    The master of simplification while I am the opposite. It shows up in my paintings and in my life. Such a relief to watch you paint. One day I will paint with you. Meanwhile my complicated painting get....more complex. oh dear

    How did you get that sky? It really captures a mood to the setting

      Light was of yellow (not cad) and then drop a wash of rose. I say drop because you don't want to mix with your brush, you want the colors to mix themself. You should have a warm, orange like tone, brilliant. Then drop a wash of cobalt blue, not to heavy color. You will have a glowing sky.

    Do you wet your paper? I know you did not show you wetting it but it is running in a controlled way I like. I am going to try to paint with you, yikes!
