I had to do a White Night fight during this suppression, was quite amazing to win but it was an instant reset after the day as i lost almost everyone dealing with him... Paradise Lost for the next run tho lol
personally id classify it as 🌟
when i did hod suppression, i didn’t have any alephs or truely difficult abnos, honestly the ALEPH gear from going to day 1 helped
@@viciousbee9151 I'm guessing you used the mem repo to go back to day one while still having the ego weapons and armor? That's a really good strategy
It's oddly comforting knowing that the horrors of Hod's supression with Blue Star seem to be fairly common.
I read this, as I intentionally took Blue Star to farm it for EGO and complete Hod's suppression simultaneously before committing Memory Repository, and now I don't feel so safe anymore.
Why is Hod X Blue Star such a universal tagteam combo
@@Zoobydeeby BS is but a simple stat check when working on it, making it by far the chillest Aleph to keep around, especially early game when you still lack gear. Hod's stat reduction will make it betray you and turn it into a facility wipe if it ever decides to go into Qliphoth Meltdown.
I had Blue Star, but the stupid thing actually behaved for the most part. The count went down to 1 half-way through, but I managed to end the day without it breaching once. I beat the suppression on my first try, but I had it easy, since it was only day twenty-something, and Blue Star was in the Training Department, which may have been why it never had a meltdown. Either that or I was just lucky.
Happened to me, my fix to this was having my employee read skin prophecy 2 times and work with blue star "but the white damage is increased!!"
Yes, thats true, but the armor my employee had had white damage 0.2 so it wasnt that much of a problem
We don't talk about Hod Suppression.
Ah yes, I see, you have a green hoodie of culture.
I did hod fist due to the reward being insane. Alriune did not want me winning this. Lost ALEPH gear that day but I got it back.

As someone who cleared Hod’s Meltdown while owning Blue Star, this is way too relatable

Hod... We don't talk about this.
Noon hit. As Multiple giant obelisks killing dozens of clerks. You see with great horror that the mountain of smiling bodies, corrupted monk, and big bird have all breached. No one can handle that. Hi, I'm Hod! (starts crying)
btw FUCK HOD SUPPRESSION
I'll be honest, I cheesed all of the Asiyah meltdowns. All of them were done in the timeframe of Day 21 to 25
It took a few restarts to Day 21, but I basically was never in too much danger for most of them. Hod was a little tricky because of the lowered stat, but the exact tricky part for me were the ordeals. But I cheesed it too with putting all my agents to Info Department and having a Magic Bullet agent solo everything. No deaths
I did the timeframe thing too, day 21 to 25, suppression of upper sephirah is easier when tackled early on. Of course I grinded like a mindless robot beforehand to get everyone at max stats(save for a few relatively new employees), though having MosB, SilentSymphony, and BlueStar breaching one at a time caused me to restart a lot because I didn't want a single Agent death(got too attached to all my custommade agents).
i also did all the suppreesions in day 21 to 25, hods wasnt bad because plague doctor moved nothing there to hod's department and blue star only got a quiloth trigger once so i sacced a level 1 employee, and my best guys could handle everything else. I did it first try. Yesod suppression took me like 10 tries tho lol
@@Kittycat7070- lol we're opposites then. I did all upper sefirah in first try, except hod. Hod fucked me up because most of my abnos require high stats to survive
@@jayzenstyle I had a bunch that required high stats, but I had a few sacrifices and just ignored non escaping entities and took the energy loss because it's worth keeping good employees over 10% energy I can make up
The only thing keeping me from doing the core suppressions was that I had MOSB, who is a "Clerk Lives matter" abno
“You’re nothing without my training! How will you survive with 33 less stat points?”
Lmao most of my employees still had 80-100 in all their stats after all the debuffs. The unmatched power of grinding way too fucking hard.
this is the calmest panic attack ive heard
My employees dying while I’m dancing like an old housewife from the 40s

Pain and Suffering
Revising my lessons for the semester test while trying to bring my mind to the edge of oblivion sure does work out well
Such a nice tune to listen while you accidentally throw your best guys to abnos that will destroy them if "XY is lower than" because you failed to pay attention.
So nice.
The "Hod is high" music
The Hod suppression is the first time in a game when I felt FEAR. The music, the effects, the fact that if cliphot meltdown falls on Blue Star I'll have to restart and escaped big bird. I'll never forget it
Got lucky enough to only have 2 somewhat difficult abnormalities (big bird and yin) so I passed it in about 5 tries. And also love this song
Damn lucky. I got blue star, MosB, and Silent Symphony. I swear, i never touched those guys once after several tries cuz they kept getting outside due to my agents lowered stats. Sucks for me when the qliphoth meltdown gacha goes to them every time.
“Lobotomy corporation is filmed in front of a live studio audience”
*canned laughter as your employees die to blue star*
This theme played as I had one of my captains turned to spores, Blue star melting down and big bird + punishing bird being annoying while I had already used the rabbits earlier. Safe to say I’m terrified of this theme now.
The sound of my employee’s prudence going to IV, breaching blue star. That was one of many (mostly [CENSORED]) related restarts
beat this first try when i had censored and blue star, what kind of crack were my employees on
I like to think there's a music player in the library, and she gets embarrassed every time this song comes up.

>be me
>put a lv 5 agent in censoreds containment unit
>second trumpet
>realize its impossible to work with censored, cause all my agents are lvl 4 now
>thanks hod
This elevator has some exquisite beats if i must say
Somehow the most easiest core surpession for me, i don’t like having a faint heart attack when an employee named Igoree almost lost her gamble (sending her to army in black lmao) but thankfully i live in a happier timeline
I actually found Hod’s suppression really easy. I mean I did it at day 24 so that’s probably why. I beat it first try with only 4 deaths, my only hiccup being when Mountain of Smiling Bodies breached. Which, Mountain of Smiling Bodies was in Training, so I didn’t have to evacuate my employees and execute my clerks or anything I just immediately called the Rabbits so I didn’t have to worry about it.
Now Malkuth’s suppression on the other hand
Just learn how the works are jumbled up with one sin and use that knowledge to squeeze as much energy as you can out of alephs and waws before you get to the next qliphoth level, and repeat until level 6.
I did Malkuth suppression using Ice Queen. It was the easyest one after Yesod
hod is slightly harder because you need timing
better if done early, but over day 32 iirc where you unlock disclipinary and get aleph abnos like blue star you will find it hell and way harder than PROBABLY any other suppresson
malktuh is very easy just start w/ One Sin or child of the galaxy bc both give common result no matter what type of work, test every work type then WRITE IT ON A PHYSICAL NOTE, like chart it out. then try to jumble up as many energy till next qliptoh level, then do it over again, then i think the first time without knowing tf is happening malktuh might seem like hell
@@enkephalin. I HATED malkuth because it was stressful, but I still did it first try. I have Melting Love and [CENSOERD] both in Central Command and I just have to PRAY that qlipoth meltdown doesnt hit them at the later part of the day, because losing the energy from them melting down AND calling rabbits is really expensive, which only makes the day longer since you cant even use the WAW or HE's to get energy anymore since the agents suck 😭😭
i love the clarinet part at the end, its so good lol
Song is called Retro Time ALT. 👍
Listening to this while my siblings and parents argue makes it feel better.
Like a telenovela intro, all that’s missing are the laugh tracks.
Well guys, I got Hod’d.
Purple Noon ordeal (which is normally not terrible for me) caused my lvl 3 nuggets to panic due to proximity to the pillar and unfortunate pathing.
Then they ran around like headless chickens, causing everyone else to fucking lose it.
It all went downhill from there.
Best part? This happened 8 works away from meltdown 6.
The moment I decided to reset came from when my last nugget, wearing the full Justitia set, was consistently under fire from 1.76 mhz and had Nothing fucking There on his tail. There was no way he was winning that.
god forbid you have alephs trying to complete this core suppression
"Forgive me, manager. If you can't forgive, then please at least forget."
I beat her on my like 3rd attempt...
With one person left...
After i spammed one sin and duked Wolf like 7 times...

I did even notice the suppressions main effect for the most part. The toughest part was the damn whitewashing made it hard to see the meltdowns, the only reason it took two tries.
Man Big Bird broke out during every upper core supression, made it a nightmare running from it with no way to see if someone was being lured by it or not. No one could kill it either so I wound up just having every nugget looping it through each department lmao
man i sure love having censored, silent orchestra, army in black, melting love, red riding hood mercenary, clouded monk, firebird, yin, and judgement bird
Hod's cowlick is an antenna
I hate you so much, I didn't notice that until you pointed it out.
Cant fight that
Ahh...
Listening to this tune as I watch the Qliphoth Meltdown timer on Nothing's there, Mountain of smiling bodies and CENSORED run out
the song that plays when you lose it completely
This one can be "Cheesed" pretty hard with several Tool Abnos, specifically any stat giving Abnos or the Stat adjustment Abno (as for whatever reason you can get back all lost stats from this Meltdown with it...) Overall just take this one slow and it's really not crazy hard.
Did Hod as my first supression, had Parasite Tree, CENSORED and Melting Love on lower central command.
Melting Love lost any qliphoth on early works? Reset; Nugget got lured by Parasite Tree, got slimed and walked out? Reset; Meltdown on both Melting Love and CENSORED? Reset; Any breaching of the Alephs? Reset; Ignore any non-breach abnos that can kill, stockpile energy from 1 to 3 with CENSORED (Blessed by Melting) and pray during 4-6
It was a lot of resets, but at least I didn't bother with scrambling to supress any dangerous abnos
EDIT: I also rushed Supressions as soon as they dropped, so Hod went on like day 25 with only the Central Command bullets
I love this theme so much.. but I'm replaying the game and Censored, Nothing There, Blue Star, and Silent Orchestra have become my nightmares :D
edit because I remembered I have melting love as well
I just did Hod suppression.
To everybody wondering: yes, it is painful even without ALEPHs. But that was because of Alriune being thrown into the mix. I could NOT afford to get the porcelain llama to breach on Hod's 2nd phase or it's a day restart.

All she wanted to do was teach people how to deal with abnos. :(

I did Hod with Blue Star in my facility. I had to just pray that it doesn't get targeted by Qliphoth Meltdown or else my facility is fucked
@@amalgam4595Not really. Employees instantly panic if they are level 4 or lower and work on CENSORED. Because it is also an automatic Bad Work Result, CENSORED will breach instantly
Nothing There (and the burrowing heaven) can be surprisingly helpful for getting energy early on before your stats drop too much, though I did also grind every agent in my facility to have max stats
at that moment i had nothing there and white night.. as a result, after only 1-2 restarts of the day, i beated the suppression of her core.. i love hod's theme too, because it creates less panic :3

After: W-W-We don’t speak about the hod suppression in this house, let’s act like that didn’t happen…
It only took good rng and 2 attempts to complete this somehow in a facility of 4 alephs and the only death I remember is someone exploding because they never worked with the notes they were holding which was entirely a me thing. The music carried me by basically sayin "take your time with old lady please." And giving the easiest of meltdown rolls avaliable.

Even though I did hod supression on fucking day 40 and I am proud because of that, I can only feel bad for ppl with blue star. In my defense I was forced to deal with censored
i can flex i did it on the first possible day (22) of my first run. My facility had no real breaching threats, worst i had was Firebird but you can just kite it away, so the biggest challenge was dealing with the Noon ordeal. Still took me 5 or so tries because i just refused to complete it if anyone had died, and singing machine kept trolling me.
@@revertonsilveira1082 I think the earlier you decide to do it the easier it gets
For noon I just prayed it woud be purple one or at least red because it's easy cake. Others are kinda hard at this point
I just did it on day 37, blue star, censored, nothing there and the silent orchestra. The last qliphoth took the life of my best agent (only 1 more box needed) that was with me from the very beginning but he will not be forgotten considering what this boss drops. I'll honour him by creating his son.
So because I was scared as hell of anything breaching since I had had Silent Orchestra pretty early on, when I set sail to do the Suppressions I decided to try and take as many non-confrontational or easy to suppress abnos as possible. I also grinded stats a bit because all of Hod's upgrades are stat related so I had a suspicion back then. My facility was stacked with non-breachers, and a few funnies that I thought easy to suppress. I had like. Maybe two WAW and no ALEPHs. Loads of HE tho. This was Day 22 or 23. 23 I think.
It took me 2 hours to reach the end. I lost most of Central Command to (what I now know is) Little Helper of all things. One of my most stacked employees almost died to Schadenfreude because I was too nervous to notice it on the edge of the screen. 1.76 MHz broke in the middle of the day and it has probably been the most stressful non-Meltdown//non-fighting moment of any run I have ever done. It was also the only time I have been ever close to losing a non-Clerk to Red Shoes, because their Justice was high enough still to be fast but their Temperance was lower than I had thought. Because I didnt know what was going to happen I finished the day with everyone huddled together in the Control Main Room because it was the furthest from any Abno that could breach. The filter actually made me feel sick. I have never been so scared of a Red Noon OR Punishing Bird breaching..
But hey at least most of the employees survived! Including a handful of clerks in Info and Safety. Big success! Yeah..... big success.... haha....
DO NOT GET BLUE STAR BEFORE HODS SUPRESSION. DO NOT GET BLUE STAR BEFORE HODS SUPRESSION. DO NOT GET BLUE STAR BEFORE HODS SUPRESSION. DO NOT GET BLUE STAR BEFORE HODS SUPRESSION. DO NOT GET BLUE STAR BEFORE HODS SUPRESSION. DO NOT GET BLUE STAR BEFORE HODS SUPRESSION.
