I agree with how you tip. When I play at the bar why do the bartenders think they should get so much? Did they tell me to sit at a winning machine or did they give me money to gamble with? NO they didn’t.
You mentioned tipping and I am a tipper myself. The thing about tipping when you are gambling is that you may have just cashed in a $20,000 hit on a slot but in reality you're still in the hole $5 or 6,000. So often, even when I tip I'm not tipping on my winnings but the service and promptness of the staff who are serving me.
While playing Ultimate X at Pechanga a week a go, I mentioned your channel to the lady on machine next to me, said she already watches!! Keep up the great vids and good luck!!
I don't believe in luck, you deserve it or you don't, playing a perfect hand is not important, you are a winner because you deserve it, and also you're fun to watch. I think your winning will continue for your lifetime. I don't know what you did, all I know is that you deserve to win!
I notice sometimes you hold 2 to the royal but I saw twice that you had K10 and A10 suited and only held the big card and would've made a flush, just curious if that was intentional or if you just missed it
You generated a lot of points quickly. A lil' loss helps your win/loss statement. You have to swing for the home run, to get one. A 400k royal will put naysayers to rest.
@@ssmart2512 I have played so much videopoker, and had 1.1 million in W2-g's in 2019. Covid hit, and I stayed away from all gaming. For me, I will lose in the end, so there is nothing left for me to learn.
Hi Andrew, over several weeks, a few of us Old Math Teachers got together and watched 24 videos of your play. However, we only focused on regular Straights. We learned a lot about your play and the ratios of misses vs. comes vs. hits. Would you be interested in the results of our study? I'll be happy to post the results in tbe comments section. This is not a money-thing. Just for fun is all. Before you came along, the three of us were all casual VP players. Best Regards.
When you have two unsuited high cards, only hold the lower of the two. Hold three to a royal instead of a low pair. Sometimes you just have to stop holding any cards and it just becomes a draw game, where you will only get a win on the draw if you discard all the dealt cards. Unfortunately that’s how the game is programmed.
HI BUDDY. SORRY YOU DID NOT HIT GOOD ON THE LIVE STREAM. YOU DESERVE TO WIN BIG BECAUSE YOU HAVE THE GUTS TO BET BIG. MUCH MUCH RESPECT FOR YOU AND HOPE YOU HIT A $400,000 ROYAL!! YOU DESERVE IT. MIKE
You tipped $100 on a $50,000 hit? I hate tipping, I mean, what did they do to help you win? I hit a $17,000 $.25 progressive, and I tipped $600. I didn't want to, but since I go there all the time, I didn't want them to 'talk' about me. I wonder if they would give me $100 when I go broke.... they give attitude if you don't tip what they think you should. Vultures.
I think $100 is plenty! It's very difficult to even break even on Video Poker. I try and give $10 on any jackpot. It's painful to tip on the $1,250 handpay when you're playing $5 VP. You get them rather frequently so I just tip $10 and if I hit $4k, then I might give $20. So many give nothing at all so most are grateful. Some walk away so fast that they don't even wait for a tip!
Completely agree. $100 for a couple mins of work counting money seems great to me. I also feel a lot of pressure to tip when at my home casino so they don’t “talk about me”
You were dealt three deuces, and then you held a kicker? Why? You reduce your chances of getting a four of a kind. Just go for the fourth deuce and hope another kicker shows up.
Tipping...my thoughts. If you play seriously 1% is adequate with a max of $100. End of story. Fast pay is a God send for players. You can't possibly be expected to tip 10% or more. That's ridiculous.
@@Oheeeoh unfortunately in Vegas they seem to expect it. I can see if you're at the bar and you know the bartender that you would absolutely take care of them but on the casino floor is a different story. If I hit a $1200 handpay I might still be down for the session. It would be insane to tip when you're losing. Cocktail waitresses, servers, bartenders, valet, housekeeping etc are a totally different story. Tip them well.
@@dinosaur6756 in my eyes, tipping the casino employee that brings you your handpay is the same thing as tipping your bank teller when you withdraw money. I'd still probably give them $5-10, but it still feels really cheesy.
Most times the only persons who walks out a winner are the ones who bring you the hand pay and you may be down thousands of dollars. Tipping a casino worker for bringing me my winnings when the game is designed for you to loose makes no sense to me. If the casino wants you to tip their employees then do not make these games so tight
A competent player with your bankroll, would outperform you - small mistakes add up over time.....I am not sure why someone would play such high stakes and not take it more seriously.....There are plenty of reference materials to study.

Lol! Yeah play perfect and lose or play how you want or feel and lose! A few times I played "wrong" and won! Was I wrong?ie. 8's were coming often so on 5 of a kind joker poker I held the lone 8. Yep 8-8-8-Joker for 5 of kind 4k. 2 times.I held 3 of a kind instead of the full house dealt and got 5 of of a kind! Once on .25 and once on $1!! Who knows? All for fun anyway.
Where is your gambling money coming from cause normal ppl money runs out, unless you are the house player for hire to advertise. Even millionaire gambler money runs out, ask Charles Barkley or Michael Jordan 🤔
Not that you care...but $100 tip on 50,000? I worked in slots for many years and that is horrible....500 is 1%! Do better. You could change someone's life with that 1% tip!
And it’s not a fraction of a dollar, you missed a flush and got nothing in the first 3 minutes of the video. How many more hands have you missed out on? I’m sure it didn’t total “a fraction of a dollar”

One of these days you're gonna have to teach me this VP stuff! ✌🍀
For sure, Anytime.
