I have doubt, i got a email for hr round but they are hiring for voice process but i have experience in chat process so , I asked him for chat process he told me this is only voice, you can left the chat and you need to wait for chat process, you will get another email

No problem We shd only have exp letter Rest documents don’t matter Form 16 is for tax and at the time of joining amazon don’t require this After joining and at the time of filling tax next year amazon will give you these forms No problem. You can apply..

If the person has no experience in customer service background will they be asked fresher like questions even though he has experience in another field but its not customer service field related.

yes pls mention may be basis on that you can get higher salary But make sure that for telecaller you have atleast 6 months exp if the exp is less than that then dont mention , It will not work..
