i feel like the goat herder and the barbarian could totally work for a skyrim moc. the goat herder could be used for just a random npc from Falkreath or maybe just one of thkse wandering npcs you can randomly find, meanwhile the barbarian could be used (with a new face and hair) as a bandit, the sword even works as a standard steel sword bandits commonly use
For the gamer girl, her torso and legs could work for Feng Min from the game Dead by Daylight. For the mushroom sprite, you could turn it into a red mushroom from Dark Souls

I was going to mention Lizard but decided against it since the official figure was just released. It is perfect for him though!!!
