Kabiesi o. There is a lot of error in Kabiesi's narrative. Oyo Ile wasn't living on Apomu's economy, Apomu is an Ife town, not an Oyo town. Also,Aole didn't beg for his life when Alapomu's men arrested him,he rather spoke like a proud man as Oyo princes used to do,since the Alapomu was even a Baale then.
Oyo Ile wasn't deserted during Aole's reign.
When an Alaafin is crowned,he would be asked by the Oyo Mesi to name his enemy, not that they'd ask him for what he wants or ask Ifa. The Baale of Apomu ran to his overlord, the Ooni for safety when his head was requested for,but the Ooni told him that he can't save him from the Alaafin. He committed suicide and his head was brought in a calabash for the Oyo army who had besieged Apomu. They dare not take someone else's head to the Alaafin as the head of the Alapomu. Oyo was more than Powerful that time
Furthermore, Basorun is the commander of all forces in Oyo,while the Kakanfo is the head of the Eşos. The Basorun is also the head of the Oyo Mesi and 2ic to the Alaafin. He cannot be commanded by the Kakanfo, never. It is the Basorun that has the responsibility and powr to tell the Alaafin to commit suicide

What is the relationship between Apomu ile and Apomu oko ( Apomu near Ifo)

The Alaafin didn't send any Agbeni to the Baale of Apomu.😂 Alaafin would say they should go and bring someone's head in those days ,who will dare check it? The Basorun, who is the commander of Oyo forces was Asamu. The Kakanfo was Afonja. Agbeni bi Ojo of Ibadan has nothing to do with this story

Yoruba has respect and pride. I wish kabiyesi can refer to the presenter as "Ese Olootu" "Ekaabo"etc. Not "Ose Olootu" "Okaabo". 😅😅😅 Too much pride. Kabiyesi oooo. 😂😂😂

Sorry my brother I doubt if you understand Yoruba culture. Oba do not use "e" for his subject but "o" so it's actually absurd for an Oba to use "e" for a subject like the anchor who is also likely to be younger than Kabiyesi. The only exception is when it is another Oba of higher rank or older.

Yes o. In addition, the Kabiyesi should also have prostrated to great the presenter the moment he entered.
