Analiba is right. I'm so embarrassed as a Ghanaian. Sometimes we say they erred. Erred my foot! Bunch of incompetent judges etc
To be honest, the judges don't deserve to be on the supreme court in any way.

So now that it is clear that the SC has erred, what will be the next step?

Abraham Maliba, you have said it all. The Supreme court has acted unconstitutionally. Interpretate NOT give your own ideas. Constitution says THEY SHALL VACATE ONCE they've announced they're interest to go elsewhere. The EC has they're interest on record, they have lost they're current seat in parliament. Finished. But you adding "Oh and the constituents will not be represented", is that in the article/constitution???? then why? We don't want your ideas, we want you to interperate what that article says. Thats your job, moreover you should have sent Afenyo to the high court first. Shame on you Supreme court justices. You didn't study magical English in school, and the rest of us studied by the fire side English.

It is because the NPP lawyers know the judges and not the law it’s the reason they only win cases in Ghana

Tv3 has reached a point that they have to employs more intelligence journalists whose has knowledge on legal affairs to improved most of the issues involves constitutional matters that comes to their table for the public discussion.

‎Why am I saying this, is because these guys in Tv3 most of them don't understands legal matters very well and they're sympathizers of the ndc political party, for that matter, they only calls Mr Pebu, Tsatsu Tsikata, William Atuguba, and even someone like Amariba with other ndc lawyers they know that they will speak to their taste just to satisfies the ndc party and supporters. And mostly the way they explains constitutional matters normally are not balance and are mostly bias to the constitution of our land.

So what is the conclusion now ? All Ghanaian want to be clear, so that in case it happens in the future we can give references to these ruling.we don’t want to be going to SC always for interpretation. This woman ruling is a coup against our 1992 constitution
