the amount of hardwork and dedication put by ronaldo has lead him to be one of the greatest ever footballers to step foot on this planet. Even right now as of age 37 he's the best player in manchester united together with their goalkeeper degea. i watched him as a kid when he was playing for manchester united, and till this day he's the reason i love this sport.

Ronaldo is the goat for me not only because of how extremely versatile that man is, but also because of how far that man has come. Despite showing day in and day out why millions of football fans consider him the greatest of all time, media always have to come with some bullshit. Despite ALWAYS scoring more than half of the teams (yes team…💀) goals, he still gets criticized everyday. Why I really respect him so much is because he always respond on the pitch, ALWAYS. The manager in Atletico Madrid - team in spain - Diego Simeone mocked Ronaldo and his team for loosing 2-0 against him (revenge for all the times he has given that club false hope of winning their first championship💀). He did a mocking celebration as the fans in the stadium were chanting. Ronaldo then put up 5 fingers for all the champions league trophies he’s won, and 0 for how many Atletico has won. That became one of the most iconic moments in football history, just 5 fingers up of how many championships he’s one individually, compared to a whole successful club. That’s when a famous video of fans getting interviewed went viral, “5 what?” “go to sleep! it’s over” and so on. To be fair Atletico fans were probably pissed cause everytime they were close to winning the champions league, there was Ronaldo to knock them out 🤣. He told his family he would score a hattrick on the next match to win it all, which he did. He then did the same mocking celebration as the manager of the opposing team, becoming *one of* the coldest celebration in football history (two iconic moments within weeks of each other). Today Ronaldo is the only person in football history to have scored the most hattricks (hattrick is 3 goals in a single game) against the whole club of Atletico madrid, THE WHOLE CLUB… All those beautiful moments he’s brought to the sport, moments any person that grew up watching him could only wish to re-create one day. All those celebrations - the iconic SIIIIU celebration that he does after scoring a goal, I see literally everyone doing it, doesn’t matter what team you support, it’s just that iconic - all the emotions, and so much more. A man that despite getting badly injured (on propose by the opposition to get him out) in the FINAL of the European championship - Portugal (his home country) has never come this far in the competition - tried to keep playing until he couldn’t, and instead of going to the hospital as instructed, he decided to stand in the touch line screaming and motivating his teammates to get through the final and bring the trophy home for the first time. Surely one of his most emotional moments. Going back to his versatility, he can score with BOTH of his legs…yes that is really rare. Usually football players have one weak foot and one foot they shoot with all the time, Ronaldo said “fuck it, i’m doing both” 🤣. He has scored more goals with his weak foot, his head, and his shoulder than some football players have career goals. He is the top goal scorer in Europe, he is the top goal scorer in the Champions League, he has the most International goals than anyone in football history (international is when players play for their home countries) he actually hold records for all competitions listed. He is so much more than all of these compilations on youtube, that can’t even give you a taste of half of what he is. Honestly, I understand that people have their favourite, but it’s just disrespectful to say that he isn’t on Messi’s level (or vice versa). They’re very different players but equally effective. And if you’re talking goals than CR7 is the 🐐. Still breaking goal scoring records at 36. I’m a die hard Chelsea fan so I’m not overly invested in either being better, I look at players as being in tiers, and I feel like it’s hard to say who’s better out of two players in the same tier, they just differ stylistically. Messi and Ronaldo are in a tier of their own. If you really love football, then there’s no real need to pick, just appreciate the game. Pick a team! That’s what matters lol.
@@PassportBro_ True, but Ronaldo started the first few years of his career as a winger. He rarely came inside to shoot until the 2006 season at ManU. Young fans today seem to think Ronaldo was focused on scoring goals as a striker during his early years.....he didn't. He completely redefined his career at Real Madrid as a goalscorer.
Im Team cristiano he was also on my Favorite Team real madrid. But we are so proviledged to see those two play in our Generation. I would say messi and cristiano are probably the 2 best players since pele and maradonna
So the word "talent" can't be spoken about Ronaldo apparently but any footballer who shows such a great techique and control of the ball is highly talented. With the exception of Cristiano Ronaldo It seems.
Double standarts. Whatever Ronaldo does good (it's obvious that he does everything really good) he's hated on that and called "not good enough". As Ronaldo once said: "When you talk about Cris you get the front page the next day.". Such a genius!
There's nothing quite like god-given talent, and just because your favourite players can't match his skill level doesn't mean he hasn't put in the effort.
Messi Is straight to the point, like straight to score goal, but cristiano Ronaldo is showing off like doing my skill u never seen before or only one person that can do it.
messi and ronaldo are two legends that wont repeat at least in the next 20 years, rivalery in la liga in champions league for like 8 years and the clasico in that era was the most waited match in the game ..
Both Messi and Ronaldo are the best of this gen we are living in. We can hardly see any other players like them in years to come. Its like after Pele and Maradona we have Messi and Ronaldo.
Although in my opinion that’s the biggest and worst sterotype, no pro has made it without working hard, even messi’s talent with the ball he still needs unbelievable endurance to become a pro… I thinks it’s just that Messi isn’t as active on social media and doesent post all his workouts that people think he does less of them
BS. Ronaldo was all talent from the very beginning. You don't get to that level without talent. ManU didn't sign him at 18 years old because of his hard work, did they? And yes, he works really hard too. That's is why at 36 his still playing in the most competitive league and killing it, while Messi at 33 has retired to the French league.
@@TonyMontanaDS yeah these dumbass stereo types both Messi and Ronaldo are talented and both Messi and Ronaldo are hardworking. Because no one stays at the top level without talent and constantly working hard
So Messi who never scored a freekick in his life, suddenly scores 56 or so freekick goals out of nowhere???? Messi that takes on 3-4 players dribbling at top speed is not hard work???? Don't kid ourselves here, any professional who's at the top and scores 50+ goals a season and provides 20+ assists a season is not plain luck my guy.

@@symphony78 You don't get to where Ronaldo and Messi are by just natural ability and just hard work. It's disingenuous and lazy to suggest so.
Những sáng tác của Sỹ Luân nghe mãi ko phai.. Phúc hát rất hay và ấm áp
Messi and Ronaldo has played each other many times. They both played in the spanish league for a very long time where they met several times :)
Man we got to see a game appreciate the comment
Appreciate the comment my guy ✊🏽
Even goal wise they are both actually equal despite the age difference
@@JohanCruyff-the-Dutch-GOAT yeah you’re right, Ronaldo only edges it slightly
@@justlooking1087 yes, he edges is because he has almost 200 games more than Messi.
Messi has the much better goal/game ratio.
Appreciate your comment
So the word "talent" can't be spoken about Ronaldo apparently but any footballer who shows such a great techique and control of the ball is highly talented. With the exception of Cristiano Ronaldo It seems.
Double standarts. Whatever Ronaldo does good (it's obvious that he does everything really good) he's hated on that and called "not good enough". As Ronaldo once said: "When you talk about Cris you get the front page the next day.". Such a genius!
❤️ Ronaldo 4 life n 4eva, always, I even got a tattoo of him on my thigh, now he's back at Manchester Utd, my city❤️
There's nothing quite like god-given talent, and just because your favourite players can't match his skill level doesn't mean he hasn't put in the effort.
Ronaldo and Messi different type and style plays fotball, but y'll can't Deny these two is greatest all of time
Messi Is straight to the point, like straight to score goal, but cristiano Ronaldo is showing off like doing my skill u never seen before or only one person that can do it.
Every one of them is great in his elements and sure they've played a lot of tyms.
Appreciate the comment
messi and ronaldo are two legends that wont repeat at least in the next 20 years, rivalery in la liga in champions league for like 8 years and the clasico in that era was the most waited match in the game ..
Let’s gooo…team ronaldoooo…Siuuuuu🐐❤️
You need to show your bro Ronaldinho ;)
Love the reactions guys!!! you 2 are cool peeps and give good reactions keep it up guys
Got you appreciate your comment my guy
Both Messi and Ronaldo are the best of this gen we are living in. We can hardly see any other players like them in years to come. Its like after Pele and Maradona we have Messi and Ronaldo.
Messi and ronaldo are greatest players to ever grace the pitch.
And he’s still scoring till this day doing good for his team with goals !
You explained it well. Messi is Talant.
Ronaldo is hard work and dedication and wanting to be the best.
Ronaldo all the way for me personally but Messi also a great so understand anyone opinion but to have done it in several leagues and on the international scene as Well it's got to be Ronaldo for me
Appreciate the comment ✊🏽
Bet you never even see some Messi dribbling scenes you penaldo fanboy.
@@adenikibonas9307 lmfao seen plenty of both and as a person and character I prefer Messi but I prefer what you get from Ronaldo. The difference is I can understand and respect other peoples opinions without getting insulting and acting like a school child. Oh and I agree Messi is probably the greatest dribbler in the history of the game but that's just one part of football. I appreciate your opinion and understand it but I am pretty sure I am entitled to my own opinion without you turning back into a child and getting so offended that you feel the need to get insulting. Some might say you have an issue with control, so much so that you even attempt to control other peoples opinions if they don't match your own. This is not the end of the world though there is help available for people like you to help you work through your issues. I have heard the organisation known as healthy minds can work wonders. You should try them, no need to thank me I am glad to help :)

What this video misses... He also tracks back to defend, tackle so he's useful in attack and defense. And with everything he's accomplished, he's still hungry as hell. Anyone who saw the Manchester United Vs Atalanta game will testify.
Appreciate the comment my guy
Dude what, he literally never tracks back to defend, and that’s understandable because he’s an attacker and defending is not his duty nor his priority, i respect CR7 a lot but don’t start spreading fake information, if he did it once against Atalanta it doesn’t mean that he tracks back to defend regularly, he practically never does that, and this comes from a guy who has been watching him play since his early days
@@dunsonhouse is your brother a Messi or cr fan

Great post.liked looking at your brother.
Messi and him had the biggest rivalry in football for over a decade dominating the world football playing in the same league
The… King. Most goals ever in every category. With Clubs and National Team and many more. 5 champions 4 of them in Madrid. Hala Madrid. Show your friend Zidane.
He’s playing at 36. Same age as Lebron but in soccer.
That man is amazing ✊🏽
I liked You guys can enjoy this sport thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo
CR7 the best of the best the greatest All times the 🐐 goat 🐐
Im Madridista and I pick both. They are two of the most important players in history of football and Im glad that Ive watched their careers in real time.
So much respect for you guys calling it football
Messi and Ronaldo are great but for me it's Messi because I grown up watching Messi and one day if I can meet him that's a dream come true
Goated video got bless you and your brother ❤️
Messi is an elite dribbler but overall, you'd have to agree that Ronaldo is better.
Speed power athleticism free kicks his cross his header, is just a supreme package that Messi just doesn't have
I could maybe agree but I’m sorry Messi is a superior free kick taker, Ronaldo hasn’t took better free kicks than Messi For years
Ronaldo is a better athelete but to say ronaldo is just better as soccer is just factually untrue. Literally every stat has messi over ronaldo. There is no argument.
I love how one brother is team Messi and another just naturally became team Ronaldo. Love it.
That's the thing about football. Player and/or team chooses you.
I'm Barcelona and Liverpool fan, but I enjoy watching Ronaldo a lot. Especially when he plays for Portugal. Then he is more intense then usual.
Yes , Messi and Ronaldo played on the championship game, and Ronaldo scored a header in last minute and won the championship

Elclasico is the game where ronaldo (real madrid) used to play against messi (Barcelona), it was the most electrifying game on the planet, both are legends
Messi and Cristiano faced each other in the champions league final in 2009, and they used to face each other very often back when they played in the Spanish league
Ronaldo did it in 3 different leagues bro. He is the GOAT

La Liga was A side until 2019-20 ish so why would Messi move out of La Liga?
@@karllundjakobsen3715 Because Barcelona could not afford to pay him so he took the easy route and retired to the French league, considered the 6th best league while Ronaldo went to the best and most competitive league on the planet.
@@TonyMontanaDS 1. The prem today does not come close to La Liga back in the day. 2. Who else should he have gone to? City had just spend 100m on Grealish and Leo would never fit in at Chelsea and both teams were the only others in the race so there really was no choice in the end.
@@karllundjakobsen3715 kid your comment of La Liga is better than premier League show you are amateur and have less football knowledge. Everyone knows except some Messi fans know EPL is the best and competitive league in the world. In la Liga it's easy not so physical. Messi himself said French league is more physical than la Liga thats why he is struggling. So Messi played in league which is not so physical and not so defensive for 17 years. Whereas Ronaldo played in 3 leagues.EPL which the most competitive and physical league there is. La Liga is more attacking league. Seria a or Italian league is more defensive league. Guess what Ronaldo played in all these league and become the best player and highest goalscorer. That why he is great.
Ronaldo is the GOAT 🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐. He is the freakiest combination of athleticism and technical ability of any player to ever live.
He has the most UEFA Champions League goals and the most UEFA Champions League assists of all time.

A true winger when he first came in madrid💪
Sir Alex Furguson, one of the best managers ever once said ""Ronaldo could play for Millwall, Queen's Park Rangers, Doncaster and score a hat-trick in the game. I'm not sure Messi could do that. Ronaldo's got two feet, he's quick, great in the air and brave. Of course Messi's brave as well but I think Messi is a Barcelona player."
