States later
Police presence.
"Owner moved back in since"...Newsflash-He likely was living there when you accessed property.
@@BrosOfDecay thanks! good to know
None of these places are abandoned sort of speak, someone owns these properties
Especially this one . I wouldn’t be going in these properties myself.
I love your channel! This place is breathtaking. It breaks my heart to see these places go to waste.

‘Flattener’ is actually a blotter for blotting ink after they finish writing
BRAVO! Simply elegant and silently beautiful
This is beyond words
I certainly hope someone will save the priceless historic items
To a museum or private collection is better than rot
This house just blow me away. I agree with you. Some people are so rich that they received the huge inheritance and then they walked away from their ancestors.
