on stage 5, sky meadows, the teleporter can be interacted with to change its "destination" to either the boss (on the moon), or to "loop" which is when the stages go on forever. looping allows you to build up more power (more items), but you also go against stronger enemies.
@@Canopill you know how the teleporter in sky meadows looks different to all the other teleporters? The very center of the teleporter starts the boss event, but on the outer edge, that is where you change destination. A chat message will pop up when you change destination, something like "aligned with the moon" vs "aligned with the planet".
