I just left Qatar in November 2022 after being there a year. The best part of Qatar is the absolute wealth of different foods, cultures and people from all over the world. The hardest part (for me, an uncultured english speaker) was shopping by picture. "I think this is a soup, and its probably chicken because theres a picture of a chicken on it, but the chicken has flames coming out of its mouth". A different thing to be sure. Google Translate with the picture/video option was a lifesaver.
