We'll start by going over how to access the customizer settings for your blog posts. This is done by going to your WordPress dashboard, then clicking on Appearance, and then Customize. Once you're in the Customizer, you'll need to go to the Post/Pages Layout section.
There are two tabs in this section: General and Design. The General tab lets you control the structure of your blog posts, such as whether or not to show the post title, category, author, and date. You can also control the layout of these elements. The Design tab lets you control the colors, fonts, and sizes of your blog posts.
Then I'll go over how to customize the design of your blog archive page. This is done by going to the Archive Layout section in the customizer. The Archive Layout section has the same General and Design tabs as the Post/Pages Layout section.
Finally, I'll go over how you make individual changes to each blog post. This is done by editing the post itself. In the post editor, you can go to the Page Settings or Post Settings section to access the same options that are available in the customizer.

Kadence won't let me use my own fonts, or overwrite their CSS, so I stopped using it.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Kadence. Did you try to use the Custom CSS option inside the customizer? for fonts, I think they have a separate plugin for that but it is included inside the Pro plan or you can use a Custom Font plugin for that.

@@abuzidwp You have to use the premium version. I refuse to pay for something that can be accomplished using CSS and HTML. Now I use nothing more than Gutenberg and free plugins.
