Regarding FNAF 3, I think there's further proof to this because phone dude mentioned that he looked like he could fit in with their horror-themed attraction. Since he would be a decaying corpse, that checks out.
thing is the fnaf 3 guard has lungs, the breathing when the vents go out proves it. Michael has 0 organs nor bones. Hudson is the fnaf 3 guard as stated by frights.
I genuinely think the movie is going to have its own continuity from the games, which is kinda sad but interesting. Unless some of the scenes are over separate years.
It'd be really hard to make a movie based on the first game without changing it. The story is hidden in the background and the game keeps us entertained through its gameplay and the mystery that the audience has to figure out and that certainly wouldn't work for a 3-hour movie
One of my favorite theories is that you only play as Michael in the custom night of fnaf 2, because it implies that Jeremy Fitzgerald wasn't actually there for a greater purpose, but he was just some random night guard who was unusually determined to stay 5 nights plus an extra night for overtime, despite the fact that not only are there killer murder-bots out to get him, but there was an actual child murderer on the site like 5 hours before he needed to start his shift(which he wasn't supposed to have anyways, it's overtime hours). And to top it all off, he only gets like a hundred dollars per week. This is next level motivation, and fitzgerald has earned my respect
I actually remember hearing a theory that the reason Jeremy was so determined to stay there was because he was a private investigator investigating William who at the time was working a day shift security guard and by night 6 he either got killed by William or Michael convinced Jeremy to drop his investigation or just bite of 87

When Scott was giving hints on his website about the lore (this was after FNaF 4 but before FNaF World and during a GTLive event) one of the hints to solve the story was simply "Four games, one story". This to me says that the original 4 games are about 1 character, Micheal Afton. Why else would he think that quote would be helpful to solve the entire story (at that time).
To add on to FNaF 4, the entire game is pretty much a nightmarish reimagining of the first game. Bonnie and Chica both attack from their usual sides, and Chica occasionally enters the kitchen, something she only previously did in FNaF 1. Foxy's closet is a clear parallel to Pirate's Cove, but since there aren't any cameras in FNaF 4, the acts of checking what phase he's in and shutting the door on him have been rolled into one. Freddy's a bit of an outlier, but I think fending the Freddles off is loosely based on power management. Let the Freddles pile up for too long and Freddy will kill you, just like if you get careless with power usage. All this combined with the Phone Guy cameo you mentioned, I think it's clear that FNaF 4 being a twisted version of FNaF 1 isn't just true from a gameplay perspective, but from a story perspective as well. Mike's experiences working the night shift are causing him to have these nightmares, either during or shortly after FNaF 1. As for the hospital equipment by the bed, it's probably Mike's memories of visiting his brother in the hospital. Working at Freddy's is likely digging up unwanted memories, which is also why Fredbear shows up and he appears in the dreams as a child. In his head, not only is he fighting off his fears of the animatronics, but the guilt of what he did as well.
There's also the room and its contents. It looks nothing like Crying Child's and it holds a toy phone, fan, purple robot, caterpillar toy, and the Foxy Plush in the closet still has his head.

Great vid, really covers it all concisely. One thought I have is that FNAF world is a bit of a weird one as it's technically an in Universe Game as of the latest canon info regarding it (character encyclopedia), but it's also clearly got some spiritual mumbo jumbo going on to set the pieces in place for Happiest Day (the mini-game that frees the spirits of the MCI Kid's). So in an abstract sort of way we aren't just playing Freddy in it, but are playing a character that is playing freddy in a video game. There's nothing contradicting this player being Michael, and it would be a nice way for him to kind of atone in a more direct way with the spirits of the children (and his brother) more than just killing his father.
Yeah, I kinda glossed over it! I definitely think FNAF World has significance to the overarching story being told, especially involving the Bite Victim and Golden Freddy's spirit (like you said with Happiest Day and the other minigames in FNAF 3). Maybe Michael could be using FNAF World as a way to guide the spirits towards an afterlife of sorts, excluding Golden Freddy/Cassidy due to UCN (not sure though).

Thinking of the gravestones in the hill, is Mike is purposefully using the names of his father’s victims as his aliases as the various restaurants? Fritz and Jeremy? Maybe the repeated names in the series aren’t just coincidental. This could be to honor their memory in an odd way, or to lure his father to him so he mistakes his son as a loose end to tie up.
Also! Another detail in UCN that suggests that it's William who we're playing as is that if you get to the red lake easter egg - the background sound is the reversed audio of his voice actor screaming the names of Henry and Mike. FNAF 4 confuses me, I think that's the game that got messed around the most bc of the fnaf narrative shift. Despite us not actually knowing too much about him, Michael is one of my favorite characters!
To add to Micheal being the protag of fnaf 3, In the book "Gumdrop Angel", we have a story called "What we found". This story is about a guy working the night shift at Fazbear's fright: The horror attraction". In this story, a new old animatronic is found and brought in: namely Springtrap. For the remainder of the book, the protagonist is getting hallucinations involving various fnaf characters (such as Chika, Bonnie, Foxy etc.) and it is made very clear that Springtrap is a stand in for the protagonist's step dad. The protagonist for example, remembers a time his abusive step-dad broke his arm, and then, Springtrap does so too. In the end, the protagonist admits to himself that he killed his step-dad by starting a fire at their family home. Now, this is ofc not a 1 to 1 retelling of fnaf 3 (The protagonist goes by the name Hudson, and has no previous connections to Freddy's. His step father also isn't a murderer, just some abusive guy. He also doesn't have any siblings i think), none of the stories in the fazbear frights are, however, they often hold close parrallelles with the games or explain certain things that happen in the games. The fact that this is the most obvious nod to a specific game in any of these books makes it a strong contestant for being a "hey, look into this one, it might be explaining some things you're missing" kind of story. And with the main character having set a fire to get rid of his father-figure, as well as the father figure of the nightgaurd in FF:THA literally being the embodyment of Springtrap, wouldn't make it too unlikely that this is a nod at the idea of the fnaf 3 nightgaurd being "Springtrap's son". And as Springtrap ofc is William, this would only really have Michael as an option.
My best guess for fnaf 4 is both. You play as cc/evan for nights 1-5 and you play as Michael on night 6 since that night (like most night 6's) are canon. To me it makes more sense if cc was the one experiencing night 5, its a 1 on 1 between him and the animatronic he seems to fear the most. In night 6 you play as Michael, someone who wasn't afraid of any of the animatronics but probably got traumatized after seeing one kill his brother in an event that was entirely his fault.
@@Zelkz01 Maybe a dream in Michael's case? It's never been hard confirmed whether the nightmare animatronics were dreams or the result of audio illusion disc, but we do know that both Michael and cc have both at least seen nightmare fredbear. So it could go either way. Thats just my best guess tho
also forgot to mention. The bedroom in fnaf 4 looks nothing like ccs bedroom in the mini-games. So that's more reason to believe something else is going on
One of Molten Freddy’s lines in pizza sun all but confirms its Micheal, as the “TOGETHER AGAIN!” Would perfectly reference how they were… yknow. Inside Micheal as robot spaghetti for a while.
So apparently on Universals website it actually states that Mike is “haunted by the unsolved disappearance of his younger brother more than a decade before” Now this could just be misleading us from what actually happens, much like how the same synopsis states that Matthew Lillard plays “Steve Raglan, Mike’s smug career counselor”, but if Mike and micheal do end up being separate, it’s still safe to assume there’s going to be a lot of parallels between both characters
fnaf 2 wouldnt be micheal as right before fnaf 2 is when afton started his reverse aliving spree, as described by the phone guy saying someone used a yellow suit in the back and none of the animatronics are actigin right. the spree and hauntings
My theory regarding the FNAF 3 protag is that yes, it *is* Henry, the Phantoms somewhat torn state can be a metaphorical way to show how Henry feels about the animatronics; prisons of his own making, with the torn up states representing the damage he thought he'd done. And also, I don't think he intentionally caused Fazbear Frights to burn down, I think it actually *was* due to faulty wiring, upon seeing the damage done to William after this incident went down, that's what gave Henry the idea that fire is the weakness, and setting up the plan to burn all the monsters haunting the Fazbear Brand to ashes in FNAF 6.
Sister Location also heavily hints at Michael being the night guard in FNaF 3, if he's not the night guard in FNaF 3 that secret ending is practically pointless

Another thing to note about FNAF 4 is that the Crying Child's room in the minigames doesn't match up with his room in each night. C.C.'s room is completely empty, save for the plushies, a bed, and nightstand. The room also only has one door and does not connect to any other hallway, with the room also lacking a closet. This could be Michael's room, since we don't know what it looks like, but the problem is the Afton household has a completly different architecture in Midnight Motorist, so who knows anymore.
The fnaf 4 situation is... very complicated. Do I think that, at least in some capacity, Michael is the protagonist of fnaf 4? Yes. The fnaf survival logbook all but confirms this. However, when you start getting into *why* Michael is fnaf 4's protagonist, things go out of control very quickly. I've seen a few theories floating around, and I'll try addressing them (in addition to providing my own take on the matter). It really does seem like fnaf 4 takes place during / after fnaf 1 because of the confusing layout of the house and the phone guy easter egg. Many have speculated that Michael is having nightmares between his shifts, which is a fair assumption. The logbook does talk about *recent* dreams after all. People have suggested that maybe Evan (CC)'s spirit is reaching out to Mike through his dreams. Again, I find that to be a nice narrative. The flashes of an IV, pills, and flowers certainly support this idea. There's just one tiny detail that calls the whole thing into question, needlessly complicating things as per usual with this series. If we assume that fnaf 4 is Michael's dream, or a shared dream with his brother, then the Nightmare animatronics' death lines from UCN make absolutely no sense. In UCN we play as William, obviously. In that game, there are some specific voice lines I'd like to call attention to. Nightmare Freddy says "I am given flesh to be your tormentor." Yeah, okay, fine. If he were a dream, he wouldn't be real, so he now "has flesh" whereas he didn't before. That's well and dandy, except for the fact that Nightmare Fredbear says to William "I assure you, I am very real," and "This time, there is more than an illusion to fear." Dream, illusion, it's all just lofty language that could be seen as interchangeable if you really squint at it. But, you have to keep in mind who these lines are directed toward. William is the one who created... I don't want to say it, but he made illusion discs. I know, it's a very controversial topic in this community. Anyway, the fact that Fredbear brings up illusions specifically seems like an oddly deliberate detail. Also, why the hell does Fredbear even say these things to William? He shouldn't really need to. That is, unless William has seen the nightmare animatronics before, and he *knows* that they aren't supposed to be real; merely illusions. Otherwise, why would William even need convincing that the nightmares in UCN are real? So, I present to you now three different possibilities (all of which involve William being responsible for the creation of the nightmare animatronics): 1) William gives Evan nightmares in 1983, and Evan transfers his experiences to Michael during / after fnaf 1 2) William gives Michael nightmares sometime between 1983 and fnaf 1 which he then re-experiences during / after fnaf 1 3) William gives both Evan *and* Michael the same nightmares in 1983, which Michael is now re-experiencing during / after fnaf 1 These all seem... somewhat plausible to me, but I'd like to go into detail about my reasoning for each. For the first possibility, the idea is that William, in his effort to keep his son away from the restaurants, makes him scared of animatronics using illusions. It's cut and dry, and it's supported by the easter eggs in fnaf sl that link it to fnaf 4. As for the second, the idea is also kinda straightforward. William needs to test out his illusion discs or something, perhaps he wants to take out his anger and grief for Evan on the one who got him killed, or maybe he's just torturing Michael cause he feels like it; we all know he'd do that. This prompts him to give Michael nightmares using the discs. Now, it's the third possibility that I find more interesting. This is the idea that I personally support. Why? Well, first I should probably explain why I even consider this to be a possibility, because on paper it seems to make no sense. My hypothesis is that the illusion discs aren't an exact science. What I mean by that is, while William may have intended to only give nightmares to Evan, the disc affects anyone who's in close proximity to it. That includes Michael. While that explains how this could be possible, it doesn't explain why I like this idea so much. The reason I like it has to do with character motivation. If these two are both experiencing nightmares in 1983, it not only explains why Evan is so scared of the restaurants, but it also explains why Michael is such a jerk. Just another detail I noticed, Mike **Schmitz** sounds like a low effort fake last name you'd think of on the spot. It's hilarious how cartoon it actually sounds. Like two kids in a trench coat going up to a cashier asking for alcohol, then when asked for their name they say something like "uhhh... Fritz... *Schmitz*-"

It has been my personal belief for awhile now that we play as Mike during the nights and CC during the mini games. While it is easy to say it could be both during the nights-Scott isn't a stranger to complicated intricacies like that-I don't think so. Not only is it so needlessly complicated for no reason, but there is no actual evidence to suggest that we play as CC. Be it the Logbook, the room being different or the phone call, all signs point to it being Mike. As for the flower, pills and IV easter eggs, those are likely a guilty reminder to Mike as to what he did to his brother. Hell, if you're a believer in the two spirits in Golden Freddy theory, then the appearance of Nightmare and Fredbear could be a spin on two spirits (CC and Cassidy) haunting Mike in his dreams for what he did. This could be to parallel William's later living nightmare as seen in The Man in Room 1280. Specifically, Cassidy would be Fredbear because she seems to be the one in control of the Golden Freddy suit whilst CC would be Nightmare, made obvious by the human brain calling back to the injury that caused his untimely death. To be clear, I don't think this would literally be CC and Cassidy, but yet another aspect of Mike's nightmare influenced by what he's seen at the different Freddy's locations.

To be honest, im pretty sure that the FNAF 4 location is a distorted child's bedroom, with slight hints of the FNAF 1 location, using the illusion disks to make everything look worse. The pills and such probably serve as reminders of what Michael caused.

Now to you, my friend, let me tell you why I think he's Michael. Firstly, the bedroom, and the house in general, are structured in a very abnormal way. 2 doors leading into separate hallways. This is reminiscent of the FNAF 1 location, showing 2 doors leading into separate hallways. Now what does this mean? Well, it's basically confirmed that Michael worked at the FNAF 1 location under a fake name. The paycheck lists him as "Mike Schmidt". This is also supported by the distorted phone call that can sometimes be heard. The logbook states that Michael has at least seen Nightmare Fredbear before, implying that he has been in a similar situation at the very least. As for the minigames, we all know that Michael put the child into Fredbear's mouth. Interestingly, they usually involve Michael doing something to him, like scaring him or locking him in a closet. I think these are traumatic memories of what happened on that day, coming back to haunt Michael. FNAF 4 happens after FNAF 1 and Michael is the protagonist.

Secondly, a Steam description is pretty shoddy evidence that you play as the crying child. For example, Dream Theory was likely the original ending. if we're going based on that, then yes, the crying child would be the protagonist, hence the description reflecting that. However, that was retconned, being very much non-canon, and now the protagonist is left ambiguous and the description being worthless. Thirdly, the phone call can happen randomly in your night. Sure, it's reversed, but why would it be there otherwise? FNAF doesn't do coincidences. They could have played a simple stock garbling sound, but they didn't. Michael has seen Nightmare Fredbear, and there's a good chance he saw the other nightmares as well. Especially considering that he is asked if he had nightmares before the image. Also, FNAF AR's characters are as non-canon as it gets. Using that as a source is pretty stupid, to be honest. Lastly, FNAF 1 takes place in 1993, evidenced by the paycheck. The "20 years" line is either an exaggeration, or Scott not thinking too far ahead. The animatronics are also very much inspired by animatronic mascots from the 90s. 2003 is not the year that FNAF 1 takes place in. Get your game theory ass outta here and come back with a solid theory.
This was really awesome! personally I still think Mike is alive, my idea is that as father and son Michael has to forcibly live forever until every bit of William, along with the rest of the agony is completely gone. Even though it's pretty much confirmed William is dead, we still have The Mimic that needs to be stopped. We may not see him currently, but I have a feeling our zombie hero is still alive and kicking doing stuff in the background.
Nah, It's hinted that Michael WANTED to die at the end of fnaf 6 judging by what Henry said in the connection termination speech. "There was a way planned out for you, but I don't think you would want that." Also his remnant probably burned in the fire (Because literally everyone else died).

Apparently some things have been confirmed lately because of the new books: -fnaf 4 nightmares aren’t attached to illusion disks anymore, but to some kind of gas that makes you see and believe things ( it has also been confirmed to be Micheal who experiences those). -the events of fnaf 1 happen before sl, so now the motive of our firing as Michael afton (odor) isn’t because of body decay
@@animeman6599 Here's the thing, they are and aren't. Some STORIES are outright said to be canon, some are said to be connected as in they give hints at what happened, and others are outright stated to not be true.
i saw a theory that william put both his kids though the nightmare experiments, doing it to michael to punish him for defending his sibling, leading him to be a jerk to his sibling in the mini games in 4. also saw a video about one of the books, with the character being a michael stand in, where he wakes up in sister location and last recalled being in the nightmare experiments and thinking he was much younger or maybe even though he was the sibling.
I am completely sure you play as Michael in all, with the exception of recent installments and fnaf world you play as Cassidy. Of course Michael is only the night guard for the last night of fnaf 2 but aside from that. I genuinely believe you play as Michael in all games.

One thing you're not considering is that micheal was like 10 or 12 in 1983 before killing his brother, so if he would work in fnaf 2 pizzeria he would be like 14-18 years old, in fnaf 1 he would be 20-25, fnaf 1 could maybe be played as micheal but for me fnaf 2 is definitely not
9:01 id like to think that Glam Freddy is Michael or has his spirit in a way as he tells us that hes been at the FNaF6 pizzeria before and hes helping a kid who looks vaguely like his brother and wants to make amends in a way
Considering that FNaF history started in 1983 (FNaF 4) and ended in FNaF 6 (approx. 2026-2028) and that Michael was about 15 years old in FNaF 4, he concluded his history in the franchise between 58 and 60 years (more approx. 59 years old) The guy at least lived a long time, since he reached the elderly stage. If he didn't die in FNaF 6 as some theorize, by now he must be enjoying his retirement.
He probably didn't live a good life from what we can tell though, he lived with a serial killer father, he accidentally killed his younger brother, which might or might have not caused Afton to commit child murders, he got scooped by her dead little sister who was possessing an animatronic and then said sister and her friends live inside your skin, causing Michael to be a walking dead corpse, he feels guilty for what his father did again he thinks its his fault because of the bite of 83. He lived with that guilt for 40+ years, can't really blame him for wanting to be burned along with what is little left of his original family, Elizabeth and William (although they insane now) release the agony of those who died due to Afton's mental instability, these is why i think his 100% dead, who can live a normal life after all that happened? The only reason Michael probably continued living and didn't k*** himself was because of the guilt of what happened to his brother and trying to redeem himself, and end his fathers deadly legacy.

Imo Scraptrap's line means that Mike may not recognise William because his Scraptrap/Afton suit is different from the Springtrap/Springbonnie suit, which in my interpretation confirms Mike working at FNAF 3

Okay sorry if this upsets who ever reads this for bring this up but fnaf 4 is Michael experiencing the memories of children William kidnapped using circus babies and who under went the fear gas experiment explaining why the background keeps changing. Now the part that’s confusing is how could Michael experience someone else’s memories? Well that answer is that the scooper can receive and distribute remnant and after Michael had is guts ripped out he had those memories injected into him when the scooper stabbed him. Also the fnaf 4 house is on the security map.
For the fnaf two on the night 7, I think it’s phone guy, considering how he said he’d take over the Night Shift the next day. Also, we didn’t get a phone call from him. The odor? Well, after night 6, Jeremy has the day shift, and that’s when the bite of ‘87 happened. Phone guy must’ve taken the body somewhere, making him have a bad odor.

I think in FNAF 4 1-5 we play as C.C but Night 6-8 we play as Michael. Those nightmares began after Mike accidentally killed his brother. The hospital references is The GUILT he feels And he experience this nightmares even when he is adult and this incredibly describes how much Michael misses his brother and how much guilt he feels. Even if he completes night 8, it is still not over. Those nightmares affected him so much that in FNAF 3 it transformed into hallucinations.

To me, Glamrock Freddy being possessed by Michael is a sweet headcanon. He could've moved on to the afterlife, but decided to stay on Earth to protect children because he knows his father's influence is still out there.
I say this on every third FNAF video, but my sister and I had a theory we play as the big brother in FNAF4’s bonus nights while the Crying Child’s dead/dying since it came out. It of course hit even harder once we started learning who these characters really were.
Now if we sit crooked and speak correctly: 1- FNAF 3 If the night watchman sees animatronics from FNAF 1 and 2 as hallucinations. He must have worked in both places and must try to prevent the animatronics from harming him. This brings us directly to the FNAF 1-2-3 Night watchman as Micheal Afton. Because after the Michael SL incident, there is a walking corpse, since 1993-2023 is a long time, a normal person must either die or age, but Michael lives forever because of the residue. 2- We can play Nightmare BB Minigame in FNAF 4, which means that the person who survived the night is working in FNAF 2. 3- The behavior of the animatronics in FNAF 4 is very similar to game 1 and 2. As in FNAF 1, Bonnie comes from the left and Chica comes from the right. Chica's sound in FNAF 4 kitchen as in FNAF 1, Foxy's own private space like in FNAF 1 and disappearing like in FNAF 2. 5:10 I get it! Like, legit, I just solved it. The nightmares have been stated in UCN to be illusions, which, in this franchise, means illusion disks (yeah, those things). That means it’s entirely possible for Micheal Afton to have seen the Nightmare animatronics

There was a theory back in the day that I don't agree with but there is evidence for it. The theory is that we do play as Michael in UCN, the proof being is that William didn't interact with all of the animatronics in ucn, Micheal for the most part did (except for old man consequences), the line "the one you should not have killed" could be the crying child, and the crying child made this personal purgatory for Michael for his sin of killing his young brother. Now what I believe is that it is a personal hell for William Afton and it was made by the spirit haunting Golden Freddy, this spirit is more selfish and that's where the line the one you shouldn't have killed comes into play.
The thing that makes Mike being Fritz Smith unlikely is that 1. Fritz taking up the night shift correlates up when phone guy says “I’ll probably take the night shift myself” 2. Phone guy died to the FNAF 1 animatronics so he can’t be Mike because he died from getting scooped; plus Mike and phone guy’s recordings coexist in FNAF 1 so I doubt Mike would be listening to prerecorded messages of himself eventually listening to his own death that didn’t even happen. It seems more likely to me that Sister Location and FNAF 2 occur at around the same time and Elizabeth Afton getting scooped is the “bite” victim instead-freeing up Jeremy Fitzgerald to be Mike instead. Of course this theory has the weird flaw of if Baby is the bitter why are the Toy Animatronics canned, but that can be maneuvered around by William making Fazbear Entertainment use only the core 4 to avoid future accidents from the more advanced toy and Funtime animatronics while also covering his tracks so no one learns of his involvement. It’s also entirely possible that due to the series retcons that FNAF 2 no longer matters to the lore outside of giving Phone Guy a backstory.
Meaning Fritz Smith is the Phone Guy, because in FNAF 2 Night 7, we don't get a phone call, meaning we play as the phone guy in Night 7. So Fritz Smith is the phone guy
Fnaf 3's location is drawn in the logbook, and Fazbear's Frights "What we found" is about a nightguard named Hudson who works at Fazbears Frights and is imagining that Springtrap is his father, since that one isnt in Stotchline, that is just a parallel universe story so we can probably take mike as fnaf 3 guard since we know who Springtrap is and who his son is
If fnaf 2 takes place in 1987, why would there be a reason for Michael to work there? Nonetheless, this is a really well made video. Keep up the good work!

Michael probably just needs a job. Getting a job at a place his father has a connection to would probably be a good idea. He’d have to be 14 in 1983, so he could be 18 in 1987. FNaF 1 - Def Michael, says his name and all FNaF 2 - Likely Michael on at least custom night but not for certain. The repeated use of the word ‘odour’ makes me believe it’s Mike. FNaF 3 - No proof but very likely. The fact they were working at the attraction after being a real FNaF night guard (hallucinates animatronics) and tried burning the place down tells me it’s Mike looking, finding and attempting to end his father. FNaF 4 is likely Mike again but could be about the crying child (CC). The guidebook hints at it being Mike in a nightmare. Phone guy in FNaF 1 says that “it’s amazing how someone can live without the frontal lobe” when talking about the ‘bite of 87’ so it’s very possible CC was hospitalised before dying, hence the hospital items that Mike sees. It makes sense that he’d feel guilty for hospitalising and killing his brother. Fredbear; CC’s murdered also appears in the game which says a lot. FNaF World: Yeah no Sister location: We know this is Mike due to the spring-trap cutscene at the end of the game. Pizzaria sim: Henry’s speech at the end of the game talks about the guard not wishing to leave and survive. This is Michael staying to make sure his father burns. UCN - It could be him but it’s very unlikely and a lot of the death voice lines wouldn’t make sense in this case. Help wanted and security breach - I don’t know enough about the lore post Pizzeria sim but Henry and Mike died so I doubt it’s him

fnaf world (and other non-troll games that scott claims aren't canon) i like to believe are dreams or coma experiences inside of one of the characters heads after being unconscious, not only does this reflect the concept of The Desolate Hope (you traverse these dream like simulations happening within the minds of various robots, filled with wacky little enemies, several of which appearing in freddy in space 1) but fnaf world's map is shaped like a brain and has fredbear as a constant companion (the fnaf 4 crying atari bite little brother kid), but ucn is also canonically william's hell, not only does UCN have direct code connections to Fnaf world such as the OMC trophy, but UCN is really similar to SLCN which i believe is michael after being scooped and worn (you wont die, but youll wish you did) as a bunch of assorted funtimes are there instead of the usual ennard, also a notable lack of circus baby which during the development of SL was originally not going to be a part of ennard at all, hinted by the lack of her suit in the scooping room and how she can be seen with an intact endo while ennard is fully intact behind her, with scott retconning this because it went over everyone's heads so he ended up making the argument thing in the teaser source code to make it look like baby was ejected.

It'd be really hard to make a movie based on the first game without changing it. The story is hidden in the background and the game keeps us entertained through its gameplay and the mystery that the audience has to figure out and that certainly wouldn't work for a 3-hour movie
One of my favorite theories is that you only play as Michael in the custom night of fnaf 2, because it implies that Jeremy Fitzgerald wasn't actually there for a greater purpose, but he was just some random night guard who was unusually determined to stay 5 nights plus an extra night for overtime, despite the fact that not only are there killer murder-bots out to get him, but there was an actual child murderer on the site like 5 hours before he needed to start his shift(which he wasn't supposed to have anyways, it's overtime hours). And to top it all off, he only gets like a hundred dollars per week. This is next level motivation, and fitzgerald has earned my respect

Not only do Smith and Schmidt sound similar, they’re actually the same name. Schmidt is just the German counterpart of the English Smith, and they both mean the same thing.
When Scott was giving hints on his website about the lore (this was after FNaF 4 but before FNaF World and during a GTLive event) one of the hints to solve the story was simply
"Four games, one story". This to me says that the original 4 games are about 1 character, Micheal Afton. Why else would he think that quote would be helpful to solve the entire story (at that time).
... It Just means that the 4 games together create 1 story...

To add on to FNaF 4, the entire game is pretty much a nightmarish reimagining of the first game.
Bonnie and Chica both attack from their usual sides, and Chica occasionally enters the kitchen, something she only previously did in FNaF 1.
Foxy's closet is a clear parallel to Pirate's Cove, but since there aren't any cameras in FNaF 4, the acts of checking what phase he's in and shutting the door on him have been rolled into one.
Freddy's a bit of an outlier, but I think fending the Freddles off is loosely based on power management. Let the Freddles pile up for too long and Freddy will kill you, just like if you get careless with power usage.
All this combined with the Phone Guy cameo you mentioned, I think it's clear that FNaF 4 being a twisted version of FNaF 1 isn't just true from a gameplay perspective, but from a story perspective as well. Mike's experiences working the night shift are causing him to have these nightmares, either during or shortly after FNaF 1.
As for the hospital equipment by the bed, it's probably Mike's memories of visiting his brother in the hospital. Working at Freddy's is likely digging up unwanted memories, which is also why Fredbear shows up and he appears in the dreams as a child. In his head, not only is he fighting off his fears of the animatronics, but the guilt of what he did as well.
There's also the room and its contents. It looks nothing like Crying Child's and it holds a toy phone, fan, purple robot, caterpillar toy, and the Foxy Plush in the closet still has his head.

Great vid, really covers it all concisely. One thought I have is that FNAF world is a bit of a weird one as it's technically an in Universe Game as of the latest canon info regarding it (character encyclopedia), but it's also clearly got some spiritual mumbo jumbo going on to set the pieces in place for Happiest Day (the mini-game that frees the spirits of the MCI Kid's). So in an abstract sort of way we aren't just playing Freddy in it, but are playing a character that is playing freddy in a video game. There's nothing contradicting this player being Michael, and it would be a nice way for him to kind of atone in a more direct way with the spirits of the children (and his brother) more than just killing his father.
Yeah, I kinda glossed over it! I definitely think FNAF World has significance to the overarching story being told, especially involving the Bite Victim and Golden Freddy's spirit (like you said with Happiest Day and the other minigames in FNAF 3). Maybe Michael could be using FNAF World as a way to guide the spirits towards an afterlife of sorts, excluding Golden Freddy/Cassidy due to UCN (not sure though).

Thinking of the gravestones in the hill, is Mike is purposefully using the names of his father’s victims as his aliases as the various restaurants? Fritz and Jeremy? Maybe the repeated names in the series aren’t just coincidental. This could be to honor their memory in an odd way, or to lure his father to him so he mistakes his son as a loose end to tie up.
Also! Another detail in UCN that suggests that it's William who we're playing as is that if you get to the red lake easter egg - the background sound is the reversed audio of his voice actor screaming the names of Henry and Mike. FNAF 4 confuses me, I think that's the game that got messed around the most bc of the fnaf narrative shift. Despite us not actually knowing too much about him, Michael is one of my favorite characters!
To add to Micheal being the protag of fnaf 3, In the book "Gumdrop Angel", we have a story called "What we found". This story is about a guy working the night shift at Fazbear's fright: The horror attraction". In this story, a new old animatronic is found and brought in: namely Springtrap. For the remainder of the book, the protagonist is getting hallucinations involving various fnaf characters (such as Chika, Bonnie, Foxy etc.) and it is made very clear that Springtrap is a stand in for the protagonist's step dad. The protagonist for example, remembers a time his abusive step-dad broke his arm, and then, Springtrap does so too. In the end, the protagonist admits to himself that he killed his step-dad by starting a fire at their family home.
Now, this is ofc not a 1 to 1 retelling of fnaf 3 (The protagonist goes by the name Hudson, and has no previous connections to Freddy's. His step father also isn't a murderer, just some abusive guy. He also doesn't have any siblings i think), none of the stories in the fazbear frights are, however, they often hold close parrallelles with the games or explain certain things that happen in the games. The fact that this is the most obvious nod to a specific game in any of these books makes it a strong contestant for being a "hey, look into this one, it might be explaining some things you're missing" kind of story. And with the main character having set a fire to get rid of his father-figure, as well as the father figure of the nightgaurd in FF:THA literally being the embodyment of Springtrap, wouldn't make it too unlikely that this is a nod at the idea of the fnaf 3 nightgaurd being "Springtrap's son". And as Springtrap ofc is William, this would only really have Michael as an option.
My best guess for fnaf 4 is both. You play as cc/evan for nights 1-5 and you play as Michael on night 6 since that night (like most night 6's) are canon. To me it makes more sense if cc was the one experiencing night 5, its a 1 on 1 between him and the animatronic he seems to fear the most. In night 6 you play as Michael, someone who wasn't afraid of any of the animatronics but probably got traumatized after seeing one kill his brother in an event that was entirely his fault.

So apparently on Universals website it actually states that Mike is “haunted by the unsolved disappearance of his younger brother more than a decade before”
Now this could just be misleading us from what actually happens, much like how the same synopsis states that Matthew Lillard plays “Steve Raglan, Mike’s smug career counselor”, but if Mike and micheal do end up being separate, it’s still safe to assume there’s going to be a lot of parallels between both characters

My theory regarding the FNAF 3 protag is that yes, it *is* Henry, the Phantoms somewhat torn state can be a metaphorical way to show how Henry feels about the animatronics; prisons of his own making, with the torn up states representing the damage he thought he'd done.
And also, I don't think he intentionally caused Fazbear Frights to burn down, I think it actually *was* due to faulty wiring, upon seeing the damage done to William after this incident went down, that's what gave Henry the idea that fire is the weakness, and setting up the plan to burn all the monsters haunting the Fazbear Brand to ashes in FNAF 6.
Sister Location also heavily hints at Michael being the night guard in FNaF 3, if he's not the night guard in FNaF 3 that secret ending is practically pointless

Another thing to note about FNAF 4 is that the Crying Child's room in the minigames doesn't match up with his room in each night. C.C.'s room is completely empty, save for the plushies, a bed, and nightstand. The room also only has one door and does not connect to any other hallway, with the room also lacking a closet. This could be Michael's room, since we don't know what it looks like, but the problem is the Afton household has a completly different architecture in Midnight Motorist, so who knows anymore.

I love how your able to kind argue for UCN and FNAF4 that its Michael, but FNAF World is just straight up played as freddy.
The fnaf 4 situation is... very complicated. Do I think that, at least in some capacity, Michael is the protagonist of fnaf 4? Yes. The fnaf survival logbook all but confirms this. However, when you start getting into *why* Michael is fnaf 4's protagonist, things go out of control very quickly. I've seen a few theories floating around, and I'll try addressing them (in addition to providing my own take on the matter).
It really does seem like fnaf 4 takes place during / after fnaf 1 because of the confusing layout of the house and the phone guy easter egg. Many have speculated that Michael is having nightmares between his shifts, which is a fair assumption. The logbook does talk about *recent* dreams after all. People have suggested that maybe Evan (CC)'s spirit is reaching out to Mike through his dreams. Again, I find that to be a nice narrative. The flashes of an IV, pills, and flowers certainly support this idea. There's just one tiny detail that calls the whole thing into question, needlessly complicating things as per usual with this series. If we assume that fnaf 4 is Michael's dream, or a shared dream with his brother, then the Nightmare animatronics' death lines from UCN make absolutely no sense.
In UCN we play as William, obviously. In that game, there are some specific voice lines I'd like to call attention to. Nightmare Freddy says "I am given flesh to be your tormentor." Yeah, okay, fine. If he were a dream, he wouldn't be real, so he now "has flesh" whereas he didn't before. That's well and dandy, except for the fact that Nightmare Fredbear says to William "I assure you, I am very real," and "This time, there is more than an illusion to fear." Dream, illusion, it's all just lofty language that could be seen as interchangeable if you really squint at it. But, you have to keep in mind who these lines are directed toward.
William is the one who created... I don't want to say it, but he made illusion discs. I know, it's a very controversial topic in this community. Anyway, the fact that Fredbear brings up illusions specifically seems like an oddly deliberate detail. Also, why the hell does Fredbear even say these things to William? He shouldn't really need to. That is, unless William has seen the nightmare animatronics before, and he *knows* that they aren't supposed to be real; merely illusions. Otherwise, why would William even need convincing that the nightmares in UCN are real?
So, I present to you now three different possibilities (all of which involve William being responsible for the creation of the nightmare animatronics):
1) William gives Evan nightmares in 1983, and Evan transfers his experiences to Michael during / after fnaf 1
2) William gives Michael nightmares sometime between 1983 and fnaf 1 which he then re-experiences during / after fnaf 1
3) William gives both Evan *and* Michael the same nightmares in 1983, which Michael is now re-experiencing during / after fnaf 1
These all seem... somewhat plausible to me, but I'd like to go into detail about my reasoning for each. For the first possibility, the idea is that William, in his effort to keep his son away from the restaurants, makes him scared of animatronics using illusions. It's cut and dry, and it's supported by the easter eggs in fnaf sl that link it to fnaf 4. As for the second, the idea is also kinda straightforward. William needs to test out his illusion discs or something, perhaps he wants to take out his anger and grief for Evan on the one who got him killed, or maybe he's just torturing Michael cause he feels like it; we all know he'd do that. This prompts him to give Michael nightmares using the discs.
Now, it's the third possibility that I find more interesting. This is the idea that I personally support. Why? Well, first I should probably explain why I even consider this to be a possibility, because on paper it seems to make no sense. My hypothesis is that the illusion discs aren't an exact science. What I mean by that is, while William may have intended to only give nightmares to Evan, the disc affects anyone who's in close proximity to it. That includes Michael. While that explains how this could be possible, it doesn't explain why I like this idea so much. The reason I like it has to do with character motivation. If these two are both experiencing nightmares in 1983, it not only explains why Evan is so scared of the restaurants, but it also explains why Michael is such a jerk. They're both afraid; they just express it in different ways.
BUT HEY, THAT'S JUST A THEORY-

I mean, even if we consider that to be the case, it doesn’t explain all the Fnaf 1 Easter eggs in Fnaf 4. Scott said himself in a post that he didn’t include any random Easter eggs in that game. Between the grandfather clock chimes in Fnaf 1, the suspiciously similar layout of the bed room and the Fnaf 1 office, and the phone guy calls from Fnaf 1, it seems like the Fnaf 1 and Fnaf 4 protagonists are actually the same person.

Just another detail I noticed, Mike **Schmitz** sounds like a low effort fake last name you'd think of on the spot. It's hilarious how cartoon it actually sounds. Like two kids in a trench coat going up to a cashier asking for alcohol, then when asked for their name they say something like "uhhh... Fritz... *Schmitz*-"
Schmidt is actually the German form of Smith, so they are the same name, but in different languages.

It has been my personal belief for awhile now that we play as Mike during the nights and CC during the mini games. While it is easy to say it could be both during the nights-Scott isn't a stranger to complicated intricacies like that-I don't think so. Not only is it so needlessly complicated for no reason, but there is no actual evidence to suggest that we play as CC. Be it the Logbook, the room being different or the phone call, all signs point to it being Mike. As for the flower, pills and IV easter eggs, those are likely a guilty reminder to Mike as to what he did to his brother.
Hell, if you're a believer in the two spirits in Golden Freddy theory, then the appearance of Nightmare and Fredbear could be a spin on two spirits (CC and Cassidy) haunting Mike in his dreams for what he did. This could be to parallel William's later living nightmare as seen in The Man in Room 1280. Specifically, Cassidy would be Fredbear because she seems to be the one in control of the Golden Freddy suit whilst CC would be Nightmare, made obvious by the human brain calling back to the injury that caused his untimely death. To be clear, I don't think this would literally be CC and Cassidy, but yet another aspect of Mike's nightmare influenced by what he's seen at the different Freddy's locations.

To be honest, im pretty sure that the FNAF 4 location is a distorted child's bedroom, with slight hints of the FNAF 1 location, using the illusion disks to make everything look worse. The pills and such probably serve as reminders of what Michael caused.

Now to you, my friend, let me tell you why I think he's Michael.
Firstly, the bedroom, and the house in general, are structured in a very abnormal way. 2 doors leading into separate hallways. This is reminiscent of the FNAF 1 location, showing 2 doors leading into separate hallways.
Now what does this mean? Well, it's basically confirmed that Michael worked at the FNAF 1 location under a fake name. The paycheck lists him as "Mike Schmidt". This is also supported by the distorted phone call that can sometimes be heard. The logbook states that Michael has at least seen Nightmare Fredbear before, implying that he has been in a similar situation at the very least.
As for the minigames, we all know that Michael put the child into Fredbear's mouth. Interestingly, they usually involve Michael doing something to him, like scaring him or locking him in a closet.
I think these are traumatic memories of what happened on that day, coming back to haunt Michael.

Secondly, a Steam description is pretty shoddy evidence that you play as the crying child.
For example, Dream Theory was likely the original ending. if we're going based on that, then yes, the crying child would be the protagonist, hence the description reflecting that. However, that was retconned, being very much non-canon, and now the protagonist is left ambiguous and the description being worthless.
Thirdly, the phone call can happen randomly in your night. Sure, it's reversed, but why would it be there otherwise? FNAF doesn't do coincidences. They could have played a simple stock garbling sound, but they didn't.
Michael has seen Nightmare Fredbear, and there's a good chance he saw the other nightmares as well. Especially considering that he is asked if he had nightmares before the image.
Also, FNAF AR's characters are as non-canon as it gets. Using that as a source is pretty stupid, to be honest.
Lastly, FNAF 1 takes place in 1993, evidenced by the paycheck. The "20 years" line is either an exaggeration, or Scott not thinking too far ahead. The animatronics are also very much inspired by animatronic mascots from the 90s. 2003 is not the year that FNAF 1 takes place in.

This was really awesome! personally I still think Mike is alive, my idea is that as father and son Michael has to forcibly live forever until every bit of William, along with the rest of the agony is completely gone. Even though it's pretty much confirmed William is dead, we still have The Mimic that needs to be stopped. We may not see him currently, but I have a feeling our zombie hero is still alive and kicking doing stuff in the background.
Nah, It's hinted that Michael WANTED to die at the end of fnaf 6 judging by what Henry said in the connection termination speech. "There was a way planned out for you, but I don't think you would want that." Also his remnant probably burned in the fire (Because literally everyone else died).

-fnaf 4 nightmares aren’t attached to illusion disks anymore, but to some kind of gas that makes you see and believe things ( it has also been confirmed to be Micheal who experiences those).
-the events of fnaf 1 happen before sl, so now the motive of our firing as Michael afton (odor) isn’t because of body decay

@@animeman6599 Here's the thing, they are and aren't. Some STORIES are outright said to be canon, some are said to be connected as in they give hints at what happened, and others are outright stated to not be true.
i saw a theory that william put both his kids though the nightmare experiments, doing it to michael to punish him for defending his sibling, leading him to be a jerk to his sibling in the mini games in 4. also saw a video about one of the books, with the character being a michael stand in, where he wakes up in sister location and last recalled being in the nightmare experiments and thinking he was much younger or maybe even though he was the sibling.
I am completely sure you play as Michael in all, with the exception of recent installments and fnaf world you play as Cassidy. Of course Michael is only the night guard for the last night of fnaf 2 but aside from that. I genuinely believe you play as Michael in all games.

Considering that FNaF history started in 1983 (FNaF 4) and ended in FNaF 6 (approx. 2026-2028) and that Michael was about 15 years old in FNaF 4, he concluded his history in the franchise between 58 and 60 years (more approx. 59 years old)
The guy at least lived a long time, since he reached the elderly stage. If he didn't die in FNaF 6 as some theorize, by now he must be enjoying his retirement.
He probably didn't live a good life from what we can tell though, he lived with a serial killer father, he accidentally killed his younger brother, which might or might have not caused Afton to commit child murders, he got scooped by her dead little sister who was possessing an animatronic and then said sister and her friends live inside your skin, causing Michael to be a walking dead corpse, he feels guilty for what his father did again he thinks its his fault because of the bite of 83. He lived with that guilt for 40+ years, can't really blame him for wanting to be burned along with what is little left of his original family, Elizabeth and William (although they insane now) release the agony of those who died due to Afton's mental instability, these is why i think his 100% dead, who can live a normal life after all that happened? The only reason Michael probably continued living and didn't k*** himself was because of the guilt of what happened to his brother and trying to redeem himself, and end his fathers deadly legacy.

Okay sorry if this upsets who ever reads this for bring this up but fnaf 4 is Michael experiencing the memories of children William kidnapped using circus babies and who under went the fear gas experiment explaining why the background keeps changing. Now the part that’s confusing is how could Michael experience someone else’s memories? Well that answer is that the scooper can receive and distribute remnant and after Michael had is guts ripped out he had those memories injected into him when the scooper stabbed him. Also the fnaf 4 house is on the security map.

For the fnaf two on the night 7, I think it’s phone guy, considering how he said he’d take over the Night Shift the next day. Also, we didn’t get a phone call from him. The odor? Well, after night 6, Jeremy has the day shift, and that’s when the bite of ‘87 happened. Phone guy must’ve taken the body somewhere, making him have a bad odor.
THIS WAS SO MUCH FUN AHHHHHH!!! I really enjoyed this, and there a lot of times I was like "yeah this makes sense actually!" and the one off with freddy being like "no, that's...yeah...freddy" LMAO. I think in FNAF 4 1-5 we play as C.C but Night 6-8 we play as Michael.
Those nightmares began after Mike accidentally killed his brother.
The hospital references is The GUILT he feels
And he experience this nightmares even when he is adult and this incredibly describes how much Michael misses his brother and how much guilt he feels.
Even if he completes night 8, it is still not over.
Those nightmares affected him so much that in FNAF 3 it transformed into hallucinations.

I'm not trying to say that william is free he also have his ucn without nightmares springtrap scraptrap and without escape but that ucn we are playing is mike pure.scott left himself way to bring old characters back to life if scott make william alive in later games then all other characters will be alive becouse of agony.
To me, Glamrock Freddy being possessed by Michael is a sweet headcanon. He could've moved on to the afterlife, but decided to stay on Earth to protect children because he knows his father's influence is still out there.

I say this on every third FNAF video, but my sister and I had a theory we play as the big brother in FNAF4’s bonus nights while the Crying Child’s dead/dying since it came out. It of course hit even harder once we started learning who these characters really were.
Now if we sit crooked and speak correctly:
1- FNAF 3 If the night watchman sees animatronics from FNAF 1 and 2 as hallucinations. He must have worked in both places and must try to prevent the animatronics from harming him. This brings us directly to the FNAF 1-2-3 Night watchman as Micheal Afton. Because after the Michael SL incident, there is a walking corpse, since 1993-2023 is a long time, a normal person must either die or age, but Michael lives forever because of the residue.
2- We can play Nightmare BB Minigame in FNAF 4, which means that the person who survived the night is working in FNAF 2.
3- The behavior of the animatronics in FNAF 4 is very similar to game 1 and 2. As in FNAF 1, Bonnie comes from the left and Chica comes from the right. Chica's sound in FNAF 4 kitchen as in FNAF 1, Foxy's own private space like in FNAF 1 and disappearing like in FNAF 2. Freddy jumpscares at us from behind like in FNAF 1

5:10 I get it! Like, legit, I just solved it. The nightmares have been stated in UCN to be illusions, which, in this franchise, means illusion disks (yeah, those things). That means it’s entirely possible for Micheal Afton to have seen the Nightmare animatronics

Smith and Schmidt are literally the same name. One in english and the other in old german. (today the job is called Schmied)
There was a theory back in the day that I don't agree with but there is evidence for it. The theory is that we do play as Michael in UCN, the proof being is that William didn't interact with all of the animatronics in ucn, Micheal for the most part did (except for old man consequences), the line "the one you should not have killed" could be the crying child, and the crying child made this personal purgatory for Michael for his sin of killing his young brother.
Now what I believe is that it is a personal hell for William Afton and it was made by the spirit haunting Golden Freddy, this spirit is more selfish and that's where the line the one you shouldn't have killed comes into play.
The thing that makes Mike being Fritz Smith unlikely is that
1. Fritz taking up the night shift correlates up when phone guy says “I’ll probably take the night shift myself”
2. Phone guy died to the FNAF 1 animatronics so he can’t be Mike because he died from getting scooped; plus Mike and phone guy’s recordings coexist in FNAF 1 so I doubt Mike would be listening to prerecorded messages of himself eventually listening to his own death that didn’t even happen.
It seems more likely to me that Sister Location and FNAF 2 occur at around the same time and Elizabeth Afton getting scooped is the “bite” victim instead-freeing up Jeremy Fitzgerald to be Mike instead. Of course this theory has the weird flaw of if Baby is the bitter why are the Toy Animatronics canned, but that can be maneuvered around by William making Fazbear Entertainment use only the core 4 to avoid future accidents from the more advanced toy and Funtime animatronics while also covering his tracks so no one learns of his involvement.
It’s also entirely possible that due to the series retcons that FNAF 2 no longer matters to the lore outside of giving Phone Guy a backstory.

FNaF 1 - Def Michael, says his name and all
FNaF 2 - Likely Michael on at least custom night but not for certain. The repeated use of the word ‘odour’ makes me believe it’s Mike.
FNaF 3 - No proof but very likely. The fact they were working at the attraction after being a real FNaF night guard (hallucinates animatronics) and tried burning the place down tells me it’s Mike looking, finding and attempting to end his father.
FNaF 4 is likely Mike again but could be about the crying child (CC). The guidebook hints at it being Mike in a nightmare. Phone guy in FNaF 1 says that “it’s amazing how someone can live without the frontal lobe” when talking about the ‘bite of 87’ so it’s very possible CC was hospitalised before dying, hence the hospital items that Mike sees. It makes sense that he’d feel guilty for hospitalising and killing his brother. Fredbear; CC’s murdered also appears in the game which says a lot.
FNaF World: Yeah no
Sister location: We know this is Mike due to the spring-trap cutscene at the end of the game.
Pizzaria sim: Henry’s speech at the end of the game talks about the guard not wishing to leave and survive. This is Michael staying to make sure his father burns.
UCN - It could be him but it’s very unlikely and a lot of the death voice lines wouldn’t make sense in this case.
Help wanted and security breach - I don’t know enough about the lore post Pizzeria sim but Henry and Mike died so I doubt it’s him

Henry Emily died after he burned the pizza place own along with the remaining animatronics.

People always talking about how Micheal could be glamrock freddy, but what if Henry possesses Freddy instead? After all he did say that he was remaining close to the inferno
fnaf world (and other non-troll games that scott claims aren't canon) i like to believe are dreams or coma experiences inside of one of the characters heads after being unconscious, not only does this reflect the concept of The Desolate Hope (you traverse these dream like simulations happening within the minds of various robots, filled with wacky little enemies, several of which appearing in freddy in space 1) but fnaf world's map is shaped like a brain and has fredbear as a constant companion (the fnaf 4 crying atari bite little brother kid), but ucn is also canonically william's hell, not only does UCN have direct code connections to Fnaf world such as the OMC trophy, but UCN is really similar to SLCN which i believe is michael after being scooped and worn (you wont die, but youll wish you did) as a bunch of assorted funtimes are there instead of the usual ennard, also a notable lack of circus baby which during the development of SL was originally not going to be a part of ennard at all, hinted by the lack of her suit in the scooping room and how she can be seen with an intact endo while ennard is fully intact behind her, with scott retconning this because it went over everyone's heads so he ended up making the argument thing in the teaser source code to make it look like baby was ejected.
