Having Queenie back for this episode was a bittersweet surprise! Gabourey Sidibe always has such great & memorable line deliveries. Excited to rewatch the finale next & move on to Roanoke!

Seeing this season again via these reactions reminds me of how much I winced during the more "hard to take" scenarios throughout Hotel. The writers had such twisted brains to conjure up some of the nasty stuff that unfolds in this grisly tale, LOL. It's like the old cliche "car wreck" comparison in which you want to turn away from the ghastly stuff but you find that you don't.
I did want more of certain supporting characters, like Miss Evers. Mare Winningham was a revelation in that role, and she seemed to have stepped right out of another era when playing the laundress. Wonderful mannerisms and voice and expressions. Every time she appeared on screen and did her magic, I was enjoying it to the hilt.
I'm sure many viewers here want you to keep going and watch the rest, and some other folks probably are saying "You can stop here, the show has peaked in quality". But when you are done with AHS and eventually want more supernatural/macabre stuff please consider watching _Penny Dreadful_ because the first three seasons are very fun. (The fourth season which was made later is something different entirely, with another cast of characters and setting/period ... from what I understand.)

I don't think March could hurt Queenie because he's a ghost. It's because her powers only works when she anticipates a hit and 'turns the power on'. March caught her by surprise like when Hank shot her in Coven.
March literally says "Your magic has nowhere to go, you see, I am not alive"
He could hurt her cause he is NOT alive.
I'm loving your reaction to the series I really hope you watch up until 1984 at least. Also, the music in Hotel is great it felt different than the previous seasons I always wondered if Lady Gaga had an influence on the songs chosen for the season because they're amazing.

You've got people like Lana Winters, The Angel of Death, Pepper, Salty, Ma Petite, Amazon Eve, Misty Days, Nan, Queenie, Moira, Billie Dean Howard, Liz, Kit and his kids, Dell's ex-boyfriend, Desiree and kids and husband, The Countess' kids, Ramona and her parents, Iris, Grace, Alma, the nurses from season one, The Black Dahlia, the teenagers that Tate killed in a shooting, Scarlett, Liz's son, Paul, Tristan, Donvan, Sally, Bette and Dot, Imma Wiggles, Meep, Violet, Vivian, Zoe, Cordelia, John's cop partner, Will Drake and his son and Addy that weren't evil. While a couple did do not so great things, some of it was justified and they aren't evil for it. If there's anyone else I forgot, feel free to let me know
The fact queenie wasn’t like “Marie?” was odd.
Angela Bassett was not playing Marie, she was another character. Maybe Queenie could have said, "You look so familiar", LOL, as a wink to the viewer.

I agree with you about Sally. She's a complicated person. She was a gifted music writer and she was a junkie. She just wanted to not be alone. She took her frustrations out on the living and the dead. I have a certain amount of sympathy for her.
