@@Daniel1985CT i'm not talking about them in one army composition, but in general combo, they really needed a this GW epic jump + dmg reduction Equipment spell So Bad in order to chrusing the base entirely
And this new Epic Equipment is simple yet Powerful to used with Ground Unit to get into the core save and Can jump Walls.
VERY WORTH IT FOR GROUND ATTACKER, this Equipment rating is 100/10 NGL

If you want to save even more DE just switch some troops out for 3 root riders and forget Super WBs
I'm playing around with this comp now - I was still on your early TH16 7 roots+valks+3 droods + 2x overgrowth comp, it doesn't cut it anymore.
Too many buttons for me (and I'm fairly sure for most of my players), so I simplified:
- 5x titan, 7x drood, 3x superWB (I tried normal ones, there's no way to make that work), miniwarden (I'm on the fence about that one), 4x archers. My brain can barely handle that.
- jump; rage, invis, 6x Zap (there a spare EQ in the CC to maybe complement that)
- equipment as you said, except I'm F2P since TH16 (too much monetization and P2W, no progress on UI+clans), so FB is 23, boots are 14, I'm keeping max-Gauntlet not lvl11-Spiky Ball, and Queen has max-Invis not 7-Mirror. Rest is max.
CC is logthrower + 2x roots + 1 sWB + 1 minion -- you said walls are an issue, this gets rid of them after the initial 3xsWB; 3x EQ - 2 for the fireball, 1 for the CC if my FB (lvl 23) can get it, otherwise I use that EQ somewhere else usually on top of the 6 zaps.
For now I'm 5x3* in Legend 5.100-5.300, I'll be challenging on my own maxxed base soon.

I have been using something like this but with rage in the warden and eternal tomb and giant arow and healer puppet on Queen with 1 recal spel (make funnel with the queen one side then with some super barbariens the other side and titans in the middle and any base is gone )

Druids should be changed to have ~55% less healing but give them 2 more heal bounces. It would make them better group healers and turn them from “Better healer” to “Better for the whole army but worse than normal healers for hero walks/charges”

Itzu, u don't have to test for teslas cuz u can bypass them if u drop the warden and use the ability immediately, like a quick drop and use. U don't want teslas popping out sometimes

@itzueng-clashofclans not for that attack specifically but for general. Unfortunately u have only 1 invis spell so u can't do that. Just leaving a tip for anyone who didn't know on the way

I send the EQ while the Fireball is in the air. That's tha quickest possible way and avoids much repairs.

I played the root rider titan smash with healers for quite some time with great success, will give this a try too!
with druids behind anything working it definitely deserved the nerf but still pretty strong

I’m loving using this strategy but with a super archer blimp at TH14, even with very low level equipment it’s enough to 3 star TH16s

Haste and royal gem is now wayyyyyy better than hog puppet, if there's just 1 bomb plus say a ricochet cannon they die very fast, royal gem is the way to go
If this strategy's weakness is break thru walls, why don't you bring 1 or 2 RR just to open walls up?
With epic equipment everything seems easy, I joined bck after 3-4 years of break and without equipment I mostly only get 80-90% against th16s ;(. rarely I get 3 star .

It takes little time to build equipment up. When upgrading epics war a lot. Do raids and grab ur gems for the starry ore. That ones only given in wars and the trader.

Off topic (sorry), bug or cheater? In my last war, player on other side did two non-3-star attacks but was credited with 3 stars on both, giving them 2 unearned stars. We lost war by one star. Curious if anyone else has seen this. Bug or cheater?
