Fun video...so nice to see faces. Of interesting note...the EQC and high cases are applied to the areas with the strictest enforcement and the areas that are doing the best are all care free and living life like normal. Just saying.
I'm pleased to see all the people enjoying themselves there. This is how it should be, instead of everyone getting around with masks and plastic face shields and everyone afraid of the unseen and of each other. I am definitely not a fan of oppressing the citizens. Hope you dived in and had a dip there my friend. LOL. The birds look like they are neglected and also sad being locked up. Dare i say it, the cage facility looks uncared for?
Just do not stay within the cities so the authorities would not be strict with requirements, stay around Municipalities of Cebu as it is more lenient in the provinces.
