The everyday things are what make up our life. I want to look back when I’m 70 and say I did all of the things.. I took that class, I had meaningful relationships, I am well traveled, I had healthy hobbies, I took care of my body, I took care of my home and my family is taken care of.

I was just watching with my little one and only six says we need to wake up at 6am just like her so we could have a good day (lol) I said oh I need to get this alarm clock to wake me up on time and he goes is there one for kids because I need one too 😂I just thought he was sooo cute and smart picking up on good habits and having a powerful wake up routine.
