Americans are fighting back, but in much smaller groups. My daughter was part of the 200+ parents who fought back with the local school board over forcing kids to get jabbed here in Cali. After locking the parents out of the meetings and building, they finally ended up voting 7-0 to leave that decision to the parents. It took 3 or 4 months of protesting meetings, but it paid off. Peaceful, but angry, moms and dads held their ground. I'm so proud of them!!! We're not all insane in California. Just so ya know. :)
Most of the Canadians I've heard are so well spoken and calm - I am really impressed. I thought that when listening to some of your politicians speak and I feel the same way listening to the truckers. The truckers are not falling for group think. This 100% commands my respect for the Canadian truckers and Canadian people in general. I've met a few that vacation down to Florida over the years. And always friendly nice people. Americans are fighting back, but in much smaller groups. My daughter was part of the 200+ parents who fought back with the local school board over forcing kids to get jabbed here in Cali. After locking the parents out of the meetings and building, they finally ended up voting 7-0 to leave that decision to the parents. It took 3 or 4 months of protesting meetings, but it paid off. Peaceful, but angry, moms and dads held their ground. I'm so proud of them!!! We're not all insane in California. Just so ya know. :)

According to Lawyer; Emergencies Act does NOT prohibit peaceful protests or peaceful assembly; so there is nothing they can do legally.
But that's the crux of the matter isn't it? When you ate the government your get to define what peaceful protest means. And whether something is legal or not is dependent on the courts indicating it so and enforcing it. If it were as easy as a lawyer saying it's illegal, then this all could have been avoided. It's when the legal system fails that you get protests such as these.
