Thoughts on drinks? I’m not a huge fan of water bottles, but not so sure how people would feel about drinking from a drink dispenser I would bring 🤔 possibly a liability?
Seriously, you never know who's struggling with an addiction, so offering alcohol - not so great. My recommendation would be to offer vegan options. Vegans vote with their pocketbook and will reward realtors who consider this dietary commitment.
Actually, my favorite water is Napa Hills Antioxidant Wine Water. It has a nice "wine" kind of feel to it but is yummy hydrating goodness. It's a little pricey though.

I put out those thin, recyclable plastic bottles with my branding sticker on there.
You could always do a drink dispenser and have bottled waters on hand for those that would rather.

I’m not an attorney so hard to say. Everything could be a liability these days. Safest bet is if serving alcohol at an event is to hire a bartender.
