Both the W Outis ID and the Dimension Shredder Outis EGO both allude to the theme that she's on some kind of return trip but made zero progress about it. There's also her original character trailer, which alludes to how she went on an odyssey and is now trying to return home with zero progress. I now have a theory that Outis is actually a stranger from some mirror world, having gone on a mission into "our" world, and is now looking for a way back. This is why her backstory is censored by the Limbus Company higher-ups. This is why her name is "Outis", translated to "Nobody" - she is literally a nobody to where she is right now.
Would be pretty fire if her canto is us meeting a version of Outis that’s completely different from ours, doesn’t know anything, and is kinda just confused

Back when Outis saw a Peccatulum Invidiae that copied her and thought it was a clone, she immediately reacted with shock and said that they must kill those Peccatula at once, since the Head forbids there to be more than one of the same person for more than 7 days... I sure wonder what got her so incensed about it? Was it just that she's aware of the kinda stuff the Head can do to those who break the rules? Or is it something... personal?
