Beautifully Renovated! Looking like the Listing Price is $949,000, although I'm sure it will be sold over asking!
It's a beautiful home, though there are some interior finishes that I would change. That fake fireplace in the dining room would have to go, as well as some hard-to-clean lighting fixtures, and I'd repaint those very dark kitchen cabinets. But that's just my personal taste. I would hope that the downstairs apartment could be rented to help offset the mortgage.
I would remove the backspace and install tile in the kitchen otherwise beautiful.
