Amazing inspiration. I have a question because im kinda in that blind spunk. Im currently at a shop where we maybe get 1 walk in in 5 months right. Im still not understanding how to upscale my business. Im in the shop from 8 to 5:30 and monday through thursday no customers at all. I promote myself in ways i know how, on my me time im reading watching videos podcast and promoting. It seems everyone wants free or little to nothing. My question is how do i generate more customers to me? Where do i find mentors who are willing to stick it out and help someone who wants to help themselves? I love learning and im not a quitter. When shit get hard i have the need to apply myself harder but it seems as if i backslide or stay stuck
Hey brotha, I would focus on learning how to market on social media to generate clients. I wouldn’t focus on getting people in with free cuts or anything, as those clients are typically cheap.
