Energy calibration in XPS survey in CasaXPS software

This video shows you how to calibrate the energy of carbon peak (C1s). Energy calibration is similar to the other peaks. In some case, the change binding energy of atoms occur. Base on the library atoms, we can calibrate energy easily and quickly.
