It could be anytime. A case can settle before depositions / IMEs too. But after they are done and case is on trial calendar it is more likely to settle - probably a few months at most if the plaintiff lawyer is litigating aggressively
Is it a good sign if the defense attorney stops the plaintiff’s deposition. They denied liability up until I had my deposition but 10 minutes into it they said no further questions then pulled my attorney to the side and said let’s talk settlement at mediation. My lawyer doesn’t communicate with me very well
Yes if they ended the deposition quickly and asked to settle it probably means the issues are very clear. That’s usually a good sign but the value will depend on how bad the injuries are , how much insurance they have , and how aggressively your lawyer pushes the case

Best bet is to see your doctor and let them know how you feel, medication you take and regular psychiatrist appointments are your proof.
