I just don’t see what Mike is talking about. Scar tissue?? Cmon man schiefele and helly are both in their 30’s and have had multiple chances to win. That should have been learned years ago. This team ( great regular season) was shown major lessons against the Avs and vgk. Major upgrades to the d core is needed but the only problem is loyalty dies hard round these parts. They just aren’t built for the postseason. Thinking that their close is a foolish. Nothing wrong with thanking guys for their service (demelo pionk,Ehlers, Schmidt etc) and trying to upgrade. This includes the coaching staff!! Who were absolutely manhandled when it came to roster deployment and in game management. Sometimes change is good! Thanks for the show fellas!!
No one is calling Scott Arniel other than the Jets. So why are they even considering the guy.
Exactly. the guy ran the penalty kill, and it was one of the worst in the league. He also had 5 straight losses when Bones was sick. It's clear this team needs a coach with playoff experience because that is the one thing this team is lacking, success in the playoffs. Keefe going to NJ so WPG needs to go after McLellan and Gallant.
I am cheering for the Rangers because I do not want florida or any other team to win their first stanley cup before the jets win their first cup!
