hoskote biryani is over rated and criwded in the Am not wirth it!! Nandi hills too is over rated. I would rather suggest travel a little outside of bglore to explore beauty of karnataka towards Mysore then Kerala.

You can also take the Blr-Hyderabad-Nagpur(Pench National Park)-Jhansi-Agra route. Highways are a bit empty but it’s beautiful to drive through Pench National Park. Pench has some good stays. Orcha would be a good stop before Jhansi. If you want to be more adventurous then you can drive through the eastern coastline as well!! It’s a beautiful drive!!!

Nice to see you visit Bangalore. It must have been quite a drive all way from Gurgaon to Goa and then to Bangalore. While Bangalore has lots to offer in terms of nightlife, food, shopping experiences etc, next time do plan to visit places like Mysore and then around Mysore there are lots of hills and hillocks that you can visit, one of them being Himavad Gopalaswamy hills, which is right next to Bandipur which is breathtaking. You can visit Bandipur too and spend time there at one of the accommodations offered. Bandipur is an excellent National Tiger Reserve Forest. You can also go towards Chickamagalur which is filled with lush coffee estates and also Mullayanagiri which I think is the second highest peak in Karnataka and the place offers excellent choices of stay. You can also plan to go to Coorg and experience the richness of fauna and flora and visit lots of places. You can go to nearby elephant camps too, if you are interested. For food, you can go to any of the "Darshinis" which are nothing but mini restaurants offering fresh breakfast and lunch items as opposed to the "thelas." If you go towards Mysore, do explore the Mysore palace - it will blow you away. You will need at least a week just to cover places around Mysore or maybe more than a week! Also on offer are great waterfalls - Gaganachukki and Bharachukki. Then you have Brindavan Garden, i.e. the gardens surrounding KRS dam and you also have Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary. You could have also visited Jog falls near Shimoga on the way from Goa. Also if you go to the northern part, you have Hampi which was the seat of Vijayanagar empire. Karnataka is a very rich and beautiful state with lots to offer in terms of history, nature and semi urban and urban life - do explore the unexplored!
