Love this farm theme box. Cute hat, definitely worth going over budget for. I would leave the Barbie doll in just like she is. The puppets and wooden animal blocks are my favorites.
Trish this is absolutely amazing!!! This is one of my faves if not my fave from you! I soooo love it. My sister who’s just turned five absolutely loves the farm! She often goes to this farmstay here because she can’t get enough, and she’s been like this for years...she would love this box! This little girl will love it too! My sister loves all that barbie/Chelsea stuff with all the small bits...and has for years...my mum has just put the small bits up and given them to her to play with when she’s been next to her supervising but if u don’t feel u should include it, the doll will still be awesome to her.
I'm in love even before you opened it💕 😁 so nicely wrapped. I love the hat and the stacking blocks and the hand puppets and the adorable bag you made for them and...too much to list😂🤣 everything is so cute😊
I'm sorry, but I'm already impressed with the box itself before even seeing the contents. You are a gift wrap queen! So nicely wrapped, and love the yellow polka dot print. Love entire outfit. Including the hat and bandana headband. So adorable. I love that you included the red checkered handkerchief to go with the theme, with the matching ribbon. Another great box, Trish! I plan to add similar Chelsea Barbies to my 2-4 shoebox, because it does say 3+. 🐄 🐖
Thanks so much, Sharon. You’re a sweetheart. Yeah, about the Chelsea Barbie, I guess I overthink things. I am including those bug erasers, hair elastics and barrettes, that, quite frankly, could be swallowed by a 2 year old if she was really determined. I suppose all two-year-olds are going to have a parent or guardian who will go through the items in the box anyway. 😘
This is one of my favorite boxes You have done!!! They are all fantastic, but oh the cuteness of this one 🐮 🐷 🐑 I can’t tell you a favorite... Just perfect in every way. I would leave the doll😉. I included the little circus dog in my 2-4.
Thank you so much, Emily. Yeah, I was just telling Sharon that I overthink things. I suppose we have to trust that the caregiver of a two-year-old will go through the shoebox and remove anything decidedly unsafe for their child. 🥰
I love that hat! I used the stacking blocks in a boy farm themed 2-4 box. If I recall Walgreen's was just about the only place that had anything actually decent leftover from Easter (other than the usual amount of candy). They totally surprised me on the quality too, not exactly the type of thing you would expect to find at a drug store.
Thanks Kelly. Yes, I thought the stacking blocks and puzzles from Walgreens were really cute. I’m putting another set of animal blocks in a boy 2-4 farm shoebox 🚜
This shoebox is exploding with fun and joy! I love the farm theme 😍 The little bag you made turned out so cute! Great TIP on the shorts!! Its so hard to find modest girl shorts. Not sure what my favorites are, so many goodies 💖💖 I do love the stackable toy, thank you for sharing 💕
A wonderful box as always. Leave the doll in, like others suggested glue the shoes on and then tie a ribbon to the watering can and tie it to the doll. That might keep her from putting the can in her mouth or losing the can.
So much fun and quality in only a shoebox. It is such a cute box. I am also making a farm box, but I am building it around the Grimm´s tale "the musicians of Bremen", because I have a set of stapable animal plushs from that tale. For a while I was teaching German to preschoolers and I wanted to use them for the classes, but in the end I never used them. I just stored them away from my kids. Now they are going into a shoebox. Regarding the small pieces of the doll I would trust in the parents or caretakers to store her for a while if necessary. It´s still worth sending her, the girl will be playing with her for so many years. I recently bought a set of very colourful wooden building blocks online for a Troll toddler box. There were no measurements in the description and they turned out to be very small. I´ll just leave them in the original packaging and trust that there will be an adult who takes it away if necessary or maybe an older sibling can play with it.
The Musicians of Bremen? How cute does that sound? I’ll bet it turns out adorable. Thanks for your input about the Chelsea doll. It’s always so hard to know exactly what to do, as all these children’s situations will likely be different, but I’m thinking the same way as you. 🥰
Such a cute box! I am going to do a boy toddler farm themed box. I have so many themed boxes on the go, waiting impatiently for things to arrive for them in the mail....I am also learly of putting little Barbie's in the toddler boxes, but I think it will be ok! It goes well with her little animals to play with, pray about it, God will make sure it goes to the right little girl. I also get those pencil sharpeners, ofcourse we Canadian's have to pay more for items lol but they are nice ones. I love the puppets and the blocks, the outfit and hat goes great for a farm theme, wonderful items all around. I really enjoy your videos, so inspiring!
Aww, thanks Tray. I will definitely look forward to your toddler boy farm box. I love seeing other’s spin on a theme. I am also packing one for a 2-4 boy. Any theme with animals is always a fun box to pack for toddlers.
Love it! Our brains are on the same wavelength. I just filmed a boy farm theme for 2-4 using many of the same items! LOL I didn't use the video because I went with the Jungle video instead....but it was almost exactly the same as this one! The Walgreen's wooden animals definitely work well with this theme. I wouldn't overthink the doll. Keep her in. She will be loved. Honestly that hat just makes this box! It is so adorable! I can't get over it! I also loved your lid and handmade card. Very well thought out with your love Trish! TFS!
Thanks, Denise. When I saw that hat I knew I had to have it for this little girl. The price really wasn’t bad, either. Denise, you pack the most adorable Shoeboxes. Even with some of the exact same items, I’m sure yours will look completely different and super cute with your spin on it. I can’t wait to see it. I also have a boy 2-4 farm box, which is really quite different than this one, even though it has the same wooden, animal blocks, M&D stickers and the other 2 hand puppets.
I would leave the shoes and the watering can in the box for the doll. A girl aged 2 would love her. The caregiver can remove them if she isn't mature enough but I think it will he fine. I love these videos I'm trying to learn what to put in my boxes. You find amazing deals.
Thanks Tiffany. And thanks for your input. Yes, I am going to leave the doll in. I suppose we must trust in the caregivers to use their own judgment, as they do with anything else in their own home or facility.
Your video was so enjoyable to watch. I was anticipating each item as it emerged from the box. It’s difficult for me to choose a favourite item. I loved EVERYTHING that was in that yellow box. I must say, I’m excited for the little girl who’s going to receive it. I am trusting that the LORD will help me find good clearance items for the boxes I plan to pack this year. Good job.
Oh, thank you, Lenica. That means a lot. I, too, am so excited for the little girl who will receive this one. The best times to snag clearance deals are after holidays, Christmas, typically being the best opportunity, Valentine’s Day and Easter, during and after Back-to-school and after a season...winter clearance, summer clearance. 🤞
Hey Trish! I know this box is long gone but I am binge watching some older videos from several occ youtubers and I just had to tell you how much I LOVED this box!!!! It is just the sweetest ever!!!!
I love it when people comment on old videos, (except when they suggest I change something, because they don’t realize it’s an old video, lol.) That farm box was my all-time favorite, Sue. TFW 🥰
Another Trish wonder box! My four area Walgreen’s had tons of the stacking blocks at .40 cents each. Needless to say, they went fast. What about using a drop of permanent adhesive on the shoes? Don’t overthink the doll and keep her in the box. Another box yours truly will copy! Love, love this box.
Thank you so much, Sonia. Wow, $.40 for the stacking blocks! You can’t beat that! My Walgreens were so wiped out after Easter. They only had puzzles and stacking blocks left, but not much, so I was afraid to wait.
It is so hard to avoid the 3+ tag on nearly everything. My daughter has played with those size barbies since she was ONE. any shoes I just put in a drawer u til she was not putting things in her mouth (around 2) and then I popped them back on! You COULD hot glue the shoes mostly just because those things tend to get lost and even at three I glue my daughters doll shoes on so she isn’t frustrated with them. But that is not permanent and I would not glue the watering can. I agree with your choice and I always shake my head when people leave out awesome things just because a two year old may get the box. Awesome box!!! Super jealous you found that doll!! I need to find one for my toddler farm box for sure.
Thanks so much, Christine. That really helps. Several others have suggested gluing the shoes on, which I was considering. Hot glue is a great suggestion. 🥰
What a cute little box! I love the outfit, especially that straw hat, and the plush puppets and the piggy tote bag. ^^ I wouldn't worry too much about the doll. You could have her go barefoot (or glue her shoes on) and keep the watering can, since I don't think the watering can is small enough to be that big of an issue.
Thank you. Yes, it seems to be the general consensus to keep the doll in the box and maybe glue on the shoes, which is likely what I will do. Thanks so much for your input. It’s always appreciated. 🥰
Keep doll as-is. She'll be fine. I am super impressed with your box. Bravo! I'm trying to find good deals but my Wags/Wal-Mart aren't great this year. 😕
@mandymullinix thank you. Although after Christmas 2019 was better, my best finds were after Christmas 2020. It’s really been slim pickings after each holiday since, in 2021. But, don’t give up. I find a lot, because I go to a lot of stores. If I stick to just one Walmart or one Walgreens or one Dollar Tree, I wouldn’t have much to show.
Thanks Elizabeth. I got to Walgreens after Easter Clearance quite late. Coincidentally, all they had left were the stacking blocks and puzzles, which was all I really wanted. 👏
Thanks, Christina. This box was one of my all-time favorites. Honestly, I don’t recall where I got the wrapping paper, as this video was from 2 years ago, but I’m going to guess, probably Dollar Tree. TFW 🥰
Love this farm theme box. Cute hat, definitely worth going over budget for. I would leave the Barbie doll in just like she is. The puppets and wooden animal blocks are my favorites.
Totally leave the doll in! God has someone special for this wonderful shoebox.
❤️ I did! ❤️
Wow this box has just everything! Absolutely love this farm theme, so fun!

Adorable box. Such a cutie hat. The hand puppets are sweet.
Love the hat! It's so cool the farmer in the book hat is a straw hat too.
Thanks 🥰
I'm in love even before you opened it💕 😁 so nicely wrapped. I love the hat and the stacking blocks and the hand puppets and the adorable bag you made for them and...too much to list😂🤣 everything is so cute😊
🥰 thank you so much, Zhanna. It’s definitely one of my favorites 😘

Thanks so much, Jennifer. Fantastic idea, tying the watering can to the doll with a ribbon. I like that a lot 👍🥰

Love everything you put together for this box. That hat is incredible, the cutest I have ever seen!!
Thanks, Anne. I have so many favorites, but this one is way at the top, particularly because of that hat! ❤️

Cute box. I think the watering can would be ok. Maybe take the shoes off. I love the puppets
Thanks Kelly. I may do that.
Oh my word..that hat is adooorrrrable
Oh my, sorry I missed responding. Yes, that hat has to be my most favorite thing I packed last year ❤️
@@byrdfeed9071 no worries
So cute! Love the sun hat! You could consider sending the doll without shoes or superglue them on.
Thanks, Charlotte. I may do that (one or the other) with the doll shoes.
What a cute little box! I love the outfit, especially that straw hat, and the plush puppets and the piggy tote bag. ^^ I wouldn't worry too much about the doll. I can't believe how much you fit. I need to hire you as a vacation suitcase packer 😂
Cute! I wouldn’t worry about the doll. I think it’ll be just right 😉
Such a cute box!!! I love the stacking blocks! I wasn't able to get to my Walgreens for the clearance this year.
Thanks Elizabeth. I got to Walgreens after Easter Clearance quite late. Coincidentally, all they had left were the stacking blocks and puzzles, which was all I really wanted. 👏
AAAdoorable !!!!!!
That board book is so nice. Where did you buy that great wrapping paper?
Thanks, Christina. This box was one of my all-time favorites. Honestly, I don’t recall where I got the wrapping paper, as this video was from 2 years ago, but I’m going to guess, probably Dollar Tree. TFW 🥰
How much do you budget for each box? I love the themes. You do such a nice job.
My budget is $15 for each box. I’m usually able to stick close to that, particularly with a 2-4 box, but this one went way over...by about $10 😬
