I think instead of burpees it should be standing tucks or back handsprings depending on the skill level bc then they can’t cheat. And for the girls who don’t have either should do hollow body holds. Burpees are not effective if all they do is cheat them.

At this point, the attitudes are pissing me off. I come from competitive gymnastics and I wouldn’t dare treat my coaches as such. If they expect to do well and win, they need to work on their attitudes and come to practice with the right mindset. I’m so tired of having to hear the coaches repeat themselves time and time again. It’s ridiculous. I don’t know if the girls think it’s cute to act that way, but it’s not. It sucks because it’s not even all of them, some of them do have respect, but of course, you win as a team, you lose as a team. When one person messes it up for the whole squad, they all have to pay the consequences. Another sit down is needed for the girls and those who don’t show interest in being there need to be off the team. Period.

There shouldn’t be any changes in the routine with only two practices left before a competition. These girls are not ready to complete yet. I recommend them longer and maybe more frequent practices WITH Coach black in attendance!!
And also each girl should be given a spot in stunts in the beginning of the season. There is no need for them to be changing positions during the season because i can see their confusion with grips. If they are learning new stunt positions every so number of practice they can't master what they begun to learn.

I'm sorry half way into practice your holding up practice to have teammates wait for you to put your shoes on? They should be on when you start. Just insane. When I was a teen I didn't have patience. I would've quit this team. I was competitive when it came to sports. This type of practice would've drove me nuts. The parents of these kids need to watch these videos. If they do and your kids care about cheer and want to make it somewhere with it. Try to get them on a different team. This type of practice is lazy and dangerous and I mean DANGEROUS.

I think she was sick. I think that's the one she called and asked. I mean with covid if your sick you can't come. But the stunt was definitely holding up better with the new girl that came to practice to fill the spot.
I absolutely hate the disrespect some of these girls have for their leaders (coaches) I see some positive changes with this team but unfortunately the disrespect out ways the changes. The team has got to HIT & CHEER WITH INTENTION! and CARE. it’s not cute or funny at all how sloppy they are. It looks like they could care less about hitting stunts and exceeding their expectations.
And atp when it comes to conditioning just tell tay tay to sit down,cuz it ain’t doing her no good when she cheat every workout and it’s annoying seeing her not doing anything lmao

This is why I do not coach cheerleading because they never it take it serious. To much laughing and playing for me. If you all would listen to your Coach and get serious you all would win every competition. I would have you all doing 20 counts on workouts when you are laughing and playing while I am trying to teach and coach. But we always want to be in a unforms and try and be good at competition but you need to be good at practice first.
The cameraman is starting to get on my damn nerves😭 like show the stunts not the girl fixing the heat. So much unnecessary things being shown instead of the actual important stuff
