Welcome! I actually have a guide coming out this week to go over that specifically as well as other things with her stances! After UF1 connects press f3 and you will enter her DBT stance, wait for her to be close enough to connect with the opponent and press f 1. The timing may take a second to get used to, but even mashing the f3 after uf1 can get the job done too. I hope this helps!
For some reason, I could easily do double OTGF Hei combos in T7, but I can't get this d/b+1,4 iws 1,2,3 to land even once lmao. It's a good job she does plenty of damage without that. @@im_buffy I'm not online right now to fact check, but I'm pretty sure I found that after launch, an immediate u/f+1 into DBT got pretty close and it's almost impossible to drop it. I remember finding the d/f+1 timing a bit iffy when they fell from the sky
I really like that they gave her a cinematic ender in Dual Boot f+1, but unfortunately it needs to be buffed in damage a bit, because currently just deep dashing and doing another uf+1 does more damage and wall carry while also giving you Dual Boot mixup potential. Every combo where you did Dual Boot f+1 you can replace it with dash-in uf+1
I love the ender too! I learned recently that ending with uf1 actually allows you to get dbt 1+2 for an extra 17 damage! Similar to how it guarantees sbt 4 at the wall. I’ll make an updated Alisa tech/101 video like next week or so 😁 i learned some things.

Hi I’m new to Tekken and learning it for the first time. Alisa looked very interesting to me, I have experience from other fighting games but never played Tekken 8 before so I have some questions. How do you perform iWS in this game in the combos you showed? And what are some of Alisa’s best moves in general? And do you have to have a block punishment list for each situation? Like a block punish for -10, -12, -14 moves and so on? And lastly what does SBT4 stand for in the wall combos you showed?
Welcome to Tekken! I plan to make a 101 guide for Alisa by the end of this week. But to answer some of your questions, iWS is performed by quickly inputting d,df and releasing. It takes a bit to get used to. SBT4 is her fly stance, so press 4 while flying forward ! Her best moves are b1, fc d1+2, db3, df1, f2, and wr2! I’ll have a more detailed character guide up soon!

It’s much easier if you delay the f3+4 to line up with the voice cue. don’t mash, aim to line up when she says the last thing in the u1 attack sound. try it a few times and it’ll be consistent. you also don’t want to mash because you’ll get DBT 3 instead of DBT f1.
Press f+3 after the second hit on uf+1 and don't press anything after that as you might end up buffering a DBT move. You can keep holding f during DBT until you're close enough to the enemy then press 1. If you f+1 too soon you won't hit them.

Sure! DBT is Alisa’s “dual boot” stance. It means she’s flying with her chainsaws out. You can access it by pressing f3 after uf1 connects; there are other ways too. I’ll be making a guide about it!
At the moment you could have entered BT by pressing 3+4 you gotta also press forward So anywhere Alisa can enter boot mode she can use double boot instead by adding the forward input.

@@Boeing-dl1cs Okizeme. Idk I got red rank with Alisa but don't feel any improvements in her neutral game than in Tekken 7. For wallcarry replace DBT -f1 for either dash - 1,2,2 or ff,3,4
What is ibs dbt can you expain please i want to play alisa thank you
Sure! DBT is Alisa’s “dual boot” stance. It means she’s flying with her chainsaws out. You can access it by pressing f3 after uf1 connects; there are other ways too. I’ll be making a guide about it!
can you expain all key word :(@@im_buffy
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Alisa army coming in hot 🔥
How to do the dbt forward 1?
How do you trigger DBT?
At the moment you could have entered BT by pressing 3+4 you gotta also press forward
So anywhere Alisa can enter boot mode she can use double boot instead by adding the forward input.
what does do the letters like IWS mean?
instant while standing
What does in’s mean
can someone tell me what iWS means?
iWS is an abbreviation for instant while standing (doing moves from while standing instantly). You can achieve this by inputting d, df n (neutral) so releasing the buttons after inputting the d, df.
I’ll be making a guide for alisa and her stances etc shortly and posting so stay tuned :)
lili guide next pls
Currently working on a lili gameplay guide to be uploaded this upcoming week!
Why my last chainsaw never hit the enemy
I believe u are mashing, wait for her to get close
Iws ? Dbt ? What
iWS: instant while standing - so inputting while standing moves from crouch instantly. (can be done by inputting d, df and quickly releasing the buttons)
DBT: her stance where she flies and has chainsaws out!
@@im_buffy oh ! Okey i understand now thanks 🙏
@@im_buffyis there a way to do it instantly on a PS5 controller I'm struggling to get it out when I immediately need it.
Damagewise looks ok, but looks boring tbh.
The uf1 combo routes end with 0 oki. If you want oki she still does the lowest damage in the game unfortunately 😞 (hope they don't patch this wall combo we got going on that's the greatest buff she's gotten)
@@Allblaster well, there are lot of options for an ender after uf1, but for some reason that new Dual Boot f1 outclasses anything in terms of dmg
@@aggresivehog Not true, uf1 into uf1 actually does a lot of dmg and enables DBT oki.
@@Allblaster what does oki mean
@@Boeing-dl1cs Okizeme. Idk I got red rank with Alisa but don't feel any improvements in her neutral game than in Tekken 7. Seems like getting into chainsaw mode is a must to create any kind of pressure, but there is no safe move to go into it unless you get a punish with 1,1, ws 1,2, 3,2 or uf2. And with everyone having new moves my defence isn't that good yet :/
Alice is a character for downs. Who play with their feet.
what does iws and dbt mean
iWS means doing moves from while standing instantly. This can be achieved by inputting d,df n(neutral aka release the buttons).
dbt is her stance dual boot and can be entered by pressing f3 after uf1 connects!
I’ll be making a video guide on her stances soon 😁
@@im_buffy omg thanks
