What's the use? I tested it out and all my Incantations do the same or less damage. I'm also squishier according to my character stats.

I killed bayle on my second attempt, the dragon before him give me more trouble than him lol

I meet and killed Byle with Igon but never interacted with the priestess. When to her got her heart but can’t seem to use it
I could use it even if I didn't interact with her
You do have to have no armor on and it seems to take a second to register before you can use it
I also had that issue, for me the problem was that I was still at the altar which is a safe area and it seems you can’t use it in safe areas.
You can get the rock dragon form without this quest it’s much easier find the ghost chair on the way up the mountain to Bayle emote in front of it a ghost will appear and then touch you boom rock dragon form
I beat bayle before can I still do this quest?
Go back to the dragon communion like i show you in the video, maybe the loot could still be there? i hope it works for you

I missed out on talking to her but beat Bayle then found the communion and got the heart and weapon.

Dragon Form in my opinion is the biggest hard disappointment.....they could of made it so you would have the resilence of that of a dragon while boosting your Dragon incantations and attacks. They could of thought this is out better, a total waste of a good idea
