I always had a dream as a teenager to have a high end build (on stock piaggio case), but never had the money. Then obviously came cars and i have forgotten scooters. This build will be amazing. Btw my dream as always been Aprilia SR50R but Yamaha Aerox is also very cool scooter.
I also had gilera runner when i was a teenager. Never had the money to build it properly, but i did max out the original 50cc cylinder and ported the case, so it still went 100km/h easy.
Can't believe noone commented on the sick leopard print table cover! This is going to be a sick build Jack, can't wait to see this thing rippin! If we know Jack he will have this thing built in a day lol.

Have a Mugello 186 and can't wait to get out on it
Yess been waiting ages for a new aerox video got a full stage 6 Aerox my self from UK got loads of people with them built over ain’t seen anyone in UK build a malossi one yet tho only engine swapped with a 180 gilera runner engine 🏍💨💨
They're 100% better than the zip! Jack have you heard of aprilia sr125? Now that's a good platform to start from,they rip straight outa the box! I had a 98' fcuk that was rapid
Here in Europe, you get moped/scooter drivers license at age 15. I had a Aerox that was mildly tuned, and when i turned 18 (got drivers license) i transfered over to cars. Seems to be the opposite for you :D
@@JackCecil yeah I agree but for quirkiness they are far ahead of every thing, my friend had one when we was 16 so 20 years ago and ive only ever seen about 5 on the road since then.
Just wondering if be able to help I have a aerox 70cc all stage 6 the bike runs Perfect power at take off is Perfect so is top end it’s when I get to traffic lights and come to a stop the idle stays high for a couple seconds then rpms drop right down 🤔
an aerox is not made in italy, it is made in france, by mbk industris, it says on the vin plate. the two things made in italy are the paioli suspension, and the minarelli engine. and for your malossi rc-one engine which is the engine block itself, designed by malossi and cast in china, the rest of the malossi parts are made in italy. not to be an ass hole, but i'm a real scooter nerd, have messed with scooters since i was 17, and am 39 years old now :)

Piaggio Gilera Runner was my dream scooter and I'm happy I owned one,
I had a 50cc one but they also come with a 180cc engine from the factory.

I like the peugeot jet force c-tech i did a 15cm and 20cm streach on those and a 70cc kit its fast you need one of those 😍😍😍😍
Check out the italjet 125 dragster they are rare here in the uk really strange setup but really cool in my eyes you will love it

How many horsepower does this original block have? I saw on the malossi website that by fitting a carburetor 34 you can also reach 32 hp.

Correct. We do not have any of the European scooters here. Only 4 stroke now. We had Zuma and jog.
