Did you see the reviews for the First Descendent on Steam and how it's getting mixed reviews because of the GREEDY MICROTRANSCTIONS that NEXON implemented? This is how it's going to be for NCSOFT but EVEN WORSE for Throne and Liberty's release; because at least TFD is a PvE only game. That in game real money transaction marketplace is going to KILL Throne and Liberty the first week when it releases into the West.
No, thats not true! There is no greedy P2W in TL. I have already explain many times that P2W in Throne and Liberty is very mild and game is amazing so we can have fun in TL without any problems.
@@SocietyOfGaming AND I've also said many times that you know this because you are intimately familiar with the game and can make that kind of opinion/commentary. But most people who will try Throne and Liberty when it Global releases is only going to see the in game market and how it can be bought with REAL MONEY and this will instantly kill the game. This will be the first impression of players who try the game for the first time and it will NOT be good.

Its possible one day in the future! Developers can always change arenas into more esports way!
This arena system is DoA if it's not equalized, without it, it can't have any future for esports. It'll just be $$ over skill.
Maybe they will change it later to make it equal for all players. We will see soon!

Your normal gear what you have earn in the game stays in arena. I didnt see anything about equalizing gear in arena for now.

I will play Aion again for update 3.0 and I will cover the game regarding news all the time. Also, Aion 2 will be huge focus of my gameplay in 2025! So, I didnt quit for good, but right now to play Aion, there is no point at all.

im on the game as we speak, just looked through the whole store... the only thing you can get is potions, currency (certain amount when you buy certain bundles), skins, food and a thing that gives you levels 1 - 50 in your log book... ALL of those things you can get pretty easily in game just by playing... i have PLENTY of food and potions and havent gone out of my way to get any of them, i just have them, its really just pay to skip, in a few days youll be level 30 with all the things you couldve spent money on lol no reason to even bother, which imo is a good thing, its really just for lazy people who dont want to actually play the game and just want to skip as much content as they can possibly skip lol dosent look like people can buy straight up levels or experience or anything like that tho. there are some really cool skins on there, people will probably dig that
