Seeing the characters try to fight back is such a relief, even toigh i dont quite ubderstand the end were they all get speed blitzed, maybe like before just an alternative ending to the stupid actions of a player, but it was really cool, i was expecting there in the end egg man to give metal the emeralds, or when knucles came back home, i really hoped he would use the emeralds

Finally found a sprite animation where metal Sonic doesn’t die the second he comes in to the fight. (Knuckles aswell lol)

This is honestly superb for what it is! My main concern, though, is the use of Dolphman's Eggman sprites near the end (alongside the odd Echidna Ruins decoration), considering he stated that he no longer wants his sprites to be used in Sonic.exe content at all.
Knuckles proceeding to debug the game is funny as hell. Also thought we would see lord X fight this guy but i was wrong

This was amazing and I’m glad to see Knuckles was able to fight back for a good while. It always bugged me how quickly he gets taken out or tired so fast from missed swings, considering his level of power and athleticism. I hope you continue doing more of these.
I gotta ask if his eye, being permanently damaged, was because he hit a checkpoint afterwards and it “saved” the data, and he’ll only be back to normal if he escapes or gets reseted? Just curious because he was recovering from all the other damages he received after each lost life.
I also love how Metal Sonic can basically give him a hard time. Metal Sonic can’t get tired, due to being a robot, and has no soul to manipulate.

Bro, Metal Sonic wasn't even defeated by EXE, Eggman completely sold the fight, he just had to let Metal Sonic fight for more 10 seconds and Knuckles would get up.
As usual, Metal Sonic proves that he's a much more capable threat than Eggman.
