Anytime I've ever tried to do anything with Vita 3K, everything goes well up until the install zip portion. At that point, Vita 3K tells me that It's incompatible, or it just does nothing and gets hung up. So I guess My question is going to be the forbidden one, your particular zip files, where did you find them?
@@JustJamie1983 I pulled out my old collection, and brother, I have to tell you... HO LEE SCHITT. After 3 years of messing with somebody else's collection I finally got it to work by doing frame by frame what you did. I'd like to thank you so much.
I followed these steps and when I try to launch from RetroBat the m3u it fails, but if I launch from the app the games load fine. When I open the m3u file all it contains is \eboot.bin. How is that supposed to tell RB to actually know where the game lives? If I follow the actual RB wiki and create a custom m3u file along with placing the title code inside it the game launches fine.
@@JustJamie1983 yeah, I am assuming updates, but wanted to share in case someone comes across your video and looks for things in the comments that are helpful. 🙂
I am a batocera fan and it's not easy to find games ,as the copability list says.Int-archive and other sites don't the specific file you want for the 3vk emulator.😢😢
@@JustJamie1983 I understand that. What I mean is when you're importing your whole collection of Vita games, and you go to make the "shortcut" and give it a name (yours was Street Fighter) how do you know which game is which when there are only numbers to go off of? I am assuming you just have to write the serial number down and go through individually, looking for each serial to name the shortcut the title of the game.. Thanks for the reply and all these fantastic Retrobat videos by the way!

The latest version of Batgui doesn't seem to have an m3u creator. Is there any other way to generate Vita m3u files?
In the New BatGUI under Sony Playstation 3 the third tab on the right

100% forbidden on my channel.

Likely due to updates. This video is fairly old and so likely the wiki was updated too.

Match up the serial numbers which represent regions.
Hi Jamie! The firmware installation always freezes at 70%. Any advice? Thanks in advance.
Hmm. That's a new one on me. Have you deleted everything and tried again?
@@JustJamie1983 Yes, several times.
@gigigalaxy1395 hmm. I really don't know what to suggest.
@@JustJamie1983 Ok, thanks anyway. 🙂

I'll like to ask is what is the difference between LaunchBox vs Retrobat..?

How can you tell which game to install (and what to name it) when doing multiple games? All thats there is numbers in the vita3k app folder...
Those numbers relate to the serials. They should be left alone. Game titles will then appear in Vita3k.
