I’m always positive and try very hard to show everyone in the best light. Many fans from Angelina have not heard of Putri. Many fans of Putri have not heard of Angelina. Seven years ago when I started following Angelina closely I was struck by her beautiful voice of course, but I was so moved to find out what a kind-hearted human being this young girl from Norway truly is. What I didn’t expect, and what really was remarkable, was the realization that this kindness and compassion were CONTAGIOUS! What was very apparent right from the start was that Angelina fans (I was soon to find out that they were referred to as Ångels) shared many of those qualities that made Angelina special. This kindness was often commented upon by reactors who were finding out about Angelina and her thoughtful, kind fans for the first time. Advance more than a half-dozen years and we are confronted with the situation we are presently in. It is SO satisfying to see Angelina get the attention and huge following that she deserves, but sadly her newly expanded fan base doesn’t always share the kindness and consideration that their favorite singer possesses. The best we long term fans can do is double down on Angelina’s kind nature and encourage these new fans to share her message of love to everyone. We should lead by example, just as this Angel from Norway has done for us.
Angelina win over in term intonation…since English not first language of Putri but Vocal perfection still goes to Putri…both sing beautifully…frankly I get more touch by Putri…posible reason is Putri sings every song with her soul …and she can make her every song connects with our souls too…It's not just singing and listening, it's an Art scene after scene…wow…（extra reason even with her invisible shortcoming she is singer, also song writter and pianist which make her even more amazing）
There exists extreme musical beauty across this world if you choose to look for it. Both of these young singers are extremely talented - for very different reasons. And it's easy to see the talent in each of them. Putri's voice is clear, and soft, and beautifully precise. Angelina though completely steals my heart every time I hear her sing - I can't explain her impact on me using mere words.
Putri is very talented with a beautiful voice & I hope she has a great career as a vocalist. Angelina is my favorite vocal artist of my lifetime & one day seeing her live in concert is #1 on my bucket list.
I am a fan of Angelina as love her voice and know it is her singing straight away. Putri Ariani never sings the same in any song, she can sing very low to very high, she can change her voice to suite the song. Do you know one reactor got a copyright when he played Putri singing go easy on me by Edel, because they said he, wasn't allowed to play Edel singing the original song, the reactor had to laugh about it. Never ever just go by one song and think oh that's the way they always sing. There is a reason Putri had blown up overnight and it's not just because she is blind or that you only think she sings with a sweet voice. Both ladies are outstanding in there own right.
@@Bpg5012trick Musically speaking, Angelina wrapped me around her little finger over six years ago and she is my favorite singer, ever. But that does not mean that I can't appreciate other singers, like Putri. When I discovered Putri's AGT two-song audition, I went in search of more videos of her on RUclips and watched several of them with great appreciation. I think Putri is a wonderful young singer/songwriter and I think she'll have a special and successful career in music. We can all have our absolute favorite singer, but that doesn't mean we can't recognize other talented and gifted singers.

Yes, definitely no comparisons! Angelina's cover of this song is incomparable. She's done it so many different times and in different ways, this is just a walk in the park for her singing this jazz classic. Putri puts her own style and interpretation of the song which is nice, sweet, and pure. A very good and clean performance!
Don't be fooled by Putri singing this song with the nice sweet voice, because you won't even know her singing a different song, unless you actually see it's her singing the song, the way she can change her voice is unbelievable. But all said and done love born these singers.
Remember how you stated you felt so protective of Angelina? I think the reactors who are complaining about comparison are not haters or trolls - just their "mama bear" feelings coming to light. Probably best to keep reaction seperate in the future.😮

I'm surely going to say something, doesn't mean I'm a troll or a hater. Putri fans are the trolls or haters for just saying that. But this video right here was done to blast the comment section for the algorithm of RUclips. A video like this definitely will bring trolls and arguments. Which is why I just unsubscribed, no one will play with me like this. Certainly a video like this will bring arguments even thinking about making it, let alone doing it and uploading it, so definitely she knew what she was going to start.
Ms. Debbie, this was a well balanced dual feature. Yes, both teens are incredible and each with their own style and strengths. They were born half a world apart! Angelina has said that singing is like breathing for her. I get the impression of something similar for Putri. It feels that their passion springs from different wells, and yet, we know that the aquifers which those wells tap into are connected, and so they are different, but come from One Source. What does it mean to sing for the whole world? The world is huge. I think each of them will sing for the whole world, comprised of souls who will receive blessings by hearing them. First time I've heard Ariani, and her voice is very sweet and beautiful! I must honestly say, though, that Angelina is my "go to" for this song, even more so than Frank Sinatra. There are beautiful, phenomenal young singing prodigies who have arisen in the music world of today whom I follow on a regular basis -- Angelina, Amira Willighagen, Lucy Thomas, Laura Bretan, to name my favorites -- and now, I will begin listening to Ariani! Thank you for the reaction and for introducing me! But, please, may I humbly request no more comparison videos. Let each artist stand alone on their own merits. Thanks!
I first heard Lucy a few years ago. Lovely, heartfelt cover of "Hallelujah." My fav cover of that will always be Jeff Buckley's, but Lucy did a great job with it. Also her cover of Eva Cassidy's "Over the Rainbow" cover. Lovely.
Unfortunately, doing a comparison like this just invites polarizing comments and arguments from fans that are not very nice sometimes. I'm not a big fan of comparing Angelina to other contemporary singers. Putri's voice is very clear, precise, and conventional, and sounds gorgeous. She is an extremely talented singer and sings with a lot of emotion. Angelina's voice is very unique has a lot of depth and character like you see in jazz and R&B singers. Both are extremely good and have amazing potential to blaze their own path through the industry. Angelina's vocals move me in a much deeper way.

Exactly one year ago today i was in Sandefjord Norway at this very Angelina Jordan! concert! I traveled with my Son from the UK to witness an Angel Mesmerize, Enchant and Enthrall an Audience like i had never seen before. I personally do not like these types of Videos because they create devides and Negativity amongst fans. I'm an Angel absolutely no doubt about that! Angelina is in my opinion the best Vocal Artist in the world. Putri is also Amazingly talented with a smooth and pitch perfect voice. That being said i think Putri lacks the Character and Range that Angelina has. I know Angelina is destined to become one of the greats and wrap her arms around the world in a soft embrace. I agree Debbie that two artists side by side like this many times results in comparisons by the fans. And this creates polarity and sometimes hate from opposing fans. Suffice it to say that each artist brings their own talent and skill to the table, and they may do it in different ways. Both are superb and neither is better than the other. They're just different. These are two exceptional young talents and each deserves their own platform as you say. By the way, in the opinion of many, Angelina's performance of this song at the Quincy Jones Birthday celebration is her best.
@@wippletits I agree for the most part. I've just seen too much hate occur with these types of reactions. Debbie did a great job at keeping it neutral which helps a lot. But there are way too many reactors doing this and many have created problems, especially based on the way they handle it.

Putri's voice is clear like crystal. Angelina's is gritty, like broken glass. So distinctive. If I was to compare them? Angelina's has more character. But, the innocence in Putri's voice is endearing. I love them both.
I guess this is your first time to listen to Putri Ariani, because easy is her middle name. She can go from very low to very high, she never sounds the same in any song, infact if you didn't see her singing, you would not know it was her. Love Angelina but know her voice straight away.

I have listened to at least 15 performances by her so far, but I still have to get the feeling from her that I get in 9,5 out of 10 performances by Angelina. Dear Debbi. I always appriciate your videos, and I agree, Putri and Angelina are special. And there are quite a few great great talents out there. So thank you for spreading the word of them. I love that, and they deserve it all. They deserve recognition. Then I must say, I do try to stay away from giving to much coments to these kind of videos, as I see in comments, they often create bad moods between fans of either one artist. And comparison is usualy not very construktive. I did put my thump up for this video, but my recomandation is; give each artist their own reaction-video. I am not criticising, or have any bad meanings by this, but it usually ruins my day as fans goes crazy on each other by their comments on how bad one artist is in comparison to the other. I hope you and this video don`t "run into" that. None of the artists benefit at all from that. I asume this was a "first time" for you and I hope comentators behave for this. And if it turns bad, I guess you will think twice before doing another one. What I will recomand for you, as it comes to Angelina, that is; - there are great many nice fanmade videos compering her to original artists for the song she perform. Both are good, the world admits it, but in my opinion, those who don't know about music, in my hearing AJ's voice has European or Latin nuances, Putri Ariani is like ordinary Western songs, and has a soft voice.. Puri sings outstanding in her own right! She will be a star in her own right. I have listened to her beautiful voice. The problem here is that Angelina is in a different Leage than most singers. Angelina is vocalist that feels the emotions of a song and conveys them to her listeners. Only a few can make your eyes tear or send chills all over your body. Although I enjoyed Puri's singing, I felt no chills. Both will have different careers i the music world as stars.

Well the same goes with Putri fans where they said they liked Angelina voice but didn't felt any chill when heard her singing , plus Putri have many talents aside from writing songs and arrange music, she can do so many musical instruments and can easyly recognize which tune of voice when people talk, can create a song on the spot, singing difficult song while playing piano, superb in singing ethnic songs, so for Putri fans she is also superior than anyone else. She dragging people into any song she sings. she is mostly like what people called a prodigy in her own league. And many people think Putri's talent and voice is out of this world like an angel voice. What I want trying to say is you can not force anyone to like what you like, to believe what you believed, and people have different opinions. Angelina is amazing but right now for me she is not the only one. I really want to see them both in one stage. I know AJ before know Putri so you can not say that my comment is biased, I like them both.

Angelina turned down big labels when she was 8 years old and sang for Quincy 85th birthday at 11 or 12 years of age, talk about that as a milestone. Everyone has different tastes and you might like Putri more than Angelina, but when it comes to who is better if you ask a professional vocal coach or if you just see Angelina's milestones, you have to be honest and say Angelina is way above.

Bottom line.....Angelina's videos had a combined 4 billion views before anyone outside of Indonesia knew who Putri was. Putri has a very nice voice and I wish a succesful career for her, but the only thing unique about her is that she is blind. And if she wasn't blind, half of her fans wouldnt be.
Each singer has their own fans and we are supposed to enjoy the song and no need to compare the good or bad due to humans feeling, emotion and background will never be the same. So let it be...dear.
Debbie I absolutely love your reactions until now. It's just hard to believe that you would consider doing your reactions this way. I don't understand why you as a reactor would react to two artist at the same time because it does nothing to help promote the artist which is what the reaction Channel is supposed to be about doing in an effort to help increase their exposure to the world and increase their number of viewers. That's why each singer should always be reacted to separately on their own channel because all this versus and comparison stuff detracts from the singers and put all of the Focus on the biases and preferences of those commenting. Angelina is just Simply World Class in a league by herself. There is no comparison not at all! What you're doing is creating a atmosphere of competition unknowingly between the two, of who did it better and this needs to stop because you are not helping neither one of the artist at all. All you need do is look at the comments. You have those who are bias for Putri and those who are bias for Angelina. I thought the reaction channel was supposed to showcase that specific artist and focus all of the attention on the artist alone who you are reacting to at that time. You're either going to draw the attention of those who are partial to Putri or those who are partial to Angelina! So many talk about Putri and highlight her playing the piano and other instruments but don't realize that Angelina Jordan plays the piano, the guitar, the violin and the flute. Angelina has chosen to concentrate on playing the piano and guitar over the others because it allows her to sing while playing not to mention she speaks several languages and english is her third language. I personally believe that it is not fair to either or any artist to do the reactions this way.

Hi Debbie, I think you did a great job of being neutral and showing true appreciation to both artists. Unfortunately, as you are seeing in the comments there are some (thankfully it is a relatively small number) who are incapable of being kind as their favorite artists would no doubt want them to be. I happen to enjoy both singers as you do, they each have different styles/techniques of singing. That being said, I don't think this style of reaction is good for either artist or their respective fan base. I know your heart is in the right place here, but too many people are not up to your level of love and kindness. See you on the next one. ❤
There's a lot of hardcore fans like me, and if I see a troll bringing down Angelina's talent I'm not gonna sit back and let it go. I love Putri's voice too and wouldn't have said any otherwise. But some Putri fans have already made it clear that Putri is better because of the numbers. So yes I am capable of being kind and am a very kind person, but I'm not gonna let the incapable of being kind step on me.

Some use “apples to oranges”. I think “peaches to nectarines”. Both sing, both play piano and AJ also plays a bit of guitar. I think Putri may be more proficient on piano and her vocals are very clean and clear. Angelina has a much fuller voice with more warmth and emotional depth. Angelina also has a much broader low to high range. Here is another difference, if you play another song by Ariani I would not know its her as oppose to someone else, if you play another song by Angelina I would immediately know its her.

Very sad comparisons, now in fashion, is like comparing Joss Stone to Ella Fitzgerald, Stone is very good but Ella is an Alien, Putri is also very good but a TRUE VOCAL COACH would refuse to compare her to Angelina... it goes without saying that the reactors have need views ... poor Putri, it's not your fault
The most differences of them both are clarity and creativity. Putri has clear voice and Angelina has creativity in her voice. The other area that make them difference is the emotion. You can feel more emotion in the song that Putri sang compare to Angelina (I don't mean more emotion is better, depend on everyone preferences). So I choose the artist depend on my different situation. If I want to be relaxed I choose Angelina. If I want to be emotioned I choose Putri. Hope someday they will collab and it will be a great and historic moment at least for me.
Two very talented artists, not appropriate to compare. However, Angelina took me by surprise with this one, the different musical arrangement - if there was a theme to the concert it was - feel the music and dance - Debbie, she got you moving there!

You will have to listen to a few more Putri Ariani songs, your jaw will hit the floor. She can sing from very low to very high, she can change her voice from one song to another, you wouldn't even know the same person was singing, unless you seen her sing the song. She can play many instrument including piano, flute, guitar, drums and many more. She also produces her own songs. Don't get me wrong love Angelina as well outstanding in her own right, but I can't put one in front of the other.
She actually says it is a (little) comparison, and of course you will compare when people choose to review two artists performing the same song. You also know that there is going to be very biased comments, and a bad vibe, that will not benefit either artist.
I can tell you have never listened to a Putri Ariani song, because no song sounds a like she can go from low raspy voice to very high. If I listen to Angelina's songs I know it's her straight away, if I listen to a Putri Ariani song, I wouldn't know it was her, because she can change her voice that much. I am a big fan of both of them.

Seven years ago when I started following Angelina closely I was struck by her beautiful voice of course, but I was so moved to find out what a kind-hearted human being this young girl from Norway truly is. What I didn’t expect, and what really was remarkable, was the realization that this kindness and compassion were CONTAGIOUS! What was very apparent right from the start was that Angelina fans (I was soon to find out that they were referred to as Ångels) shared many of those qualities that made Angelina special. This kindness was often commented upon by reactors who were finding out about Angelina and her thoughtful, kind fans for the first time.
Advance more than a half-dozen years and we are confronted with the situation we are presently in. It is SO satisfying to see Angelina get the attention and huge following that she deserves, but sadly her newly expanded fan base doesn’t always share the kindness and consideration that their favorite singer possesses.
The best we long term fans can do is double down on Angelina’s kind nature and encourage these new fans to share her message of love to everyone. We should lead by example, just as this Angel from Norway has done for us.

There exists extreme musical beauty across this world if you choose to look for it. Both of these young singers are extremely talented - for very different reasons. And it's easy to see the talent in each of them. Putri's voice is clear, and soft, and beautifully precise. Angelina though completely steals my heart every time I hear her sing - I can't explain her impact on me using mere words.

I am a fan of Angelina as love her voice and know it is her singing straight away. Putri Ariani never sings the same in any song, she can sing very low to very high, she can change her voice to suite the song. Do you know one reactor got a copyright when he played Putri singing go easy on me by Edel, because they said he, wasn't allowed to play Edel singing the original song, the reactor had to laugh about it. Never ever just go by one song and think oh that's the way they always sing. There is a reason Putri had blown up overnight and it's not just because she is blind or that you only think she sings with a sweet voice. Both ladies are outstanding in there own right.

But that does not mean that I can't appreciate other singers, like Putri. When I discovered Putri's AGT two-song audition, I went in search of more videos of her on RUclips and watched several of them with great appreciation. I think Putri is a wonderful young singer/songwriter and I think she'll have a special and successful career in music. She's done it so many different times and in different ways, this is just a walk in the park for her singing this jazz classic. Putri puts her own style and interpretation of the song which is nice, sweet, and pure. A very good and clean performance!
Don't be fooled by Putri singing this song with the nice sweet voice, because you won't even know her singing a different song, unless you actually see it's her singing the song, the way she can change her voice is unbelievable. But all said and done love born these singers.

Unfortunately, doing a comparison like this just invites polarizing comments and arguments from fans that are not very nice sometimes. I'm not a big fan of comparing Angelina to other contemporary singers. Putri's voice is very clear, precise, and conventional, and sounds gorgeous. She is an extremely talented singer and sings with a lot of emotion. Angelina's voice is very unique has a lot of depth and character like you see in jazz and R&B singers. Both are extremely good and have amazing potential to blaze their own path through the industry. Angelina's vocals move me in a much deeper way.

Exactly one year ago today i was in Sandefjord Norway at this very Angelina Jordan! concert! I traveled with my Son from the UK to witness an Angel Mesmerize, Enchant and Enthrall an Audience like i had never seen before. I personally do not like these types of Videos because they create devides and Negativity amongst fans. I'm an Angel absolutely no doubt about that! Angelina is in my opinion the best Vocal Artist in the world. Putri is also Amazingly talented with a smooth and pitch perfect voice. That being said i think Putri lacks the Character and Range that Angelina has. I know Angelina is destined to become one of the greats and wrap her arms around the world in a soft embrace. I wish Putri all the best and have little doubt she will be a massive star one day. Spread love guys not Hate! Peace ✌.

I agree Debbie that two artists side by side like this many times results in comparisons by the fans. And this creates polarity and sometimes hate from opposing fans. Suffice it to say that each artist brings their own talent and skill to the table, and they may do it in different ways. Both are superb and neither is better than the other. They're just different. These are two exceptional young talents and each deserves their own platform as you say. By the way, in the opinion of many, Angelina's performance of this song at the Quincy Jones Birthday celebration is her best.
@@wippletits I agree for the most part. I've just seen too much hate occur with these types of reactions. Debbie did a great job at keeping it neutral which helps a lot. But there are way too many reactors doing this and many have created problems, especially based on the way they handle it.

Dear Debbi. I always appriciate your videos, and I agree, Putri and Angelina are special. And there are quite a few great great talents out there. So thank you for spreading the word of them. I love that, and they deserve it all. They deserve recognition.
Then I must say, I do try to stay away from giving to much coments to these kind of videos, as I see in comments, they often create bad moods between fans of either one artist. And comparison is usualy not very construktive. I did put my thump up for this video, but my recomandation is; give each artist their own reaction-video. I am not criticising, or have any bad meanings by this, but it usually ruins my day as fans goes crazy on each other by their comments on how bad one artist is in comparison to the other. I hope you and this video don`t "run into" that. None of the artists benefit at all from that.
I asume this was a "first time" for you and I hope comentators behave for this. And if it turns bad, I guess you will think twice before doing another one.

Puri sings outstanding in her own right! She will be a star in her own right. I have listened to her beautiful voice. The problem here is that Angelina is in a different Leage than most singers. Angelina is vocalist that feels the emotions of a song and conveys them to her listeners. Only a few can make your eyes tear or send chills all over your body. Although I enjoyed Puri's singing, I felt no chills. Both will have different careers i the music world as stars.

Well the same goes with Putri fans where they said they liked Angelina voice but didn't felt any chill when heard her singing , plus Putri have many talents aside from writing songs and arrange music, she can do so many musical instruments and can easyly recognize which tune of voice when people talk, can create a song on the spot, singing difficult song while playing piano, superb in singing ethnic songs, so for Putri fans she is also superior than anyone else. She dragging people into any song she sings. she is mostly like what people called a prodigy in her own league. And many people think Putri's talent and voice is out of this world like an angel voice. What I want trying to say is you can not force anyone to like what you like, to believe what you believed, and people have different opinions. Angelina is amazing but right now for me she is not the only one. I really want to see them both in one stage. I know AJ before know Putri so you can not say that my comment is biased, I like them both.

Angelina turned down big labels when she was 8 years old and sang for Quincy 85th birthday at 11 or 12 years of age, talk about that as a milestone. Everyone has different tastes and you might like Putri more than Angelina, but when it comes to who is better if you ask a professional vocal coach or if you just see Angelina's milestones, you have to be honest and say Angelina is way above.

Debbie I absolutely love your reactions until now. It's just hard to believe that you would consider doing your reactions this way. I don't understand why you as a reactor would react to two artist at the same time because it does nothing to help promote the artist which is what the reaction Channel is supposed to be about doing in an effort to help increase their exposure to the world and increase their number of viewers. That's why each singer should always be reacted to separately on their own channel because all this versus and comparison stuff detracts from the singers and put all of the Focus on the biases and preferences of those commenting. Angelina is just Simply World Class in a league by herself. There is no comparison not at all! What you're doing is creating a atmosphere of competition unknowingly between the two, of who did it better and this needs to stop because you are not helping neither one of the artist at all. All you need do is look at the comments. You have those who are bias for Putri and those who are bias for Angelina. I thought the reaction channel was supposed to showcase that specific artist and focus all of the attention on the artist alone who you are reacting to at that time. You're either going to draw the attention of those who are partial to Putri or those who are partial to Angelina! So many talk about Putri and highlight her playing the piano and other instruments but don't realize that Angelina Jordan plays the piano, the guitar, the violin and the flute. Angelina has chosen to concentrate on playing the piano and guitar over the others because it allows her to sing while playing not to mention she speaks several languages and english is her third language. I personally believe that it is not fair to either or any artist to do the reactions this way.

Hi Debbie, I think you did a great job of being neutral and showing true appreciation to both artists. Unfortunately, as you are seeing in the comments there are some (thankfully it is a relatively small number) who are incapable of being kind as their favorite artists would no doubt want them to be. I happen to enjoy both singers as you do, they each have different styles/techniques of singing. That being said, I don't think this style of reaction is good for either artist or their respective fan base. I know your heart is in the right place here, but too many people are not up to your level of love and kindness. See you on the next one. ❤
There's a lot of hardcore fans like me, and if I see a troll bringing down Angelina's talent I'm not gonna sit back and let it go. I love Putri's voice too and wouldn't have said any otherwise. But some Putri fans have already made it clear that Putri is better because of the numbers. So yes I am capable of being kind and am a very kind person, but I'm not gonna let the incapable of being kind step on me.

Some use “apples to oranges”. I think “peaches to nectarines”. Both sing, both play piano and AJ also plays a bit of guitar. I think Putri may be more proficient on piano and her vocals are very clean and clear. Angelina has a much fuller voice with more warmth and emotional depth. Angelina also has a much broader low to high range. Both of these young ladies deserve everything they desire, but sitting in front of a crackling fire with my arm around my loved one I’d be listening to Angelina

It's true
The most differences of them both are clarity and creativity. Putri has clear voice and Angelina has creativity in her voice.
The other area that make them difference is the emotion. You can feel more emotion in the song that Putri sang compare to Angelina (I don't mean more emotion is better, depend on everyone preferences). So I choose the artist depend on my different situation. If I want to be relaxed I choose Angelina. If I want to be emotioned I choose Putri. Hope someday they will collab and it will be a great and historic moment at least for me.

You will have to listen to a few more Putri Ariani songs, your jaw will hit the floor. She can sing from very low to very high, she can change her voice from one song to another, you wouldn't even know the same person was singing, unless you seen her sing the song. She can play many instrument including piano, flute, guitar, drums and many more. She also produces her own songs. Don't get me wrong love Angelina as well outstanding in her own right, but I can't put one in front of the other.
She actually says it is a (little) comparison, and of course you will compare when people choose to review two artists performing the same song. You also know that there is going to be very biased comments, and a bad vibe, that will not benefit either artist.
