Was this the more intense version, because I heard the more tame version still spins but much slower and after seeing the centrifuge spin from the outside this seems mega slow

This is the more intense Orange Team side. The Green team side also spins but very mildly.

I’m REALLY late to this, but apparently the orange side spins at 35 MPH. I’m planning on doing the orange side in May. I just tried the green side for the first time a few days ago😂
