I would love love to visit this restaurant as well as do a Jerusalem food tour. Ancient traditions, tried/tested flavours and innovative new taste fusions, respect for the produce, seasons and most importantly fresh, naturally ripened and flavourful produce and ingredients -- thanks to a benevolent climate, fertile land and terroir of the Mediterranean and the Levant.
