What a great word! Something I might keep in mind for 2026 ☺
For the past few weeks, I have been considering momentum as my word of the year. When I turned on your video, I was also looking up the word momemtum at the same time. I couldn't believe it when you announced your word. I think you just gave me confirmation!

My word is "mindful". Living in the moment with great empathy and care for others.

Wow! How cool! I have another WOTY twin. I love that💕
I did Patience the last two years and it served me really well. Was my first time choosing a word. This year I chose RESET. I feel like that is going to give grace to my imperfections and help me to focus on each day being a new day and call me to adjust to work toward what I want. I wrote my word on every spread in 2024 just to remind me. But this year I want to make a little habit tracker or journal prompt (almost like a currently) just focused on my word.

Great word and as your video was progressing my word came to me. I think someone else also posted the same word: Intentional. I have a lot coming up in the next few days and I’m only going to need to be intentional to keep my mental and physical health balanced. Whooo! As you talked about relationships, balance kept coming to me as you spoke. You are seeking balance as you build that momentum!

Mine word for 2025 is TIME. The Bible verse that inspired it is Ecclesiastes 3:1 "For everything there is a season and a TIME for every purpose under heaven." I want to make the most of my time, be more intentional with my time and realize that time is precious. I believe that we are living at an amazing time in history and I believe good things are coming for all of us. Another quote that inspires me is from The Lord of the Rings - Gandalf: "All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us."
A wonderful choice and you are so right in saying time is precious. It’s something we can’t get back so we need to make the most of what we have. I love that. Thank you for sharing.
