The physical characteristics that Kirstie gave surely should narrow the field down as to who committed this crime. A lot of the characteristics could be attributed to JD imo but that hasn’t been proven by LE. Revenge could also be a motive for him but also for a couple other people. Somehow, what Maddie told Adam must be significant in perpetrating these murders. Also Jmo.🤔

Let's apply some basic logic. Based on what we know from the father speaking publicly about the position of his daughter and Maddie, ie, they were both found in bed together. We do not know, officially, where Ethan or Xana were found. Since the two blonde girls were found in their bed, we know that at least one of them was not collateral damage. We know this because a collateral damage death is caused by that person interrupting the perp or being at the wrong place at the wrong time. We know the two blonde girls were on the third floor. If Xana was the target, the perp would have no reason to go to the third floor, unless the people on the third floor were woken up and heading downstairs to see what the noise was. We can be reasonably sure they did not do that because they were stabbed in their bed. If the perp chased them back up the stairs, they would not be sitting or lying on their bed. They'd be huddling in the corner or behind something as protection. So, just based on logic alone, and the few "facts" that we know from the father, the target(s) were on the third floor and the second floor victims got in the way.

Reason bein is that as of now the public doesn’t know where Ethan & xana went after frat party & they left between 12:301:30 & didn’t get home til the same time as 2 girls like 2:30 or so. Anime character who's signature move is slicing the throat with a long object with a blade at the end. I was shocked! He has anime as his Facebook profile pic and works with a matrix like stick that he said he was practicing the night they died. He called it by a specific name I didn't know what it was til someone looked it up for a video. Creepy stuff!

I'm still confused in regards to the direction the car "White Elantra" was going referencing the camera. Some have said SE on Route 95. I've also heard Route 8 & Blaine mentioned. Your Mars line goes right through that gas station crosses Route 8 & Blaine. That's incredible. I'd like to know more about the lines, what they mean & especially the direction they're going. The mars line represents the perp in the crime. He has to have been on it, live near it, work or something is on that line or a teeny bit either side. I’m confused about the car too …. Watch some old ones - Linda stoltzsfoo was accurate to within a metre and in many others I try and explain but I’ve been doing it so long the technique becomes very easy and I assume everyone can fully follow along …. I think the girls down stairs were only spared simply out of dumb luck that they locked their doors and the victims didn't. i dont think the killer would be stupid enough to try and break down a locked door, causing a ruckus and risking both or one of the surviving roommates calling 911 while hes trying to break through, I do agree though that at least all the females were targeted.

There was a person peeping into windows near apartments. Police were called in and they took the person to the hospital. He was diagnosed with bipolar and suffering from psychosis from taking drugs. There was another person that looked unbalanced and on drugs that left bloody handprints on door of business. Some crazy people in Moscow. Man arrested also for strangling his wife and cut his own arm.

Thats exacly the scenario Ive seen, I see him as a organisied (taurus) and a little bit odd, an outsider whos looking in in interaction with people.He is akward in contact with other people, because he dont "understand". I also see that this planning consumed lot of his time. And i get the feeling that he loves blood, and have experimented with little animals, squirrels etc. I se him as slim bodytype, and dark red hair, mayby scruffy look. Male younger like 22 23 hair to neck but shorter on top schizophrenic like tendency could be from drugs an voices in head. I get almost like stalker. The bar is very significant something went down there I feel it was towards 1 girl with blonde hair. Somebody or bodies at the bat or at the party could identify this male that did this. Little distractions like this are humorous when one considers the noise the astrologer has to overcome to focus on this level. I'd rather have birds, crickets, dogs barking and gramps playing fiddle in the background then have to "take ten zodiac charts and combine them into one".
I'm a new sub. I'm not sure if the lady sharing her insights & knowledge is Kirsty or Kristy. I'd like to share that I didn't even notice the bird. I was more interested in the charts & explanations. I was deeply focused & listening. It's ironic because I usually hear birds because I'm a bird watcher. I've learned to walk, talk & still listen to the natural world. It doesn't bother me at all. I enjoy & like it. I did hear a dog. That doesn't bother me either. I have 2 large dogs. Kirsty's dog also sounds large & it made me smile when it barked. Sounds a lot like my big dogs. I'm concerned 6 people thumbed this comment up. Why would a bird chirping bother anyone? That's a serious honest question. It's a normal natural sound. Is it maybe an attention distraction to some people? I'm confused as to why & that's why I'm taking the time to ask. I don’t know if this is a sort of insight or not but when I try to link on the energy of the perp. I see a bunch of animal bones. There are two types of hunters, the type that kill to feed their families and his, the type that enjoys the kill. Also is it possible that he did not have a vehicle when he came in and parked it in a place that would be easily accessible but hidden a couple of blocks away or in a place where people have other cars like the bar.
I think that Kaylee was the target, since her father stated that the autopsy revealed she had the most severe wounds. The three others were collateral damage. The killer entered and immediately went to the third floor, since Kaylee was the target. The killer didn't expect Maddie to be sleeping with Kaylee, so she had to be killed as collateral. When the killer was leaving, he encountered Ethan unexpectedly on the second floor, so he had to kill him as collateral. That woke Xana up, who was then also killed as collateral. The surviving roommates were not in danger since they were not the target and they did not wake up. So, had Kaylee been sleeping in her own room and none of the others woke up, she would be the only one dead.

Imo this document is overflowing with details incl a narrowing down of time frames.
I have looked and it sets a chart in stone for sure. The chart then shows a few more things in relation to his motive imo . I’ll put a video up soon xxx
These stretches always seem to have truth in them, so we will just see in hindsight. I wouldn’t waste my time on something that I didn’t believe worked. But yep it could well be a stretch. Statically tho I’d say there’s some potential information in the astrology. Xx

Thats exacly the scenario Ive seen, I see him as a organisied (taurus) and a little bit odd, an outsider whos looking in in interaction with people.He is akward in contact with other people, because he dont "understand". Male younger like 22 23 hair to neck but shorter on top schizophrenic like tendency could be from drugs an voices in head. I get almost like stalker. The bar is very significant something went down there I feel it was towards 1 girl with blonde hair. Somebody or bodies at the bat or at the party could identify this male that did this. I'm a new sub. I'm not sure if the lady sharing her insights & knowledge is Kirsty or Kristy. I'd like to share that I didn't even notice the bird. I was more interested in the charts & explanations. I was deeply focused & listening. It's ironic because I usually hear birds because I'm a bird watcher. I've learned to walk, talk & still listen to the natural world. It doesn't bother me at all. I enjoy & like it. I did hear a dog. That doesn't bother me either. I have 2 large dogs. Kirsty's dog also sounds large & it made me smile when it barked. Sounds a lot like my big dogs. I don’t know if this is a sort of insight or not but when I try to link on the energy of the perp. I see a bunch of animal bones. There are two types of hunters, the type that kill to feed their families and his, the type that enjoys the kill. Also is it possible that he did not have a vehicle when he came in and parked it in a place that would be easily accessible but hidden a couple of blocks away or in a place where people have other cars like the bar.

I think that Kaylee was the target, since her father stated that the autopsy revealed she had the most severe wounds. The three others were collateral damage. The killer entered and immediately went to the third floor, since Kaylee was the target. The killer didn't expect Maddie to be sleeping with Kaylee, so she had to be killed as collateral. When the killer was leaving, he encountered Ethan unexpectedly on the second floor, so he had to kill him as collateral. That woke Xana up, who was then also killed as collateral. The surviving roommates were not in danger since they were not the target and they did not wake up. So, had Kaylee been sleeping in her own room and none of the others woke up, she would be the only one dead.
