Hey guys, I hope you enjoyed our video on the origins of paper money in Europe. Our next part in the series will discuss the origins in the U.S. Each video build on a different time periods use of paper money. Our prior video was on the origins of paper money in China. Part 1: Ancient China: China was the first economy to use paper money ruclips.net/video/mjBgegH40rc/видео.html .
You all prolly dont give a damn but does anyone know a tool to log back into an instagram account..? I was stupid forgot my account password. I love any tips you can offer me!
The music starting at 6:40 is not listed in the credits, it should be after "Renaissance". I'd be grateful to know the name of that particular piece, it's absolutely beautiful.
Check for the track Gently Onwards. I also added it to the description. I didn't mean to miss it but it was not on the same level as the other music in my editor. I agree, it is a nice piece of music, and we use it quite a bit
I just finished 3 hours of work on my US video (the next one in the series) and was checking the comments before going out. I am glad you enjoyed the music. Even if no one watches these, we hope to finish the series strong. The videos will get more economically complex as we go through the histories. And the last video is a comparison between paper money and gold (which will either be video 5 or 6 though the videos can be all enjoyed on their own). Then we can move back on to what everyone wants, company bios it seems :) I have an interesting company in mind for the next bio. We can tell people like fall videos and we try to find ones that other people haven't covered. I will say, I have enjoyed studying this history though.
The overall idea of the video is good, but there are several historical mistakes that make me doubt its accuracy and reliability of this series (which I find very interesting). Examples: first bond was issued by the Genoans in 1149 not the Venetians, the fall of Constantinople was in 1453 (not 1456)...
16:10 What a Chad move!! Kick out all the undesirables to a different country. I wish America would buy Greenland and send everyone with a Felony to Greenland and revoke their rights to be on mainland USA.
U mean kinda like china ...I wish people who didn't realize how flawed the court system is would move to a communist country so you can see why we tolerate imperfect people, I think that's what started this country not wanting a prison system so big as we have today almost 50 percent of the inmates in us prisons , could be out of they had money and replaced with real criminals who have money. We getting closer to ur dream buddy,to close for me . I'm southern sweet and the reason this country can't be invaded and taken over by ur kind
After brutally slaughtering correct pronunciation of the Mandarin terms in your previous video, in this episode you imply that you were reared in a Wikipedia-linked basement with the repeated mentions of "by-Zaan-tahyn" when it is pronounced "bih-zen-teen".
@@TheMarketisOpen "skedule" is correct. "shedule" is wrong. Leeway is more in accent than in how words are properly pronounced, and neither example has anything to do with accent. 'Lawyer' is however an example of that. People in the south pronounce it correctly, while the accents of the rest of the US forces a technically incorrect pronounciation.
@@TheMarketisOpen I'm sorry you think you have a low intellect, you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. Thanks It's nice to be certain when you're pronouncing things
Ph is right. Paper money started under the Tang Dynasty with flying receipts then the Song's used it in Sichuan. The Jin's also used it before the Mongols took over. Our video on this is here: ruclips.net/video/mjBgegH40rc/видео.html

@Felipe Santiago instablaster =)
Loving this series!
Ready for the next edition!
Thank you, just working on the U.S. one now. I am beefing up the part after the civil war.
Money didn't exist until these experts happened.
Same with ancient ruins.. someone built the old world, and everything was free?

What an interesting series
Thnks for the educative video.
lol at 1:52, didn't notice it at first!
Damn that's pretty graphic!
Hilarious too
An italian here: The word is "banco" not "banci". Great video!
Oh, thank you!
American Here: Shut up

For some reason, watching this made me feel like I'm playing Patrician series again. Maybe it's the graphics.
Lol I haven't played that but I wanted it to be interactive. Thanks for the comment on the music volume.

Byzantine is pronounced: "biz - 'en - teen"
lol. Okay Mr. Expert. You realize in English people say shedule instead of skedule. THere is a lot of leeway in pronunciations.

This is a stupid argument by a likely low intellect individual. Congrats on pronouncing it a certain way.

Do the rise of Cryptocurrencies next.
Starts with the Mongols not China.
Nope, it's China
