I'm not a native English speaker, and for most of my life before creating this channel, I didn't care about the lyrics in the music I listened to. But song lyrics have been slowly adding to the destruction of our society for decades. The fact that a bad idea sounds musically pleasing doesn't make it a good idea. Addictions, crime, promiscuity, divorces, revenge, telling lies, cursing, swearing, hating, making idols, taking lives before birth, and many other destructive behaviors have been spread and normalized for years through most of the things we consider entertaining. Be careful of the messages you let into your life. Some people need to know that there is scientific proof that God exists. Everything that you see around you, at some point was not there, right? And nothing appears by itself. It is scientifically impossible for anything to just start existing. Think about this for a moment: if there was ever a time in the past when there was absolutely nothing, wouldn’t there still be absolutely nothing? It is wise to admit that something or someone must have always existed and therefore caused the existence of everything else. That’s the meaning of eternal. The Bible says that God is eternal and He gives us eternal life when we are reconciled with Him through faith in Jesus Christ and repentance. Now, why should you believe the Bible? Here’s only one of the reasons. According to the Bible, there were about 4000 years between Adam and Jesus Christ, and there have been around 2000 years since Jesus died and rose from the dead. Why should people believe that Adam was the first human being, that Jesus rose from the dead, and just the Bible in general? Well, when you add 4000 plus 2000, that makes up for about 6000 years of human history according to the Bible. Feel free to look this up online or anywhere you prefer: no one has ever been able to prove and no one can prove that there was life on earth 7000 years ago. It’s good to know these things, but what’s really important is where you will spend eternity. Some people have been able to explain it better than I can, so I will just cite one of the clearest presentations of the gospel I have ever read, published by Living Waters in the Million Dollar Bill: THE MILLION-DOLLAR QUESTION: Will you go to Heaven when you die? Have you lied, stolen, used God’s name in vain, or lusted (which Jesus said was adultery, Matthew 5:28)? If so, God sees you as a liar, thief, blasphemous, and adulterer at heart. If you die in your sins, you will end up in a terrible place called Hell. But there’s good news. Though we broke God’s Law, Jesus paid the fine by dying on the cross: “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16). Then Jesus rose from the dead and was seen by hundreds (it’s no fairytale). He fulfilled all the prophecies of the promised Savior. Please, today, repent and trust Jesus, and God will forgive you and grant you the gift of eternal life (Ephesians 2:8-9). Then, to show your gratitude, read the Bible daily and obey it, join a Christian church, and be baptized. Visit NeedGod.com and LivingWaters.com

The 2011-2015 period were the golden era of EDM. Lots and lots of quality electronic songs week after week. The era was ignited by the Swedish DJ's like Avicci, Axwell, ingrosso etc.. their songs started to get huge airplays in USA, thus started to take over the mainstream music, competed with pop music and at a point of time even mainstream pop music was losing to edm. That was the standard of these DJ's. The shift from the major house sound to the hip-hop trap, future bass kind of sound was evident. There were many good artists in these like chainsmokers but all producers somehow tried different styles which were not as catchy or impactful as their previous hits. Still, Calvin Harris enjoyed success with club edm sound, kygo was becoming huge but the huge number in dutch and Swedish House songs declined and the industry was inclined towards a different sound Mumble rap came in to scene and a horrific trap sound ruled the industry for some years . unexpectedly good list, nice mix of classic and modern songs. the pendulum respect was a pleasant surprise! my biggest snubs here would be: Tristam - Frame Of Mind Virtual Riot - Idols Vicetone - Nevada RIOT - Overkill INZO - Overthinker Jack Ü - Mind Cartoon - Why We Lose (there's also hundreds more songs but that boils down to personal preference, none as iconic as these 7 I named)
You are both obviously very young as your era's are just 6 years long... thats not even a decade. You probably relate to a time where your most favourite DJ was somehow in charts. There isn't anything significant from 2004-2010 same as 2008-2014... as if there was a huge change in music... like come on guys!
@@Z0RDR4CK early 2010s dance became mainstreamed and was being sampled by everyone at the time. Lot of radio shows imported from Europe and were simulated here in the states. They even acknowledged it at the 2012 Grammys if you see how they collaborated artists at that show. Didn’t matter the genre of dance you liked. Also never make assumptions about other people
Great compilation! I would add if I'm not wrong: ATB-any, music instructor-any, bomfunk mc's-any, flying steps-any barthez- on the move, C-Bool-any, safri duo-any. My beloved:Avicii, Robert Miles,Keith Flint-Prodigy RIP!
very good list, I missed Lasgo, I listened to it a lot on the radio and because I didn't know English, and the lack of technology at the time, it took me a long time to know who was singing.
The present generation of music will always say “Have you like that" by Blackpink carries the best edm drop ever. And the only reason behind this is they don't know who Avicii is. I don't know how many times I heard levels. Levels carries a beat that not only make your heart fell that there is always somebody for him but also it matures us with single drop. I still have that bell icon on even after knowing the truth that TIM can't make music anymore(but he can still make you smile ❤️).
Sure if you pretend EDM didn't exist in the 1980s or 90s. This uploader never heard of Gary Numan or Moroder or Technotronic or the KLF (just to name a few). Ridiculous and ignorant of him .
Gonna have to disagree with you there. In my opinion, Levels' drop is second only to Daft Punk's "One More Time". The drop near the end after the vocal section never fails to give me goosebumps.
This is a pretty good list! It has many of my favorites, including #2, which is probably my favorite Electronica track. One out-of-the-box EDM track that you missed was "I Feel Love" by Donna Summer. That song arguably helped popularized what became EDM.
I'm surprised I recognized a lot of these! I think Adagio for Strings and In and Out of Love should be higher though! We also need more Kygo in the list 😫 Agreed here though with Levels, it's the song that got me into EDM in the first place.
I'm a trance music fan, I have a genuine question. Was wondering if you could make a "The Best of Trance Music" compilation from like 1998-2004? That would be wonderful. Thanks!
@@TherealUD Haha for sure. This music is good, but it don't come damn near close to trance music. I would love to see a trance music countdown on this channel.
If anything, I would've put Animals higher than 8. I just remember how Garrix came onto the scene and instantly ruled the roost. Garrix struck gold on a level where it inspired so many artists after him and it also had direct implications on the styles of them. I would say Tsunami is a great example of product inspired by Animals.
Great Top, I like than Mammoth is in top 5 I think the song "Rock The Party" by Jauz and Ephwurd is missing in this top And Party Rock Anthem should in at least top 50
WOW! Thank you for this playlist! I found many new great songs! In genres of The World EDM and House-genres are the greatest! I drift to the EDM and House-genres!
This list is solid, but personally, i would add Basto, Orange's theme, Marco V, Orjan Nilsen, Noiscontrollers, Headhunterz, Binary Finary - 1998, Marcel Woods, Joop - The Future, Sub Sonik, W&W
If I had to chose one song to be a beacon of EDM.....One More Time - Daft punk. it's a representation of how EDM music can make you feel amazing and so in tune with your environment. A song perfectly fit on how you should live life to the fullest and wanting to listen to another song, one more time.
While one more time is a great track, i don't understand how it beats Around the World, that should have been in the top ten, it was ground breaking at the time.
Great list! Here are some songs that are definitely missing. Zedd - beautiful now David Guetta & Martin garrix & brooks - Like I Do Timmy Trumpet & Carnage - Toca Armin Van Buuren - Dominator
Having *that* tune at number 1 is definitely the right choice. It's the artist's most catchy song and the one that really propelled them into popularity, yet always gets slept on All the right songs are in the list though
most outstanding songs from each DJ: Avicii - Levels DV&LM - Mammoth SHM - Don't You Worry Child Martin Garrix - Animals/Tremor David Guetta - Titanium Hardwell - Spaceman Alesso - If I Lose Myself/Heroes Alan Walker - Faded(Fade NCS) The Chainsmokers - Closer Calvin Harris - Under Control/Feel So Close Alok - Hear Me Now Afrojack - Turn Up The Speakers Tiësto - Secrets Armin Van Buuren -Blah Blah Blah Blah DJ Snake - Turn Down For What Skrillex - Bangarang Lost Frequencies - Are You With Me/Reality Blasterjaxx- Rocket W&W - Rocket/Arcade Kshmr - Tsunami/Secrets Nicky Romero - Toulouse Galantis - Runaway Diplo - Where Are U Now Marshmello - Alone Illenium - Don't Let Me Down(Remix)/Takeaway Steve Aoki - No Beef/Boneless Ummet Ozcam - The Hum Axwell - In My Mind(Remix) Axwell /\ Ingrosso - More Than You Know Sebastian Ingrosso - Reaload/Calling Steve Angello - Knas Daft Punk - One More Time Otto Knows - Million Voices
Jack Ü :- To Ü ( back to ü ). It's just my preference. Or everything else is yours. Well, I don't know about EDM alot but I want to change this list a just little bit. KSHMR - Jammu. Nicky Romero - I could be the one. Skrillex - Bangarang / In Da Ghetto. DVLM - Repeat after me ❤️ By the way, don't forget Sub Urban ( my fav. song of NCS is cradles ).

So many great songs, I´m gonna be listening to 2010s EDM for the next week! Also, Strobe and Levels at the end just made me nod my head and think "It´s all coming together"

RIP Avicii
It’s so sad that he passed when I found I had to tell my parents
@Faye hunt he passed away in 2018
@Faye hunt He committed suicide
2002-2008 top years of EDM and 2009-2015 the climax, feliz de haber vivido todo su proceso, ahora Hardwell se está encargando de traer esos años dorados de vuelta
Banger list!
2010-16 were the days…
2010-2015
frr
There's still some really good stuff out there! But it's difficult to find under the enormous amount of crap that's gets produced and pushed forward
Fr
unexpectedly good list, nice mix of classic and modern songs. the pendulum respect was a pleasant surprise!
my biggest snubs here would be:
Tristam - Frame Of Mind
Virtual Riot - Idols
Vicetone - Nevada
RIOT - Overkill
INZO - Overthinker
Jack Ü - Mind
Cartoon - Why We Lose
(there's also hundreds more songs but that boils down to personal preference, none as iconic as these 7 I named)
Now that the you name those dnb tracks, HOW did the list not have Sigma - nobody to love?????
This kinda makes me feel more proud to be growing up through this era 💪🔥
Bro same.. I was 9-14 having the radio next to my bed on Z100 while I’m going to sleep for school, just listening to the absolute CLASSICS of today.
@@intrstn I'd have vevo and top 40 on the TV everyday from 2009-15 before the music plunged downhill. I was 8 when it started, im 21 now lol
I literally cried. EDM is the best thing that's ever happened to me
saaaameee
Absolutely! ❤
Exactly! I ❤❤❤❤❤edm

This is so real
Generally very good ranking, but In my opinion Kygo who is a legend of deep/tropical house music deserves at least 2-3 songs, not only 1
True, there are at least 5 or 6 I would have put in a list like this
Agreed!!
Kygo makes the most bullshit generic boring songs ever
He collabed with avicii which automatically makes him epic
@@Robert._.j.Oppenheimer it's not a collab actually, but he is a great dj, probably my favourite
Golden era of this century of dance music is 2008-2014 🎉😊
2004-2010
Also never make assumptions about other people
All the songs gave me a lot of nostalgia❤️
Same most of them same
15:30 this song is amazing
Loved the list
I'm glad to be a late 90s/early 2000s kid. I got to enjoy the best years of EDM
I recognise 98% of the songs !
Great video! I recognised 64 tracks. It would've been nice to see either Rapture or Pressure by Nadia Ali. :)
Agree with Rapture.
Both are sick, but I like pressure better. It better for school!
Alesso remix of pressure is the best song ever
@@pietrodestefano6485 AGREED. Pressure Alesso Remix is a legendary track.
I love how you included avici's tracks and gave the respect it deserves
Да.но prodigy? Где?
Thank you for making levels #1. I found that song 6+ years ago and haven’t heard a better song since🤝respect to the king Avicii🙏
xd
Faded ,Runaway (u and i) , I took a pill in libiza , midnight city ..deserve to be higher and it ain't me by kygo deserve to be on the list
U mean pill
I'd add just 3 songs:
-Tiesto - Paradise
-Steve Angello - Stockholm skies
And the best of all:
-Avicii - Heaven
Long life Tim ❤️
Yeah, these are all great!
Listen these:
-For a Better Day
-Ain't a Thing
-Red Lights
And Inna - hot and Inna - Amazing

Great compilation! I would add if I'm not wrong: ATB-any, music instructor-any, bomfunk mc's-any, flying steps-any barthez- on the move, C-Bool-any, safri duo-any.
My beloved:Avicii, Robert Miles,Keith Flint-Prodigy RIP!
very good list, I missed Lasgo, I listened to it a lot on the radio and because I didn't know English, and the lack of technology at the time, it took me a long time to know who was singing.
this is actually such a goated list omfg 💥🔥
Avicii - Levels ufff
19:59
Ni tanto
This song just took my playlist to a whole new vibe. Amazing work!
Ridiculous and ignorant of him
.
Gonna have to disagree with you there. In my opinion, Levels' drop is second only to Daft Punk's "One More Time". The drop near the end after the vocal section never fails to give me goosebumps.
I get why people say Levels is simple but I think it's well-made. The simplicity of some songs is what makes it great.
Black pink ain’t real edm bro
This is a pretty good list! It has many of my favorites, including #2, which is probably my favorite Electronica track. One out-of-the-box EDM track that you missed was "I Feel Love" by Donna Summer. That song arguably helped popularized what became EDM.
Although I disagree on exact rankings you nailed every song that should be in here. So good
Same thoughts!
let’s be real it’s rare to find a decent list nowadays, so this one is above average imo
I always use these type of videos to find a song i don't know the name of. This time I actually found it, it was 145 "Memories" Thank you so much!
I'm surprised I recognized a lot of these! I think Adagio for Strings and In and Out of Love should be higher though! We also need more Kygo in the list 😫 Agreed here though with Levels, it's the song that got me into EDM in the first place.
Adagio for strings yes but in and out of love it’s okay, they forgot silence delerium Tiësto remix, that song should be top 1
I'm a trance music fan, I have a genuine question. Was wondering if you could make a "The Best of Trance Music" compilation from like 1998-2004? That would be wonderful. Thanks!
FR!!! Trance is the best
I was waiting for ages for insomnia to come up, I knew it had to be here lmao
@@TherealUD Haha for sure. This music is good, but it don't come damn near close to trance music. I would love to see a trance music countdown on this channel.
But its best time was from 94-96?

Absolutely insane bro! This EDM music list is extremely good. I'm a professional DJ and bro your songs are gonna be played in da club! 🤩🔥🔥
Not so much people know all these songs, but for those who knows….they knows..
My heart almost broke when I didn't hear levels only to realize it was number 1
I'm glad u put #7 where it is :) good choices
18:59 in my opinion this song is one of the best of the 90s with blue (Da Ba Dee)
Blue and One More Time are such classics!
KSHMR - secrets 🥰
If anything, I would've put Animals higher than 8. I just remember how Garrix came onto the scene and instantly ruled the roost. Garrix struck gold on a level where it inspired so many artists after him and it also had direct implications on the styles of them. I would say Tsunami is a great example of product inspired by Animals.
Nossa, que nostalgia! Eu tô vivendo essa geração. ❤️❤️

Levels is a solid choice for number 1 that most people won’t argue with 👌🏼
Outside is pretty nostalgic for me because I first heard when I was in Grade 1.
Great list! 👏🏻💥 I needed more Hardwell and Kigo 💚🙌🏻
Really enjoyed the mix!
I miss these in the list.. Let’s Go by Calvin Harris feat Ne-Yo… and Alive by Krewella..
excellent list. especially the editing. love how you only play the 'drop' from each song. really efficient. thanks a bunch.
Do a top 200 IDM please
Wow, I love pop music and electro-dance music, yours tops are beautiful.
Calvin Harris don’t miss I swear
Madeon and porter Robinson's shelter is such a hit
Great list.
Should be awarded as the best 200 tracks of all time!
I recognized about 104 of them. and found some awesome ones.
Without You by Avicii being unranked is a crime
great compilation keep it up
The 2011-15 era reigns supreme in this list 🔥 The golden age of EDM
Expected at least 1 Illenium song
The problem is you can't tell which one and me neither. That's the difference between Illenium and someone like Flume with its You & Me remix.
HECK YEAH FOR LEVELS
no doubt levels is the gratest💙
12:42 😢 R.I.P.❤ Avicii
So Live A Life You Will Remember
I have unconditional love for almost all of these songs.
Epic list! Only thing missing here was Timmy Trumpet - Freaks
Great Top, I like than Mammoth is in top 5
I think the song "Rock The Party" by Jauz and Ephwurd is missing in this top
And Party Rock Anthem should in at least top 50
Pendulum, Skrillex, Avicii, Knife Party, etc ❤
Couldn't agree more with #1
Obviously some omissions here but I was shocked at how many of these I knew and was like “yeah, great pick”. Good stuff.
WOW! Thank you for this playlist! I found many new great songs! In genres of The World EDM and House-genres are the greatest! I drift to the EDM and House-genres!

Whats that song at 12:23 called guys?
I was looking for a song for 4 hours until I came across this video
I love you
You guys are discussing with everyone... I'm adding old memories to my playlist 😎😎
@@desiganpillay5614 cap, that was daft punks worse album by far
@@knockoffbeats7748 but around the world was ground breaking at the time. Took dance music to another level.
