    Could you possibly start a podcast series? Would be super helpful for those of us with eye strain who can't focus on the video properly

    Do you also see patients with Adrenal Fatigue at the OHC? I have had AF for 2 years now and they seem extremely similar. I crashed badly from doing high level HIIT training every day and my system is seriously out of whack. The recovery stages and symptoms seem incredibly similar, but of course AF is primarily hormonal dysfunction.
