I absolutely love Krystal's take on Cruella. I saw a video where Krystal said she used to watch drag race when she was a child. You can tell she did more than watch. The girl 'learned' from what she saw and then tweaked those images to create an impressive drag style of her own, so when her time came to grace the drag race stage...the girl was ready!!!!
I also think she should have won the design challenge instead of the dragoton one and dragoton should have gone to kitty imo. The fugly im ok with kitty winning but would have loved Krystal winning it cause her first and last were great only the middle one was meh
tbh the way this season played out was kind of weird, Ella ended up with 4 wins but it feels like she kind of just got most of them by default. if it were up to me i would have given dragoton to kitty and just had kitty win boobarella instead of kitty and ella and then given the ball and the design challenge to krystal

I understand people's frustration to an extent, but rewatch the season she was actually very funny, which ru loves. She did well on most challenges, constantly challenged herself regardless of the challenge that week and had a positive attitude, like the peleton week she was the only one in her group who couldn't dance or anything and turned it. Her series win was both her exceeding expectations and everybody else falling short of theirs. Not to mention, like it or not the show is 50% about aesthetic and runway. She turned her looks 99% of the time so would never go home on the basis of her runway. That left a serious challenge failure which just didn't happen, at least it didn't happen and she was the worst in that situation ( ie snatch game). Kitty flopped the stand up challenge. She did enough but not enough to blow anyone away. And her season track just wasn't there. And Ella decided to get a personality in the last week which was too late. GJ Krystal with a K ❤️
I just finished watching her season and was the least bit surprised that she won! I mean, she totally killed it! Her run on the show reminds me of Carmen Farala’s flawless runway game + almost always managing to nail each challenge! What a queen!

Especially since being in the bottom ONCE can eliminate you, regardless of your wins. So why would it matter when it comes to the crowning. Also, we do know they hand win on different criteria, and not only on "who was the best", based on how it will be percieved by the audience, the storylines (cf Jan).. etc etc etc. So... it clearly mean nothing.
@@0felipillo0 Hasn't since the first season. Nina had a better TR than Bebe. Ginger had a better TR than Violet. But since Season 9, it's been pretty common that the best TR doesn't win. Sasha, Yvie, Jaida, and Symone didn't have the best TRs in their seasons. Then in Canada and UK, the queen with the best track record has never won so far.
Liked Ella for a while but the fatshaming comments towards Kitty got old fast and seemed a bit too cocky in the end which i found unlikable over time, Krystal won me over. Kitty was instantly likable for me

Krystal infused the aesthetic of many RPDR US winners. I just see it! I love how polished she presents herself on the runway.
