Westchester protects itself from these trucks by making sure the trucks stay as far east as possible on 95 , taking them to the Bronx and finally have them go across the entire length of The Bronx. Awful. I think the best approach is to divert these horrible trucks away from The Bronx by building a highway that takes the trucks across the Tappan Zee Bridge from 95 efficiently.
