PGR PVs have always been insane but we've definitely reached a new level here. Basically a no holds barred anime fight between Lucia, Vonnegut and Cradle. I'm glad we finally get to see Lucia going full rage mode because she thinks Commandant is dead. Then her eyes brightening up in the last scene when she sees us, she's too precious, can't wait for her release.

Sure this was likely already getting worked on before WuWa's release, but they likely had to sacrifice a bunch of man power to WuWa's development. Thanks to WuWa gaining so much money back Kuro has been said to be hiring more staff for PGR and WuWa. So it's also possible that thanks to those huge earnings, they could have decided to go back on some of the animations in PGR and make some touch ups and improvements, especially with the increased workforce. And even if this animation alone wasn't affected or had any change from WuWa's earning, assuming they finished it before WuWa and didn't see any need to fix anything more. It still won't change my thoughts on how WuWa is helping Kuro and PGR, since the earnings WuWa will make from the fact it's their current biggest game with the most audience means it will have the biggest impact in their revenue, and thus affect the quality of their work due to having more money to spend on improvements and paying employees and overall benefits.

This feels very Honkai impact 3rd -esque, especially the vocal part, IM SURE it was singed by someone Mihoyo has hired, But this is good since there is apperantly not going to be cinematics in part 2 of Honkai and this can fill the void from that.
