Hmm in Nagaland there are lots of dialects used and main language is Nagamese. However 65% used English. I am from Manipur. I know all of these 7 states. And in Mizoram people speak and knows English 87%. Mizoram is also 2nd most literate state in India.

Hmm in Nagaland there are lots of dialects used and main language is Nagamese. However 65% used English. I am from Manipur. I know all of these 7 states. And in Mizoram people speak and knows English 87%. Mizoram is also 2nd most literate state in India.
