Maybe because Alucard doesn't have a crowd control effect, while Valir has a crowd control effect in the form of knock back, maybe this is the reason Moonton chose Valir In the King of Fighter game, Kyo Kusanagi attacks the enemy with a fist or kick that knocks his opponent away. that's why on the kof skin, the animation of the second valir's skill as if he was kicking his enemy when his skill was strengthened. So when you use this Valir Kyo Kusanagi skin, it feels like you're playing Chou Iori Yagami.

They could fix this, make 2 more Kyo Kusanagi skins with different portraits. Kyo has clones make a skin for alucard and another one for a profitable hero
As much as I love Kyo, I'd have to give it to Leo Ikki, based on the effects. Kyo's effects here just doesn't give what Kyo does in KoF, maybe wrong choice of hero in MLBB, I don't know. It's not giving.

What the, for me his kof skin is not the same with his basic skin,the hell people doesn't know how to look if the skin is good or not, but for me dragon tamer,saint seiya is better than this. but the other like his collector I will still choose this over that the collector is good but it's lacking for me

The KOF Skin are all disappointing, Especially Guinevere, her default skin is so much better but i can't blmae anyone who love it. Guin's ult in Kof is a very worst kof thing same goes to chou only action and movements are unique but in effects their other skin is much more better. thank me later
Because the point of crossover skins is to make the player feel like they're playing a different character instead of the hero. The skill effects have to stay true to the anime/game they came from so they can't always be flashy.
