Leg press Whenever I'm at the gym and I use that machine. I always go lighter than I need to. My biggest fear is that it's gonna crumble on my legs it's gonna lock out
The only resistance bands that fail are the ones at the gym. If you own your own and check them, they'll be fine. I've been a trainer since 2003. The best piece of equipment is a stability ball. That thing git my max bench up to 248 lbs. and Im a non-competitive, never done juice (thats for p***ies), 59-year-old female. Being carnivore helps. Don't buy a cheap ball though. You can kill yourself if you lift super heavy dumbbells alone like I do. The guy who didn't secure the weights on one side, people do that on purpose when they are benching without a spotter, or with a crappy spotter like the one in the video. It allows you to dump the weights so you don't kill yourself. I bench alone, but I have a power cage.
The only time I saw a cable detach in real life was when the cable was screwed into the top plate of the seated row. Over time, the bolt slowly loosened itself until it finally popped out.
I've seen crazy things in the gym and I'm like leave and never come back and the heaviest I've ever lifted was 1025 lbs on leg press that was a good day but only 2 reps
4:58 "Dude, you can't park there" best one liner
4:13 Fire alarm is going off (I.e. evacuate the building immediately)
I started working out again this week and then you post this 😂😂
5:00 “nice parking job Rita..” lolol we’re a fan of the Australian cartoon Bluey in my house..

The bands aren't the problem. It's the person and how they're being used Kabir. This isn't the right way to use those bands
when I was first paralyzed we had a man in there who had tried to lift a barbell by rolling it up his back. It slipped and severed his spine.
Those pull up bars above doorway always fail...why do people still use them?

The car crashing through the wall was pull up for a weight. I think he was a bit of a dumbbell or a clean & jerk.
Hi Kabir, this video makes me want to go down to Planet Fitness and watch! It's worth the cost of the membership.

12:31 I'm still laughing
Why, why, why don’t people have a spotter or 2 to be there just in case. If the one isn’t strong enough to help then had two.
7:16 and this is why I don’t wear pullover sweaters
So satisfying 😂❤
Clamp your weights people.
Wow. Some hilarious, and a few scary ones.
📻🙂
Ouch!!
The one at 12:48 - why wasn’t she out there helping him?!?!? Ok, let’s just laugh. What?!?!
Some gyms have been set up for or have times just women... a possible reasoned why they were questioning a man working out
Ouch!
🤣
