Another of those strange looking Spydercos that still cool. Didn't realize it was a larger sized knife though. Handle and blade are a good size.

I think its a beautiful knife, with a timeless classic design. An upgrade to the blade steel to S90V or even 110 would make it awesome.
Taichung does a lot of s90 so I could see that. I think xhp would be great in this pattern.

A very cool looking blade for sure. It's got that Italian vibe...get the SpyOpera if you enjoy a night listening to Mozart in a Mercedes Benz, or get the Valloton if you want to rock and roll to Metallica on a Harley Davidson 😂. 👊

Nice review. I just can’t get this knife out of my head. I’m a small knife guy by nature but do like overbuilt chunk monkeys for the grins on occasion. This knife sits in the middle of that “not for me” zone but it transcends the typical full size knife dilemma I have where it’s harder to carry size size doesn’t actually translate to better EDC performance yet they’re not chunky enough to be fun. I like that this is thick yet narrow and long. This design just screams uniqueness and quality to me. It’s an odd knife but every detail impresses my senses.

I find I replace every pocket clip on my spydercos. Usally the bench made clips for 15 bucks fit. If it's not deep pocket I'm not going to use it. Unless it's a beefy cold steel for up at the cottage 🎉
I can understand that. I don't mind the stock clips on some models. Others I prefer a lynch or mxg. Something like that

@@chucknunface I played with several mockup drawings chopping the spydiehole, and although it looks sleeker, meaner, faster, cooler....I feel it kind of insults the original design/designer too much...
